8821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nauticus Is The Future on: January 11, 2019, 01:48:15 AM
There are soo many different crypto exchanges already ... what exactly makes the Nauticus exchange special?
Nothing. Most of them claims that they are the 'future'. Nothing special to be honest.
Basically if the team delivers what they said they will on their roadmap the tokens marketcap will be propelled to the top 100. The only concern I would have is how long it will take to implement these things.
So they have working developers but getting to the top 100 doesn't mean that the project reached the peak though it can be considered as success. I've searched them on CMC but they aren't there.
8822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The dump has started for 2019 on: January 11, 2019, 01:02:18 AM
Don't think of yesterday as a said day. If you don't have come up with a plan during these times, you need to start your day refresh and think of a strategy on how you should engage with such unexpected situations. The market can't kicked out the whales or I mean us, they are also the ones who are pouring out the market into good days at the right time.
8823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market is looking all red once again on: January 11, 2019, 12:42:49 AM
Well most are green now, even alts like LEDU, Tron, storm
Nah, Tron and storm are also red. Market cap seems to become lower again and is having hard time to climb again. This is normal when something big is about to come. XRP and Ethereum replaced each others spot again.

There's a warning from Guarda about this scam fork, so beware!

8825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH and XRP - For top 2 position on: January 10, 2019, 11:59:04 PM
Do you believe that many scenario like this will continue to happen until the real bull comes?
Yes, they have been switching places and rallying with that position and for sure if the bull comes many coins will be out of their place. Majority will go at the lower positions and the best would be lifted out.
Many believe that XRP is not a good one but again this is the top contender of ETH when it comes to positioning and giving good services so watch out for the battle of these two top altcoins while bitcoin is laughing at the top.
It is because a centralized coin and I don't have this on my folio.
8826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: October and December are the months of Crypto ??? on: January 10, 2019, 11:47:41 PM
2018's October and December wasn't so good for everyone's assertion. Isn't it exciting to see if this 2019's month's will hit the expectation of most?

2018 was a pretty bad year. Many investors lost money and everyone thought it would be a bull season at the end of the year. Unfortunately we could not see something like this, maybe we can see the bull season in 2019 Smiley
Surely a lot of investors including all of those who invested their money, took loans and sold their property just to get the ride last 2017. They have been holding including me. Too many speculations that gone wrong and failed for last year, people will start learning from this experience though there were other corrections that happened from the past but last year got the most attention because the market just pumped and reached all time high before it happened.
8827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: January 10, 2019, 11:35:55 PM
Today massacred in massively scale is not a good way to end the week.
Not only Litecoin fell, but also most of altcoins decreased considerably today.
Recent minutes, Bitcoin fell around $200 more.
I estimate a whopping $16 B was gone out to the total market cap of crypto's. Around $400 for bitcoin and around 5 bucks for Litecoin in their prices. There really are times that the market will turn into red before weekends and will go green later on or maybe on Monday.
8828  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 02-Jan-2019] on: January 10, 2019, 11:23:05 PM
Magnumwallet is currently full, all slots filled during week 2 of the campaign.
Stake paid their participants for the 1st week.
Bustadice looks opening a spot after/during this week but no announcement yet from yahoo. Someone should update the table for Mitchell.

8830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: And the dip continues on: January 10, 2019, 11:01:41 PM
It's not just lately that cryptocurrencies are unpredictable. They have been unpredictable most of the time and the dip that just came in was also unpredicted. This is what I'm saying for most that we just can't be confident of the market as of the moment. It may pump too high or it may dump badly. It's probably a manipulation that happens and one big exchange can be the suspect for this. Yes, there's a big demand for ethereum because of 3 events but you'll see it at the last minute before the fork.
8831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: January 10, 2019, 10:37:48 PM
Guys beware, the ETCV fork is sham! The whitepaper is sloppy, there is lack of github repositories, there are no devs and team members. On the top of that they have created a fake ETCV wallet with the sole purpose of phishing your private keys, don't import your wallets there, this is fraud!
The real fork was just the Constantinople. These forks are just getting the attention because they scheduled earlier and before the real one. Such forks now are just hyping and I won't be surprised if these forks will be dead after it has been generated.
8832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: January 10, 2019, 10:20:54 PM
The thing is that it is fine if you let other know or introduce about gambling but thus in case if they get addicted to it at the end you only would feel guilty that you have introduced them and now they are so much addicted that they are losing lot of money.
You will feel guilty but its not your fault if they will end a faulty gambling experience. It's for them to teach themselves to control that they should go further that can lead them to become an addicted gambler.
When you know they can't control themselves and will get addicted to eventually then introducing them is not a right thing to do as a friend or part of the family.I will only let the people know about best gambling sites when they are willing to gamble but never suggest anyone to gamble at first.
How can you know that they can't control themselves from the beginning? there's no way to determine that they can't or control themselves from the very start. We don't have a crystal ball to see the future that they will be dealt into addiction. Introducing them might not be right thing to do but you just can't be responsible with them anymore. It's their own shoe and they have to tie it on their own. Being addicted is a choice and if they really can't help themselves, give an advice but you don't have something to do with it anymore.
8833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tricks and tips for esports betting on: January 10, 2019, 10:08:01 PM
In the sense of playing you are right, but in controlling the entire game leaders guidance are very important, each rules is very important in winning the game and with proper coordinations and good leadership teams will be able to defeat their opponents and able to snatch the win, I don't know if he meant about leaders in terms of star players.
Yes, there are coaches too I almost forgot their roles and they are giving the players tips on how to play and give comments to their performances. Playing DotA2 is now intense and it's a real sport unlike before, there are specific roles that has been added such as analyst, subs, etc.
And a bettor should always account the situation of these events if there's handicap or roster change.
8834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto A Way To become Rich / Millionaire ? on: January 10, 2019, 09:52:38 PM
Satoshi helped us to get out of poverty in a coincidence. He really wanted to solve the payment method that money can be sent directly to the receiver and no need for an involvement of the banks or any third party which is still happening worldwide. The value of bitcoin is increasing because of having a limited supply and in that case it gives an opportunity for everyone to makem oney when its price increases.
8835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tricks and tips for esports betting on: January 08, 2019, 09:57:23 AM
An advice to you, check https://liquipedia.net/ and compare the players and see their achievements though they have been growing old and pro players do also lose but if its for the stats, you can get info there.
Still this will not be worth it because betting in esports will not matter on the players that play the game. What matter is your interest in the game and you have followed them always and you know the chances are when you bet in the sports they play and you like also. Just like in NBA to where I am not a good analyst but I know who were good teams that could have a higher chance on winning if there will be a betting event to happen.
I think star players are the ones that carries the game, just like in dota and other moba games, all teams have their own star player without them the team is missing a one piece of a puzzle.
There's no star player in a 5v5 game IMO. All of them are important but there's role for each player. Support, carry, core, etc. and all of them plays a very important role and if someone gets the attention of a being called as a "star player" by their fans it's because of a great performance.

This big coming hard forks will rekt every long term TAs on ETH as the coming event is big enough to attract investors. Also, POS coming up on ETH. I would really love ETH at $1,000 first half this year.
I would love to see ETH @ $1,000 so I can have the best 1st half as of the moment. But I don't think that we will see it hit that high for the first half of this year, I'm not pessimistic.

Agreed with you in current scenario it looking much hard to predict where price will stand by the 1st half of current year. The whole markets are entered into bull zone whenever it will come than we will be into good position to predict about price movement.
We really don't know when it will start hitting the bull run and when the bear would hibernate. But as much as possible, while we're facing the upcoming fork this can lead to a better price impact for ethereum itself. I just don't know if it will give affection to bitcoin and other erc20 tokens.
8838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy now or wait? on: January 08, 2019, 08:25:15 AM
Regardless of the status of the market, you just can't call it a weak market. We aren't targeting the same way of 2017, at least we see a motion to the positive side that would be sufficient. If you don't buy right now, what would be your position?
maybe buying will be suitable for those who do not own any assets. however, for those who already have assets, I think now is the time to wait. for me, maybe waiting is the right way to make a profit now, and maybe for some people, buying will be a good way.
You own or not buying is suitable for everyone. Its for you to tell and decide if you don't want to left behind when the age of crypto's goes on high again. You can't blame others if they will celebrate soon with their crypto profits while you are just watching them celebrate, you'll remember the day that you're in the verge of buying or watching.
