Hi,
Sorry for the silly question, but i am wondering what is the main factor and is there a formula of the activity of a member. For example now i have 196 activity and 460 posts how i can increase my activity?

It tells you the formula in the op. You can get a max of 14 activity points every two week period.

You get 14 points every two week period. Next period starts on Tuesday. You can work out when you'll move up ranks with the following:

1 X 14 = 14
2 X 14 = 28
3 X 14 = 42 Jnr Member
4 X 14 = 56
5 X 14 = 70 Member
6 X 14 = 84
7 X 14 = 98
8 X 14 = 112
9 X 14 = 126 Full Member
10 X 14 = 140
11 X 14 = 154
12 X 14 = 168
13 X 14 = 182
14 X 14 = 196
15 X 14 = 210
16 X 14 = 224
17 X 14 = 238
18 X 14 = 252 Snr Member
19 X 14 = 266
20 X 14 = 280
21 X 14 = 294
22 X 14 = 308
23 X 14 = 322
24 X 14 = 336
25 X 14 = 350
26 X 14 = 364
27 X 14 = 378
28 X 14 = 392
29 X 14 = 406
30 X 14 = 420
31 X 14 = 434
32 X 14 = 448
33 X 14 = 462
34 X 14 = 476
35 X 14 = 490 Hero member

You can change the option to appear offline/online in your profile settings. Check that.

I want to join and I have filled in the registration form, but I am still confused whether it was directly received and I stay put signature in my profile?

If you filled out the forum correctly you should be registered in the campaign just remember your starting post as well when you claim on the 17th.

Or drop a post in here to remind you of it.  I saw some folks struggling with this last month trying to figure out when they had signed up.  You put your starting post in the form but it's easy to forget unless you make a record somewhere.

People should just make a habit of emailing themselves a screen shot or post count at the start of each period

How hard is it to write something down or make a note of it? It's completely baffling that people seem to need everything doing for them.

I prefer make an end of term post. Can happens that some thread you posted going to be deleted and you don't realize and you count wrongly your posts, also its is easier to whoever is counting your posts this term(including yourself),

You can still just write it down. Even making a starting post doesn't help some people:

Can I see my starting post count from somewhere?
I can't remember was it 60 or what it was exactly.

Please confirm am I in or not.
I have filled the form but I just want to be sure.
Starting posts: 64

He must've removed it for whatever reason as it was there before.

He's mentioned as enrolled here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=291387.msg7421598#msg7421598

Probably perma since all of his latest posts were copy and pastes.

As the title suggests I'm looking for £30-£50 in Amazon vouchers, around £100 in Staples, and £50-£500 in eBay vouchers at a discounted rate. Must work on UK sites. PM me if you've got any.

RDMINER has been taken care of. If you see people posting crap or copying posts etc report them to the mods with evidence and also PM Stunna so he can withhold payment if he deems necessary. With this new system even people who are banned can still claim.

Search the URL on these forums.

Seems to be a legit site but a few complaints about customer service, though maybe they've improved since that thead was made.

Yeah, especially with a starting price with a reserve too. Hero accounts very rarely go for 1btc. You'd probably be lucky to get 0.8. Best just selling it rather than auctioning it as well.

I still haven't received anything, and it's been 3 days. Whats happening?

He sends the payments out in batches every so often. Just be patient and you'll get credited eventually.
8892  Other / Meta / Re: Neg trust? on: July 26, 2014, 09:15:15 PM
It's there, you just have to go into the 'untrusted feedback' section, but that's why it doesn't matter.

I dont want people to see me as a scammer...

They won't. Plus, the guy who left you it is seen as a scammer as he has negative feedback from someone trusted so 99.9% of people will see that and it shouldn't effect you. I have one negative feedback from a troll scammer too, but it doesn't really matter. The feedback system isn't moderated and feedback is rarely removed so there's nothing you or I can do about it but accept it however annoying it may be.

8895  Other / Meta / Re: Is this what a perma ban looks like? on: July 26, 2014, 07:57:29 PM
Yes, it's probably a permaban but without giving the account name nobody can check.
8896  Other / Meta / Re: Neg trust? on: July 26, 2014, 07:53:37 PM
It can only be removed by the person(s) who left you it so your best bet is to contact them and try work it out.

Edit: Your trust is still neutral as the user who left you it isn't on the trusted list so it doesn't matter really.
8897  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: July 26, 2014, 04:28:48 PM
Do you think we would be paid nearly as much? Maybe like 0.2 per month for 300 activity or something?

Pointless speculating on it, but I imagine it'll be similar to the existing fixed rate deals, but perhaps a bit better.

I wish the PD campaign had something automated like that as well. It's a simple system and shouldn't be too hard to setup.

Maybe, but it's easier to exploit that way. Waiting a day or two for payment isn't a big issue really.

There isn't one at the moment but apparently one will come along with the release of PD3. You'll just have to wait for the details on that which I'm sure will be released shortly.
8899  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: List of UK organisations who take Bitcoin on: July 26, 2014, 09:47:45 AM

Hi Guys and Girls,

I'm new to Bitcoins but the way I understand it any financial transaction to buy services and product s is fee free? Unlike paypal which charges a huge amount to use their services. Wouldn't this change the whole financial system for the ordinary working man and take away huge profits to Wall Street and the global economy?

Well that's the plan. There is a tiny fee which goes to the miners for processing the transaction. You can read about fees here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_fees

Since March:

A draft is now saved whenever you post or preview a PM or post. You can see your saved drafts here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=drafts

It is a good feature, but could've used it when I first signed up as the 6 minute restrictions used to get me a lot haha.
