As well I know SEC didn't rejected. SEC has postpone ETF proposal. Probably until end of September ETF has postponed. Yes there was some other ETF proposal was already rejected. For Bitcoin still pending.

"What if " some application grunted, first benefit is Bitcoin will be open investment for worldwide investor. All the big investor will start invest on Bitcoin. I can't wonder how will increase Bitcoin price due many investor will invest at once. Price can cross 20k within week after approved. Many bank will be also accept Bitcoin as a currency. It's look every thing positive about ETF. I don't know exactly what thinking SEC. May be they worried about regulation & control about Bitcoin. But it can't be ever control.

Friendly bump for pay attention of admin & for fair discussion. I think it's a useful suggestion to prevent spam.

If I am not wrong, user has no merit history. I was confuse about that because page showing 404 error.

It's better to implement with " This user has no merit data yet instead of 404 error.

Just a question come on mind from it.

You will see that msg when you are going to send merit some one. If some one never send merit he will never see that msg. So he didn't meet the merit system yet. How it work and why. My question is if some one never used merit system from his initial smerit what will happen? My point only who got initial merit during implement of merit system. Not for who earned merit. Currently nothing happen if no use. According to forum, admin can decay unused smerit on future. It's ok forum have right to take this dicision and I welcome it.

I just want modify admin point. Not decay smerit, should be decay from his initial merit due to he didn't respect merit system & didn't meet yet with merit system. There should be time frame, like 1 year.

For example , Epimetheus has never used merit system on his life time. He got 1000 merit initially. Say he have 10 smerit, and he never used his smerit during last 1 year. In that case should be decay his 10 initial merit ( not smerit ) for temporary, smerit will remain. So his merit will become 990 and rank will decrease. So until he used his smerit rank will remain decreased. Once he used his smerit completely, return his rank and merit too. During his punishment time should not allow more than 1 smerit per week to send other. Otherwise he will send it to spammer at once for get back his rank.

May be some one think it will increase send merit on spam post. But currently can you give guaranty spammer not received merit ? Something is better than nothing.

Lot of user here, they got initial merit but still didn't meet with it. They don't care about it. They have their rank, so thwy didn't feel to share it. They are busy with earning ( campaign). You don't think they should also learn about merit system. Or let it for drying ?

Look like DNotes sold his merit. He send 50 merit on spam post (consider by me). If not tag merit abuser it's not possible fair use of merit.

It's enough to find on etherscan and match with spreadsheet. If there is transaction on multiple token that means they have connected. If they trade token or buy sale each other ther should be conversation history in order to remove red tag.

Not agree. Forum will be more spoil. They will just pay fee for board or sub-board and same will promote by alt account instead of bump. How ever it will same spam.

It's ok they will upload team prior ICO. But ICO live (pre-sale) from 24 July they haven't update team yet.

On the other hand they mention team from north America. If I am not wrong ICO is restriction on America, I don't know exactly north or south America.

They mention on website Token like "token sale", "token allocation" but as per whitepaper they are going to create coins. I don't they understand different between token & coin or I didn't understand.

Btw question was about team. Hope they will clear the matter.

On the other hand look like their social media & community is too weak. Just bought a template form themeforest & launch ICO. "Just bought this template"

It's look clear that they used fake team. Some one from DT  please tag scammer profile. So that people will be aware before join bounty. This thread also will help investors who will minimum research over internet. Even they use Google search, it will help to prevent scam.

Just another thing come in mind, that board are you suggested absolutely is a great idea. But in my opinion board should be visible & readable  for all member's. Just rule will be for poster. Because if you hide it than others member will not learn, there might be HQ discussion. There will be many thing for learn. So there will be restriction only for poster. No one will able to post without specific category that you mentioned thread. But visible for all. If implement this board other people also will motivate for make quality post & report bad post.
