901  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many Bitcoins are lost forever? on: February 20, 2016, 11:03:54 AM
I guess over 2000 BTC must have been lost by now as there are so many users who come to this forum complaining they have 10-20 BTC held up in their bitcoin wallet which they cannot recover due to lost/forgotten password.
902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: which takes more transaction fees-paypal or bitcoin? on: February 20, 2016, 10:44:29 AM
Paypal charges nearly 3% for transactions if individual send money to individual.  If you were using eBay to sell/buying an item and had to take Paypal as payment, you also lost 9% of your amount to a final value fee.Paypal charges additional fees if currency conversion needs to take place, which usually happens in international transfers. So use bitcoin if you want to pay less fee, bitcoin fee is much lesser.
Really? PayPal charges currency convertion? I didn't know that...

Anyway btc is much better than PayPal on any aspect that's for sure.
Every payment processor charges 3-4% currency conversion fee as they are also charged for the same. It may be an online payment processor or a bank in that respect and none convert for free.
Bitcoin's conversion fee is even higher as people charge 8% minimum to convert into fiat on LBC and hence both are the same at the end. But in time, when we do not need to convert bitcoin into fiats, bitcoin will have very less to no fees. Smiley
903  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: New online store that accepts Bitcoin exclusively on: February 18, 2016, 07:53:31 PM
Idea of accepting bitcoin is very cool . There are no too many sites who accept bitcoin and due to low competition you'll gain your place anyway.. But you must improve your site and I suggest you to offer more products.
904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: February 17, 2016, 07:38:21 PM
there isnt really a definite answer for that. it depends on the person. Each person is different.Everyone would have their own limitations. one of the main reasons would be that most of our senior population have no idea of as to what Bitcoin is.

however, this doesnt mean that i dont support everyone using bitcoin. i do recommend bitcoin now in our modern world. Now at least. Smiley Smiley Smiley
No, it do not depends on people but it depends on spreading the news and knowledge about, the more we spread the knowledge about it the more will people trust on it and will support it, if some do not have got enough knowledge about it then he will not rely on it.
905  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: How to Get Better rank in Faucetbox List? on: February 17, 2016, 07:32:21 PM
I think User's voting is not important. I see some Faucets in list with big user likeness but still in very lower rank and I see some faucet without any votes but they are top. As mentioned about I think It's depend on your faucet's payout.
906  Other / Off-topic / Re: How would you guys react if you guys lost 10, 000 bitcoin? on: February 17, 2016, 07:21:17 PM
First of all, i will have a Heart Attack  Grin, and never want to do this again !  Wink
Yeah, it is an amount for which someone can have heart attack. It happened to a lot of people when they lost a huge amount of fiat. But I think we should not have to lose our lives for a lose of money as the money can come again here and in this world the life cannot come again.

908  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020 on: February 09, 2016, 08:08:56 PM
In 2020 every people will hunt for some satoshi. Because in 2020, there would be more people will be accessing internet and bitcoin and everything will be available for bitcoin. So, saving some satoshi for future would give us unimaginable returns for sure.
909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: February 09, 2016, 06:21:39 PM
What a funny match today, India played like Zimbabwe Nepal  Cheesy I had put a little on Sri Lanka because the odds on BetBTC before the start of the match were 3.8

South Africa seems to be chasing well in the other match.

Today India match was totally fixed because the whole market was on India, so they totally changed on srilanka from starting,

South Africa is doing very well with the current batting openers but now it is all on the other batsman to perform well, because south africa are famous in getting collapsed after getting to a very winning position.

South Africa on fire. They are going to win in this 3rd ODI against England to make the series alive for them. I have my bets for South Africa, hope they will finish how they have started today.
910  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: February 09, 2016, 04:08:33 AM
I don't earn a lot but it's enough to pay my bills and expenses and I also earn few bitcoins from gambling websites. I have earned a lot from trading and exchanging bitcoins to fiat and I can say about 50% of my earnings come from bitcoins which makes it a part time job for me.
911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: February 08, 2016, 08:40:48 PM
my big lost just happened in the last weekend, start from saturday until sunday. i've a lot make deposit for bet on sportsbook and the result i got is lost everything maybe around 0.2 btc maybe it's not much for you but it's much for me Sad
0.2 is a big amount. I lost very less with sportsbook as I had invested an amount I can afford to lose and then when I won my first bet, Iinvested the profit which I lost and the amount was 0.1. It was too big for me at that time when BTC prices were $218 but still I cry for my loss.
912  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: February 08, 2016, 07:49:43 PM
I don't think I ever cried from losing bets. Maybe pissed off or angry, feeling down etc but I have never gone into tears from losing bets Grin

It's not very manly.
Same is here, and my suggestion for those who cried is that, you have to be bold before getting involved in these games, You have to be confident and make sure that there we will earn but the chance of lose is also exist there, and not to cry.
913  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: February 08, 2016, 07:40:32 PM
I do plan to go buy it. Because I think it will be worth more. The fact also now has a pretty low price.
So I think if I buy now I can get a profit later. But it is in fact very unpredictable, but the risk should take you.
Yes, it is a better chance to buy it right now, as in this year the price will definitely touch $1000 and will start increasing, so now the price is pretty better to buy some amount of it. I am also collecting all my earnings for the price double up and planning to buy more.
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any advantages from gambling? on: February 08, 2016, 04:06:39 PM
Well it should be for entertainment only but some people use it to get extra income from time to time. As long as it doesn't affect your life then its perfectly safe.

Entertainment is the only advantage I have seen with my safe gambling. I tried for some profits but ended up in more tension and depressed. Finding gambling in a suitable way is the safe gambling then we can see many advantages from gambling.
915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: February 08, 2016, 02:46:32 PM
Many people have a gambling problem, its not so easy to stop as people are saying on this forum. Its pretty hard, the most already lost a lot and are to far away to stop because the invested so much.

Yes stopping gambling just after the profits or after a huge loss both were not possible for myself too. Because out of greed, I did not want to quit gambling after a profit. Same time I want to recover my losses so I never thought about stopping gambling after losses.
916  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is DEAD... on: February 08, 2016, 02:36:43 PM
bitcoin going to die when the price down, So funny. No matter what happen price will rise back again.
Yeah, if the price comes to low that it does not mean that it is died and going to die, every currency is facing the fact of value going up and down. Sometimes it happen that a currency comes low in value, but it happens only for some time and for some reason, which is recovered sooner.
917  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin will rise again on: February 08, 2016, 01:52:06 PM
BTC hasn't burned to ashes fully till now, always falling to a reasonable limit and recovering, the only fall that BTC is yet to recover from is the dip from the $1000 since it did not reach that limit back yet.

Yep, IMHO and according to my understanding of price I think it will reach the $500 limit again probably this year, I think it's price will keep increasing with the increased adoption worldwide and usability.

Seriously, what limit are we talking about here? o.o

Back on topic, bitcoin has its many reasons that will make it bounce back up. First is the growing public interest. Next is investors putting tons of money into it and its infrastructure and most importantly, the features it offer to the masses (which isn't fully recognized by most people yet.)
I am also viewing a large number of people adopting it and their number is increasing more and more as the days pass, plus the fluctuation in price make it more interesting for the traders to invest in it and start trade with it, as these situation makes the profit more faster for traders. It will definitely grow more.
918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: February 08, 2016, 11:41:44 AM
As far as I known about bitcoin to now there is no easy method to grow bitcoins, it's actually even harder than investing normal fiat since there are no banks offering interest for BTC, there are few stock sites but these are illegal looking at it by the standard USA law. Trading BTC and other alt-currencies seems like the most decent way.
Earning through interest from banks is not the only way to grow our bitcoins or money, and I think with that we are loosing our profit, as the banks do busness with our money with a third party and they get the profit earned with our money and in return we get only a minimum amount of that. So the better way is that we start our own business with our money.
