901  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to oil a squeaky street sign which you cant reach? on: July 08, 2015, 07:53:35 AM
Try a can of WD40. This thing is great for squeaky hinges and you can spray it so you don't have to be precise. If it's really far take a stick and strap one to the side of the can with tape and use a piece of thread or tape to make a loop around the top that you can pull to start spraying.

Im not sure i would be able to push down the lid of a WD40 can to make it start spraying.

So far my best idea is this...

I'm going to attach about 30 straws together using electrical tape, then im going to tape the straws to a broom handle to keep the whole thing steady but leaving 1 straw length out either side.  Then im going to dip 1 straw end in oil and hold the other end.  Then aim it towards squeaky sign hinge and blow or let go.

If i try it with just a cup of oil i'll probably cover the sign, its a shop sign i dont wanna get oil all over it.

904  Economy / Services / Re: DA DICE Signature Campaign 2.O - Pay Per Post & Fixed Campaign Thread on: July 07, 2015, 09:47:30 AM
If anybody reports me I will send a plague to their homes Wink

LOL, no need to worry about the report. As long as we did the best for the campaign ( not abuse it)
Maybe I'm one of the reported participants, since I read someone accuse me as one of signature spammers. But I dont really worry about it, just let ndnhc investigate all the reports and I believe he will make the best decision on it.

I honestly haven't seen any of Da Dice's signature posters spamming. Bit-X have a few though.

Out of all of the signature campaigns the best posting comes from dadice.  When i look at the other campaigns the quality isn't as high a standard on average.
905  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for partner who wants to earn a ton of money | You NEED Customer Skills on: July 07, 2015, 07:31:45 AM
Hello,

I have a method for someone to make a lot of money.

We will split the sales 50/50.

Essentially I can code a software for a company and set everything up and get TONS of viewers to it.

You could be making $500 a day if you know how to do it right.

I am just working on tons of projects and don't have a single second to spend talking to customers and doing sales.

This is not some half ass position. If you want to work here, you must be online EVERY DAY to resolve EVERY issue. You can work on your hours, but every issue must be resolved within 12-24 hours. These customers can be very tough to deal with at times, so it is important that you can stay professional at all times.

Please post here and/or PM me if you are interested.

Well for $500 a day to deal with customers online working your own hours sure anyone would be interested in that.  If you are serious i deal with customers all day long currently with my ebay store but i dont make $500 per day so i would quit for that.

Do you have anymore details, is the idea currently working and you cant cope  with customer influx or its a potential?
906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion about Wimbledon 2015 on: July 07, 2015, 07:09:53 AM

Those guys who bet on djokovic right now must be sweating a bit, hes currently 2-0 down in sets to Anderson.  Looking like he could be going out.

I was just checking out the live odds for that and it seems weird odds on Djoko are still 1.27 and 3.5 for the opponent. I guess thats because of the 6-1 in the third set . This could turn out to be bad for Djokovich if he loses now. Rank 1 vs Rank 14 is still a pretty big risk for him.

Yeah, those are still great odds for Anderson but when I placed my bets they were @20 but the game is not over until it's over, Djokovic can still turn this around like Pospisil did.

And even if he looses he'll still remain World No. 1 by points but it'll be quite disappointing for him and his fans.
Really suprized at anderson,i didnt know he had such a deadly serve, probobly because the court is grass he has a great advantage, espcialy because he didnt lose a break in first 2 sets, and nailed djokovic in the tie break, but djokovic is making a great return, hope he wins!

2-2 now, damn amazing match, it is 4 AM here, damn I have to go to bed now, haha, Djokovic gogogo!!! winwinwin!!!
the match is interrupted now because its already night time in england and the stadium at where they are playing dosent have lights so either they will change courts or the match will continue tommorow Smiley
If match is interrupted that will help for djokovic get his power back, so good time when match start again go to bet djokovic and wait for take your win  Grin
He already got his power back and won the 3rd & 4th set but you're right he'll be more dangerous after a night's rest.

OMG get your money on Anderson at 5-1 today for a single set decider.  How can djorkovic be such a fav over one set? market is crazy i'd put djokovic @ about 60% chance to win the set making it wayyy +ev to bet on anderson.

I put a small bet on good luck others who follow.

908  Economy / Gambling / Re: Womens World Cup, Who will win? on: July 07, 2015, 06:58:42 AM
USA 5-2 Japan. Wow, what a match. Carli Lloyd scored 3 Grin. I'm really glad USA won, China were really lucky to even get to the final, England deserved to be there. Take nothing away from USA though, great team. They should be really proud of what they achieved. The match was a bit freaky in the sense that it was all over after like 20 minutes as USA raced into a 4-0 lead. I really enjoyed this tournament, it's changed my opinion on women's football Grin

Here's the match report for anybody interested - http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/jul/05/usa-womens-world-cup-champions-japan

Just finished watching the final on repeat, unfortunately i had a suspicion USA won despite trying to ignore news of the result my twitter gave it away when USA went 4-0 up in 16 minutes.

BTW it was japan in the final not china hehe, i take it that was just a mistake.
909  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Games That accept Bitcoin on: July 06, 2015, 07:23:09 PM
I had this idea to start a thread like this as two games I play accept bitcoin as a form of payment, lets all make a list of games that accept bitcoin, i'll start

-8 Ball Pool
-FreeFall Tournament

Where do you play 8 ball pool for bitcoin? as far as i was aware nobody has built the game despite people on this forum gambling vs eachother on miniclip version of pool and using trust to pay eachother after.  The system is not ideal.

Seeing trades go through my end maybe only down for certain people areas? The volume looks a little dead right at this moment.
911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion about Wimbledon 2015 on: July 06, 2015, 07:13:58 PM
Every body's saying it's going to be either Djokovic or Murray but who are you gonna bet on if they're up against each other in the finals?

I think Djokovic will be slightly favorable and I think he's better than Murray. I'll put mine on Djokovic.

I will probably make a big bet on Djokovic if he comes close to the finals. Unlike last time, I am sure Djoko would have improved his game after that last defeat. Lets just hope he makes it through.
Djokovic is very good player but right now Murray is also playing good game and can win again this title in front of his home spectators

Those guys who bet on djokovic right now must be sweating a bit, hes currently 2-0 down in sets to Anderson.  Looking like he could be going out.
912  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Litecoin : I sold LTC for BTC . May I wrong ? on: July 06, 2015, 04:44:12 PM
when did you bought that amount? it was at its lowest or it was a old amount that you held for so long? because if you bought it at 0.002 to dump at 0.006 then yes it wasn't a good decision

God last time i remember it at like 0.002 was pre mtgox $266 bubble. Infact i think the first ever chance i got bitcoin on BTC-e to buy some litecoin it was 0.007.
913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion about Wimbledon 2015 on: July 06, 2015, 04:26:17 PM
Murray is going to register his 4th win soon.
And he is the most potential player for the trophy!
I think he is in his best form in the Wimbledon.
I dissagree with you,Djokovic is currently in best form on Wimbledon, the only thing why people think sometimes that murray is the favorite, its only because he is at his home ground!

Murray will always be overrated @ wimbledon, the public bet the crap out of him on betfair giving crappy odds.  Best to fade the market.
914  Economy / Services / Re: BTC-e Clone for Sale With Many more Clones [Updated] on: July 06, 2015, 04:15:51 PM
Now we are also integrating bitcoin payment system in eBay clone.

That is a sweet idea if someone can get a decent bitcoin ebay going since we have to wait so long for open bazaar.  Again will be very hard to actually get the site going.  If anyone does is though PM me and i will set my store up there.
915  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Primedice Bitcoin Gambling Site Hacked for $1M on: July 06, 2015, 03:32:15 PM
Wow, sorry then. I made a quick search here and couldn't find anything.
Also, the articles above are from end of June/July although they indeed mention the things going on since 2014.

Never mind then.

If you check out my vids in that thread linked above you can see hufflepuff in live action, i watched the whole thing go down over a couple days. Was pretty insane, the whole dice site just stopped waiting to see what he was going to do.
916  Economy / Gambling / Re: The PrimeDice Rakeback Program! on: July 06, 2015, 03:28:35 PM
I understand the idea but I doubt someone who can afford to bet 10 BTC will be happy with 0.009 BTC referral commission.

The wagering does soon add up if you bet a lot on dice and its free money really, but yeah i still think its hard to attract sign ups due to most people are looking to gamble on dice.  Rakeback in poker seems to be popular due to being able to break even/win long term in poker.

If you play on dice a lot though you might aswell sign up for rakeback, its a no brainer.

at the same time, there's nothing stopping people from referring themselves on a separate account. even though primedice takes care of this automatically, people can just a VPN or TOR to bypass this.

Yep this is another reason why cashback programs with bitcoin banking are tricky to get going.  The whole affiliate business could be shaped differently under bitcoin.
cashback programs are decent if run by the house, especially in a gambling scene that makes sense such as poker or sportsbook betting. this kind of system, where a user will be providing rake back from referral earnings promotes abuse in my opinion; since referrals will be given from a percentage of a wager, id think some people that opt in for this program would be inclined to minimum multiplier bet a percentage of their bankroll on autobet in an attempt to get the most amount wagered, ie they would do this for profit.

Cashback in poker if run by the site can really mess up the games.  Everyone plays tight to earn rakeback.  This is why pokerstars played a decent part in messing up online poker with their VIP bonus system which is basically rakeback.  Supernova elite can earn you $100k+, people just turn into robots.

917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion about Wimbledon 2015 on: July 06, 2015, 03:23:49 PM

Gunna say there is some value in karlovic bet here since all the murray backers are out in force.  Obviously this is only an outside chance karlovic will lose most of the time.

Murray has just taken the 1st set in a tiebreak. Karlovic's serve is ridiculous, it's like a bomb. He pushed Murray all the way on that 1st set. He's 6 foot 10 inches tall Karlovic (208.28 cm), an absolute beast of a man. He's winning nearly every point that lands in on his 1st serve. I think Murray has a much wider range of shots & the big man will get tired as the game goes on.

Yeah the chance for a decent value bet is probably over, the big guy will suffer coming back from losing first set.  He doesn move very well i cant imagine long matches will suit him.  His serve is insane though.

I am not worried about murray cos there is the H2H history: https://matchstat.com/tennis/h2h-odds-bets/Ivo%20Karlovic/Andy%20Murray

So they had 5 matches before, and murray won all of them, and karlovic is 36 years old, IMO he will be retired soon and he is very old, he won't have energy to fight against murray, especially for rallies cos murray's defense is the best, he can easy win the rallies against old karlovic. Murray is not viktor troicki so he won't lose the match after he leads with 2-0.

Yah its a done deal now, shame would have been nice to seen murray go out.

Federer next up, should be a comfortable win for him, not really worth a bet at 1/18 though, would rather take a punt on Agut.  Talking about age Federer is no spring chicken himself but looks and almost plays the same as he did @ 25.
918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin leads the way - bitcoin will follow on: July 06, 2015, 03:11:42 PM

919  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predictions about Bitcoin Price on Halving block ? on: July 06, 2015, 03:08:31 PM
So what are your predictions for Bitcoin price on the next halving block which should happen next year Q4 or beggining of 2017 .
I know that halving will halve the mining bitcoins and not the current or existing one and I also know that the price will depends on what's the price is before halving .

Just le me know and what are the different factors and could greece issue play a part of this .

Looks like its going to happen sooner than expected:

http://bitcoinclock.com/

Halving is great news, look at litecoin that was half dead and now is alive and well.

I found this address looking at the Bitcoin wiki:

December 12   Largest amount of fees, to-date, in a single transaction, and most fees in a single block. A transaction paid 171 BTC in fees in block 157235[12].

Is this the most fees paid from one address? I'm assuming so...

I wonder if it was a donation or a fuck up.

Whoops, looks like someone has been messed up like this guy:

Bitcoiners are generous charitable bunch but i find it hard to believe any of us want to over pay miners.
