881  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin reach 20k $ in 2021? on: December 13, 2020, 11:42:50 PM
After hitting 19.5k $, Bitcoin suddenly dumped below 17k instead of targeting for 20k $. Do you think guys will Bitcoin reach 20k $ in 2021? Or will it stay below 17k $ like as always?
Share your own thoughts and let us know friends.

Part of me says it will and some part of me says that 2021 is more likely, we are all wishing that 2020 is the year that Bitcoin will set a new all time high record, because we already have a milestone in this pandemic, and it's good if we have a new record so we'll have two milestone and just let 2021 takes care of it's business.
882  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: December 11, 2020, 10:21:53 PM
2021 not Looking good!

Only things what could be good are Bitcoin and cryptocurrency
Other things dont look good!

We'll have the vaccine next year and that is 100% sure so why it is not a good year, this is the year that we will get up and we will wipe out the vaccine I don't see the logic why it will not go better than 2020, the economy will go back and we will have our freedom to breathe again so stay realistic we need to be more realistic.
883  Economy / Economics / Re: Here is why btc will die as a crypto on: December 11, 2020, 12:00:05 PM
This question has been going on for the last ten years, we have the Bitcoin obituary, https://99bitcoins.com/bitcoin-obituaries/ where it records the times that people were considered Bitcoin  dead, so far it has a record of 341 times it continue to grow, those who says that Bitcoin is dead should just sell their coin and never acquire anymore.
884  Economy / Speculation / Re: Three weeks to the year end - what will be the high? on: December 11, 2020, 11:24:37 AM
There's been a lot of predictions (mostly rather wishful it seems to me) about where bitcoin will be before the end of 2020.

However, since the recent top at $19,918 we've had a gentle slide back down to the current value around $18k.

Right now (10 December, 0800 hrs EST) Bitstamp is between $18,100 and 18,200.

What do you think is the max value we will see in the last three weeks of the year, so from now until midnight on 31 Dec.

My suspicion is its going to keep trending down with occasional bumps, but won't get above $19k again this year (so Option 1 or 2 for me).

So the question is not where will it be at the end of the year, but what will be the top between now and the end of the year?

Really interested to see where sentiment is at after the excitement of the recent high and the subsequent drift down.

(Note: poll runs for a week)

I am still hoping that the price will step to the $19000 and we just have to contend that Bitcoin will have it's all time high next year, 2021 will have a lot of room for improvement, we just have to treat 2020 as a year that the market has got back to it's feet and 2021 the year where the market will have a lot of records to break.
885  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2013, 2017 bubbles and 2020 bull run on: December 10, 2020, 04:04:37 AM
2020 is indeed a bullrun, because it has been seen that after Q2 the price of bitcoin has risen from $ 4000 to $ 19000,
of course this has provided a lot of profit to investors and traders themselves, I am really amazed by this year
Of course it is, if we compared what happened the price and the situation in the last three years after that big drop, things are looking good right now, for the last three years we are all talking about how to get past $10k $12k but now all we are reading are all post about the next all time high, we have come a long way and there's a possibility of a new record.
886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we gonna see a new ATH this year? on: December 09, 2020, 03:53:29 PM
So-called bull run is not running as it should be climbing ATH. It seems what is happening this is time is just because of hype created by YouTubers and media stream like

- ETH2.0 is gonna be massive, buckle up!
- PayPal has created BTC shortage by buying entire mined volume of BTC
- Spark token airdrop pushing XRP price high
- And so forth!

XRP price speculation is because of its airdrop as I have seen people buying XRP tokens to get Spark. In fact, 3 of friends I know have bought for the purpose of Spark solely but they don't know what is Spark yet. Lol! So, do you think that we are going to see new ATH for BTC, ETH this time? Let's talk!

It has become the hardest question when Bitcoin drop to $17900 it was so easy then, when it hit $19200, it's not questionable if we still have the steam to push Bitcoin's price to a new all time high, I guess we have to contend ourselves that all time high will happen next year and do not give ourselves false hope that it will. things will just happen.

it's not a small money now that Bitcoin is going up, he will end up owing half a million in pesos to Direwolf, not an easy to get hat money, especially now that we are in pandemic.

888  Economy / Speculation / Re: ATH will be in 2021! on: December 09, 2020, 10:12:07 AM
What do you think guys?

I am a little bit afraid for those who bought btc just recently where market recorded 19K$ per btc. Now, the current market drops and if they get emotional and sell it then it is already a loss for them. If it happen that they can hold it then I guess there is still a chance that they could earn especially if ATH will going to break more than 20K. But btc market is very unpredictable so good luck to all!

Anyway, I had a question will ATH happening this year? or in the year 2021?

What do you think?

The way things are going on right now Bitcoin just drop to the $17900 it looks like there is uncertainty if we are going to have another all time high this year, better lower your expectation, things are not looking right now, we are not on the floor if things looks ugly Bitcoin will drop to $17500, I hope I'm wrong, let's see how things will play out.
889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: December 07, 2020, 11:29:08 PM
After the success of the Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr. exhibition fight, Floyd Mayweather has decided to follow in their footsteps and will be fighting Logan Paul in an exhibition fight. Logan did not look good in his fights against KSi so this should be an easy fight for Floyd. The one advantage the Youtuber has is his size, he is a natural cruiserweight. There are no details on what the weight limit will be for this fight.

We expect this because of the Tyson- Jones huge success they even beat the Fury - Wilder match in their of pay per view part of the success of Tyson- Jones exhibition match is the proceeds of the match where it will go for a cause, but this Mayweather - Paul it will just go to Mayweather's pocket unless he announced that it will go to charity.
890  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's future on: December 07, 2020, 10:22:31 AM
Bitcoin will either have more surprises for us wherein might reach unexpected figure which we might have only seen in predictive posts which we consider impossible ad of now, or else Bitcoin will go through one kore bearish market without further growth as only market situation will decide that.

I have come to s conclusion that the market cannot go on at current pace as Bitcoin and crypto are volatile here would be much more to witness once Bitcoin breaks $20k or else drop down below the resistance figure of $16k.

What's your opinions?

Bitcoin price never run out of surprises the price will always move up and down, this is because of the volatility of the market, people are buying and selling not everybody are holding because investors likes to make profit and they are buying and selling not at the same time, but on different time frame.

Of course everybody are hoping that we will go to the best road, we've had enough bear market for the last three years, this is the best time to achieve the opposite, everybody are predicting big pump and higher prices, but investors are having second thought because of the scenario on the last all time high, the memory of those investors who bought Bitcoin at $19800 are still there, and no one wants to be in that position.
892  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit closed my account and took my deposit and all my winnings on: December 06, 2020, 11:23:36 AM
Hi all, so 1xbit returned my deposit of about 20 mbtc but my winnings amounting to around 200mbtc were not paid out. What can I say. I guess I will be told i violated their terms and conditions so i can't be paid out.

They are good at that accusing their uses so  they can excuse themselves into paying them, people should stop playing on 1Bit, even if they are running ads in popular sites, I have their ads and banners showing on Publish0X and Coinmarketcap, they are using money from users they scammed.
893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone who have worked or currently working in casino? on: December 06, 2020, 11:01:01 AM
This one just came into my mind, since most gamblers are really losing money in a casino, I would like hear some advice from casino workers here on what to do as they are pretty much well expose to different scenario in a casino and probably know how to prevent getting ourselves in financial trouble.

Since we are anonymous here and your company would not know that you are the one who share that information here, please do so as this would create some exciting discussion. A worst scenario like a gambler losing a lot money or a gambler winning a lot of money.

Please share your experience.

What advice they can possibly give to gamblers, they can give advice to newbie gamblers but for old gamblers I doubt if they are going to ask for advice coming from workers, and besides if they are going to give advice it will be in favor of their company because they will also benefit from it, they will advice gamblers to continue gambling as long as they like because those who give up will never win, that's what they are going to advice.
894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looks like another big company will add crypto as payment soon on: December 06, 2020, 10:34:46 AM
It looks like PayPal isn't the only company that's planning to start accepting crypto payments, music and podcast streaming service called spotify is currently treading crypto waters with a new job listing, the full news is in the link below

https://new.bitcoin.com/is-spotify-looking-to-add-crypto-as-payment-method-this-job-offer-suggests-it/

Hi please post the right link the link you posted is not working or redirecting to a non existing page, but if the report is true I consider this another milestone Spotify is a big name in the music industry and I hope to see their competitor doing the same thing, because there is really a market for music lovers who are also Cryptocurrency investors.
895  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr. vs. Danny Garcia IBF & WBC Welterweight Title on: December 06, 2020, 10:16:34 AM

Time to know who is the better fighter between the two, some says Crawford is the best fighter in his division but we have seen how dominant Spence tonight, so it should be a great fight, also, this fight should have an almost equal betting odds, we are not even sure who will be the favorite to win.

I'm impressed on ow dominant Spence on this fight, it's like nothing has change he is still the Errol Spence that we know, very calculated dominant and aggressive, welterweight will be boring from now on if Crawford and Spence will not meet in the ring, there should only be one great name in the welterweight division, this is the talent laden division in boxing.

897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has anyone heard of lemmecoin? on: December 05, 2020, 06:01:52 AM
Just want to see if anyone else has had any experiences with this site in question?
If you can't find a good review and they do not have an official thread then better forget this exchange, it's not worth it, according to their homepage

Quote
Established in 2013 as the first cloud mining provider, Lemmecoin has become a multi-functional cryptocurrency exchange, trusted by over a million users.

They been here since 2013 but why I have not read anything about them, they boost that they are trusted by millions, so many people here are not included in that millions.
898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Libra finally launching? on: December 05, 2020, 05:18:21 AM
Libra is already dead, it is rebranded as "Diem"
Where does the idea come from that a stablecoin is some form of investment. 100% certain to get less back (fees) as spent, plus security risks.

They want to move forward and they want to start fresh so they brand to something easy to understand, many people are not aware of this I have to research it online, fortunately there are a lot of articles that tells us they it's true

https://ph.news.yahoo.com/facebook-backed-libra-association-rebrands-144926629.html they also
Quote
made some key hires ahead of its launch.

Since it's stable coin volatility is not going to be an issue anymore. ans this is the main roadmap

Quote
“The Diem project will provide a simple platform for fintech innovation to thrive and enable consumers and businesses to conduct instantaneous, low-cost, highly secure transactions,”
899  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fake 50.000 ETH Giveaway by Fake Vitalik Buterin on: December 05, 2020, 02:48:16 AM
With 5 ETH in the scamer's wallet, is this really a victim or is it just my trap so that people will trust more with this fake giveaway?

I'm sure it was all a trap and no casualties so I think everyone already knows that this crazy Giveaway is not legal.

I also think that way, that's how scammers works they deposit funds to wallets to make it appear that people are depositing and they even show transaction record that they are sending tokens to those participants, I hope that no one will post that they deposited to that address, because that means they are not doing their research and they are uneducated.
900  Economy / Speculation / Re: Taking Bitcoin profit in the bull run | Please Share your strategy on: December 05, 2020, 01:48:11 AM

I want to increase my BTC holdings and NOT Fiat holdings. So, I am planning to sell 5-10% of my btc holdings at the top with a profit.  The price target will be different for different people depending on the price you bought your initial BTC with. If you think you are making a loss then don't sell.

Watch the market and try to buy back BTC with a lower price. No one can predict BTC price but from previous charts it looks like after ATH BTC will correct to bellow previous ATH. So for example if this bull run BTC goes to $25k, then there is a chance that BTC will go back to $15k range. But again there is no guarantee and BTC can surprise everyone.

Don't feel bad if you want to take profit it's ok to do that even if people don't like it, when it comes to buying and selling it's everyone for himself, once you realized your profit, once you think that there will be a dip even if majority thinks otherwise, every investor decides for himself although we have seen investors just following the thread, as long as you are not worrying on your investment, that will be ok.
