Unlimited bandwidth? Nice..
903  Other / Obsolete (selling) / Re: Selling concept that can be used to manipulate Bitcoin value on: June 14, 2011, 11:49:59 PM
So it's really a 'there is 400 ways someone can use and abuse the market depending on their resources, I know one of them that is rarely posted about and I will tell you about it for money. Note that you probably wont be able to do it but you'll be 'prepared' when someone else does it, not that you'll be able to stop it nor save yourself'..

Mate, selling doomsday theories and similar crap may be profitable but it's a real asshole thing to do. If you think that you have found a flaw in the system that's probably been posted 20 times before then don't try to get paid for saying it, it's indeed like the 'make ***$ an hour' tutorials and they all end with 'make good tutorials and sell them'..

PS. If anyone actually buys this then I'll pay that person 1(one) million dollars, I just need 50BTC for the transaction fees sent to the address in my signature..  Wink
904  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: 17000 BTC from 240 accounts on: June 11, 2011, 03:37:23 PM
Ye, probably some pool/exchange moving BTC.. if it would be stolen then it probably wouldn't be moved in 50BTC transactions..

Also one transaction for 5450 =P

My laptop that was 3400€ two years ago can only hash for 25Mhash/s so I doubt your will do better..

907  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Two PSU on one system. on: June 04, 2011, 08:18:35 PM

That's awesome. Very informative. Apparently it is more or leass easy, but in that case I have only one doubt.
How does it turns on?

Then I wonder: what might happens if the motherboard is turned on and the graphic cards PSU is still shut down?
And viceversa?
What would be the best way to power up a rig like this?

When I installed a second PSU I just faced a single problem.. When the computer was turned off the GPU fan went at full speed as it got power but no instructions.

That could be fixed by linking the PSUs together though or having a mosfet-like switch..

Nice, I wish I had that kind of money on me but oh well..

The price for a new one is 111 BTC (955 USD) and as it's refurbished you should be able to get it sold for 80-95BTC depending on how good their work was :3

Probably a normal cable.. notice how the PSU is unplugged? =P
911  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: PCI to PCIe Adapters on: May 24, 2011, 10:40:20 PM
They do work, and you can find them on ebay for 20$.. Btw, I got 10Mhash less with the adapter but some MoBos can adjust the lag..

915  Other / Obsolete (selling) / Re: Invest in mining rig pool today! on: May 23, 2011, 11:38:33 AM
So which way would you go at it?
By having a rig that you pay for before you get the investors to place their money in a pot with no interest until you can buy the parts needed?

And what types of fees would be good to post.. (or maybe you'll just sell the hardware once people stop mining and get your profit that way?)
916  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Flip For Bits... 50/50 betting game. on: May 23, 2011, 11:33:53 AM
are the changing numbers actually any indication, or just for distraction?

I found some patterns but it's fixed now =P

But ye, you can predict where it's going to be..

918  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: The network just hit 40 PetaFLOPS! on: May 22, 2011, 11:12:33 PM
Why are you measuring hashes/s in FLOPS?
What else would you measure it in?
