STATEMENT REGARDING OPENSLL VULNERABILITY Dear Bitstamp clients,
After reported vulnerabilities in OpenSSL, we applied necessary patches to our system. Incapsula, our DDOS mitigation provider is still working patching their system.
In order to provide required security, both system need to be patched. We are in constant contact with Incapsula and are working with them to complete necessary procedures. Until then Bitstamp has decided to temporally deactivate:
-account registration, -account login -and all virtual currency withdrawal functions
We will keep you updated on the progress.
Thank you for understanding.
Best regards Bitstamp team incase you missed it. better sell me your bitcoins...

"an old trend may not be your friend."
we're in a reversal... weather it drops lower or not is irrelevant.
How can it be a reversal without resolution on the China Issue? The Chinese have hundreds of thousands, possibly millions of BTC to dump if they panic when one of the major exchanges goes dark. They will be a minor force for fiat flow into BTC for a long time and a potentially major flow out. Trends don't reverse on their own. Something has to happen, like when Silk Road closed or when Gox finally died. At the minimum, support has to be tested with volume. the China issue is done. I seriously doubt poeple in china only now heard that china banned bitcoin. and guess what, chinese poeple like HODLING too....

mini short-covering rally. Maybe last chance for bulls to bail. I'd love to see $455 so I can unload the rest of my BTC.
most shorts are probably waiting for the 15th to cover i bet there hoping we'll drop into major support at 380ish

there isn't much buying or selling after a shit storm of Bubble poping, GOXING BANNING and extreme FUD i would love to see the market just trading in a range say 400-500 on low volume for a while... let poeple buy and sell in a calm and orderly fashion, instead of panic panic panic now now now!!! so ya really hoping low volume stays low, and the FUD cloud dissipates

BTCE are not letting me cash out ! I wrote to their support. "Please remove withdrawal restrictions on my account." and got this reply! "Hello, it's actually difficult to understand what's the problem. Tell me please what's your question? " try telling them what your trying to do and whats not working. I'm on my 3rd ticket now. They just send BS responses. I sent them a screen shot this time! If they come back again with more, strange replies I'll be getting very worried. I want to move to Stamp. you're trying to move BTC out of BTC-E into stamps?

Sure, if the price began moving toward $400
Proudhon is bullish now?! can we have a confirm? Unconfirmed confirmed proudhon turned into a cautious bull a long time ago. wouldn't surprise me at all that he's bought a few at these prices or higher...

Big operator is obviously playing both sides of bitfinex orderbook. looks rather bullish when the market marker is not there. They're baaaaaacccccckkkk. do you think this could be the stamps swaps being temporarily removed and added again tho? for wtv technical reason...

pathetic volume is what i want to see right now....

nothing is gonna happen in 2 hours, because of some imagine triangle.
go have a life poeple, nothing to see here.
