881  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: May 16, 2016, 05:50:50 PM
I am not sure to say fortunately or unfortunately it started to decrease or stopped increasing now.
No commodity will keep on pricing all the time. Raising and decreasing are always intra day price movements. So, it is obvious for bitcoin to decrease in prices sometimes and based on any news it will keep on pricing again. You must focus on overall trend which is in raising now a days.
very difficult to say that the bitcoin prices continued to rise, due to the fact bitcoin prices always go up and down. but we really say rise if prices increase above $ 20 bitcoin

One thing is sure we will not see any major dump at this stage as halving will take price to higher level and we are successfully and positively moving towards it.
882  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 16, 2016, 05:48:36 PM
Its too risky if you just invest it and expect for nothing because as of now there's no legit investment site... but i know that you can invest to as just partner of houseedge.. like betking io they are offering to invest your money there' but there still risk if the house is lose you will also lose.. but i think house is always win..

The golden rule of gambling is that house always wins, but we all ignore that fact and still continue to gamble and that is our greedy nature that doesn't allows us to stay away from it.
883  Economy / Economics / Re: Actually the bitcoin market is very small on: May 16, 2016, 05:46:27 PM
You're right chief ,bitcoin market is very small if we see in marketcap. But there is a still good factor the use of bitcoins , the users and the traders of any crypto's that will make the btc .from.small to big.

Its just a matter of time, the market and market cap will not be same in the future, we will see major growth in user base of bitcoin in coming years.
884  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: May 16, 2016, 05:43:36 PM
making business for the moment it looks quite promising, I would probably make the food business, because some of my neighbors a success of it, it makes me excited, now I just need to collect bitcoin

Yeah this is the perfect time to collect and some bitcoin, and I think we are really lucky that we are earning bitcoin at this stage as it will go to much higher level in future.
885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: May 16, 2016, 05:40:51 PM
Mostly holding for profit since bitcoin may be a good investation these day

i try. but i struggle hard to keep them in my wallet since is so easy to send to dice site or on any exchange.

Actually it can be control. If you are insist to hold bitcoin as long as possible, you can try not gamble or you can just set internet connection to prevent you from accessing gambling site
If you win your struggle then you'll be a millionaire in future. Or if you go with your emotions of spending your bitcoins into a gambling site, then the chances of becoming millionaire will be very less. We need to win the struggle of spending bitcoins to keep our bitcoins for longer-time.
Patience is more important during these days, control to spend as much as you can and if you succeed sure you can win more profits than now.

That's true patience will judge the level of profits you gonna earn as if you get panic when price falls then you need to go through losses, its good to hold for some more time.
886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: May 16, 2016, 05:34:49 PM
1 word => That's impossible.

Banks will forever be there, they're not going anywhere.

I was just about to write the exact same thing. My opinion is the same.

Yeah that is not possible ever, people need banks, businesses needs banks for their business transactions and they will need in future too even bitcoin gets on the mainstream.
887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: May 16, 2016, 05:25:03 PM
Whenever I try to teach or recommend bitcoin to the people around me they start laughing and it really brings a sweet smile on my face hoping that  last laugh will be mine.
yeah I think it's reasonable because people will start laughing because they do not believe and do not believe in your say therefore it would be better if you tell the people around you with evidence that you got

Yes. With proof, we can convince anyone to listen to us for teaching them about bitcoins. In my opinion, bitcoin's growth itself a good evidence to attract them. Bitcoin has achieved some higher prices like $450 from the price of $0.0001. This will attract anyone.
Yes, proofs will talk about bitcoin themselves. With the proof you need not to convince anyone to join bitcoins ecosystem. Just showing them is more than enough.

The people who are not aware about bitcoin yet will take some time to have faith in it unless you don't show them how much you are earning, but still people fear to invest money in it.
888  Other / Off-topic / Re: What does your Girlfriend/SO/Wife/Partner think about Bitcoin? on: May 16, 2016, 05:21:41 PM
I recommended bitcoin to all of them but no one is interested in using it, but no one really cares about it and are not simply interested in using it  Angry
889  Economy / Speculation / Re: It is Buy time! on: May 15, 2016, 03:43:32 PM
Anytime is buy time if you think the price will be higher later on.

I think only that time is right, when the price is low, and you should know that later on the price will be increased, than you get a profit, but if you buy the bitcoin at this price $500, so how can you get profit. so think about it and than buy it.
It is not the best time that you can buy but if you want to make an investment in Bitcoin than it will be also not that worst now if you are making an investment around this time because the value is not even that high.
But you have to be quick because it is going to rise slowly and that would be perfect.

You got a good point there. I don't consider the current moment a good way to invest or buy bitcoins, since the price seems a little bit high at the moment. Just look how much resistance the price find it self now, It's clear that 500 USD will either not happen or happen with a lot of effort.

$500 will be achieved very soon, and if you don't invest now then you will regret in future, as price will keep on moving up now and it will not fall at a moment.
890  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: May 15, 2016, 03:40:43 PM
It really depends on the price of Bitcoin at the time. If the price of Bitcoin is high, I would sell, but when it's low i would buy. You could make money with Bitcoin this way. Trading is a great was many people make money with Bitcoin.
sometimes I was very pleased when buying bitcoin at low prices and then prices go up some time. it is the best moment to buy goods. because you can get the goods with fewer number of bitcoin.
so I usually spend bitcoin when the price is high
That's a good idea you have share man, but I don't think now that the halving is near will the price will go down. That is almost impossible if price will go down substantially.

I have been using bitcoin in a daily basis and regardless of the price it does not matter to met, I am just a typical users here like majority's doing. We gamble our bitcoins due to ease it gives to us compared to gambling with other sites where you need to divulged you personal information.

Gambling is the best way to loose all your money in a single day, I hate it and I don't want to waste my hard earned coins in it, I would prefer to convert it to fiat.
891  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 15, 2016, 03:35:53 PM
If I could i would leave my job for a btc job

It is not possible, you just need to be hard working and patient for looking a btc job. But still, if you have your daily job. You must also consider hat having it, is a very secure thing for your financial needs.

yes you also have to think about whether your country is very difficult to find a job? so do not waste when you have a job, as long as you can work on bitcoin as a task side.

Treating bitcoin as a part time is also a good thing even you have your daily job you just need to manage your time properly.
So that you can't forget your work with bitcoins.

If you are earning good from bitcoin then you will not forget to work on it and you would be more eager to work on it as everyone wants to earn some extra money.
892  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 15, 2016, 03:33:36 PM
I will say Bitcoin, as with bitcoin we have more chances to increase our money but with gold we cannot increase our money faster we only can secure our money in the form of gold. But still we need a secure place to store them, so try bitcoin it is easy .

Investing in bitcoin is good at a moment, but its risky investment to make as no one is sure where bitcoin will land in future, but sometimes risks must be taken.

Bitcoin can drop price at any time and gold is always better in this case, but i never had deal with gold so i don't know how good it is. Bitcoin ofc risky and it's the main reason why people chooisng gold.

People are choosing gold because they are not aware about bitcoin yet, but the fact is people have more faith in gold as they are using it since long time.

And gold has very a precious value today and it's price is appreciating unlike btcoin it is unstable and there is a possibility that bitcoin
sometimes up and sometimes down.
You are right if bitcoin price is unstable because of that you can take advantage to get more income by trading bitcoin.

Speculation is very risky and when you go to bitcoin/altcoin trading it is even more risy. With gold you have a better chance to get ROI without spending too much time on research. Your income or profit will be less offcourse when you choose for gold.

Even if your profit is less but you can expect certain guaranteed returns in future as you know you are not gonna  loose your money that you have invested in gold.
893  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 15, 2016, 03:31:50 PM
chose both, because each has its advantages

Yeah both has its own advantages. One needs to pick upon their own necessity of money. If the necessity is in a short run saving is the right one. On a long run investing gives bigger earning.

Yes they have its own good purpose. It will just depend on the person that needs to use their service. But of course the important thing is you are saving your money for your future purposes.

I have both things ,savings for emergency problems, and i am investing to maximize my potencial income, till the moment im very happy to had invested as the returns are coming even slowly but i see the result of investing. You should always explore both options and take the risk around both knowing that you are doing something .

If you want to earn good profits in future then you need to take that extra risk at this stage, as every investment involves certain risks, that is a part and parcel of any investment.
894  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: May 15, 2016, 03:29:45 PM
I do not buy bitcoin directly. I mine altcoins and sell them for bitcoin. By doing that, I can earn more bitcoin.
that is good, you are earning bitcoins without spending tok much. It is a good idea to mine alt coins instead of bitcoins itself. It is easier to mine alt coins because they are new and the difficulty is still low.

Mining alt coins is better than to directly mine bitcoin. And you will able to convert it to bitcoins directly and you don't have to buy bitcoins. But still we need to consider those people that are not able to trade.

I think mining bitcoin is not worth anymore since the cost of electricity are bigger than profit as my friend experience this.
So I'm usually spend 10% of my salary to purchase bitcoin because I trust bitcoin will gain it's value

Exactly mining is no more profitable nowadays, its better to to buy and hold for the future or invest some part of it in trading which will grow your coins over a period of time.
895  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: May 15, 2016, 03:27:45 PM
So this thread is one of my most successful one at Bitcointalk with over a hundred pages or replies. Anyway, first edit to the first post was made.

Listed down some common mistakes people made with Bitcoin.

Quote
1. Gambling.
2. Not knowing Bitcoin earlier.
3. Participating in HYIP & Wrong trading technique (both Altcoin and day trading).
4. Sending to wrong address & lost of wallet.
5. Cloud mining & scammed trade.

Since i don't gamble no 1 doesn't apply to me. But no 2-4 are things i recognize. If I could do it all over I would have saved at least 4-5 bitcoins.
For me was learning money...

Yeah you need to learn new things and also find the safest way to earn money which can be profitable in future and you don't have to bear losses by investing in gambling.
896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: May 15, 2016, 03:26:01 PM
Majority of the community is thinking that halving will take price of bitcoin to a higher level, and I also believe in the same, so holding for few months can be really profitable.

Many believe that this halving could have a strong effect on the value of Bitcoin as a whole. If lots of people decide it is no longer worth mining Bitcoin and give up on the system, it could cause the currency to lose its value and start a crash. But if it just helps to limit the supply of Bitcoin while demand stays the same, its value will increase.

Its value will go higher at the time of halving for sure, as it is predicted that halving will show us some best price, so I think this halving will be profitable for all of us.
897  Economy / Economics / Re: Is gold better than Bitcoin? on: May 15, 2016, 03:23:18 PM
i don't think it is entirely right to compare gold and bitcoin together. both of them have similarities as an investment so you can compare them in that aspect but bitcoin is much more than just an investment so that makes it different from gold, different better that is.

Correct their are similarities; mining, investinet etc. but they are also very different. Bitcoin is mainly meant for creating transactions, alas being a payment method (a currency). While gold is used to back up currencies, since it is very stable.

Perhaps you are right, but people will always compare things with each other. And since they carry similarities it's not more then logic to compare them. It's too bad that bitcoin will lose since gold is the 'master'. But don't feel sad: the EURO, Dollar etc. will also lose.

If gold will rise in future then bitcoin also has an potential to go higher in future, its just a matter of time and we will see much better bitcoin in future.
898  Economy / Speculation / Re: is it time to sell? on: May 12, 2016, 12:19:06 PM
if your asking for trading advice id say that its best to go with your gut and not let someone else do your trading for you, at least if your wrong you blame yourself and can try to get better / learn from mistakes where as if you trade on someone elses advice your just blaming someone else and will also be blaming yourself for listening to someone else with your own money, catch 22 is appropriate here right?

Actually I am already sold, I am waiting for people to sell Smiley so I can buy
You can sell right now if you have bought your coins for less then the price is right now. It depends on what you spend on these coins.

The choice is all yours if you are thinking about selling your coins. If you can make a profit at this point by selling then why not sell unless you are waiting for the price to go up so you can make more money.

Yes if you are comfortable with current price then you should sell it without waiting too long, as anything is possible in coming days and if price falls then you need to wait longer to price rise.
899  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is now a good time to buy and store Bitcoin? on: May 12, 2016, 12:15:03 PM
If you are looking to hodl for the halving and even beyond, then yes, now is a good time to buy and store bitcoin. With the halving just a couple months away, I think most everyone is wanting to accumulate as much as they can afford. So if you're looking to buy, now would be the time.

Yeah, price is good at a moment to buy some bitcoins and hold for the future, and if you are satisfied with the price at the halving then you should sell it to generate profits from it.
So sorry i think to get profit not need waiting until halving to get profit but you can sell it when price goes up of course yourself know how many the profit you want.

If you want higher profits then you need to wait till halving, and if you are satisfied with current price then you should sell it and enjoy the profits.
I feel that every time before was the right thing to buy and store bitcoin. it just depends on your faith in the bitcoin, maybe if you're impatient, it will be very long to gain an advantage. but if you're impatient in waiting, it may make a lot of money because bitcoin. basically as long as you patiently wait for then all will be fine

If you want to buy and/or something, everyday is a good day, since you won't make a loss on either alternative. WHen the price is higher it will not be profitable anymore to buy bitcoin for speculation, but holding and particpating is always good.

I think the current price is good to buy some coins as we might see much higher price is coming days, so if you buy now you can expect some profit at the time of halving.
900  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: May 12, 2016, 12:13:11 PM
And if you want to earn higher you need to hold more coins today, because the more you will hold is the higher of earnings you can get when the price of bitcoin changes soon.

No. Please keep in mind that holding is always right. Always make a look at your hold coins and not just do holding coins. Traders make profit by doing trades and not just by holding it for too long. Make some plan on how you will rotate your hold coins is the best thing to do rather than relying on holding activity alone.

Yeah only holding can be risky in long run as you don't know what will be the price in future, its better to buy and sell at regular intervals to make quick profits from it.

You should never sell them because the bitcoin is itself is the future of all currency's in the world. So its better to just hold your bitcoin and wait for the moment till you will make huge profits on it. I think you about halving and its effects so you can see the big change in price chart very soon.

Selling never is not the right thing to do, as  you need to sell if its giving you some profits as you always have an opportunity to buy again when price falls.
