So... he claims not to know much about GEO and the fact that our friendly neighborhood cyptofiat super hero Max Kaiser is behind MAX (and others that these Utubers are promoting), then says go ahead and buy it. LMfreakinAO .. .. and if we do break these lows, it simply becomes a tax right off.

hmmm... Interesting man... I just wonder why nobody found/mentioned this before... Some high quality exchanges are hosting this coin also.. Although they compile from source obviously en dont work with a qt... But still... They normally won't host a coin if the qt wallet is a virus etc. Or am I totally off here? I am confused about this... ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) There's a false positive in the windows qt. I plan to recompile it so this issue will be solved with the next release of the QT wallet. The Virustotal results show ALOT more than just a false positive and you have completely ignored the suspicious network traffic. Verrry phishy ! I have asked with him This my PM There is no need to worry, it's a known false positive with the IRC code. It will be fixed for the next wallet release. "Yes it is..", eh ? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_schemeCharacteristics : The promoter sells shares to investors by taking advantage of a lack of investor knowledge or competence.
- the spent premine remains unaccounted for - the celebs are, once again, exploiting those who believe everything they see on television eg. monkey see.. monkey do.. Initially the promoter will pay out high returns to attract more investors, and to lure current investors into putting in additional money. Often the high returns encourage investors to leave their money in the scheme.. Promoters also try to minimize withdrawals by offering new plans to investors..
- the Startjoin scheme/ online wallet/bank - interest payments/ rewards are based on your balance's daily average and spending /participation level The promoter in this case does not sell shares, he gives them away - the premine - for free, which is totally opposite of what a ponzi scheme would do. Giving away shares does not reward the share owners, it actually dilute their share value, except for the possible network effect. DEFINITION of 'Network Effect' A phenomenon whereby a good or service becomes more valuable when more people use it. The internet is a good example. Initially, there were few users of the internet, and it was of relatively little value to anyone outside of the military and a few research scientists. There is nothing wrong with trying to increase the value of "something" by network effect since it makes the "something" more valuable for all, also those who adopt it late. The network effect was what made Bitcoin valuable, and it was what made the telephone indispensable. Edit: and you don't get a network effect without somebody starting it, and taking all the risk until some critical mass is reached. Buying startcoin now carries a lot of risk because the critical mass may newer be reached. But it also carries some possible future reward that makes the risk acceptable to some people. Having famous people helping to kick-start this network effect is of course a large advantage for startcoin compared to many other crypto currencies who depend mostly on some technological advantage over other coins. But there will always be a better, more advanced coin just around the corner, so this alone is not enough. Why did you delete your "yes it IS" quote ? RECAP : - no one knows why Max's digital fiat is different than your run of the mill dirty bankster fiat - no one knows how approximately 9.5 million START (920,000 USD) were spent, who received what and why - users are required to obey certain rules and conditions before becoming eligible for the "free" coins https://startjoin.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201992825-How-do-I-get-StartCOIN-![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.techpowerup.org%2F150428%2Ffreeshit.jpg&t=663&c=5iGY1hkInd2-lw)

You are wasting you time replying to "Hippy Tech", he has cited no actual technical economic flaw in crypto currencies. This is why he has doodled "666" onto the foreheads of Russell Brand and Max Keiser e.g. calling them Satan or Lucifer. You need a lot of Imagination to believe in Satan, because their is no factual evidence of his existence and most religions believe Satan is bullsh*t designed to frighten children!!! This is what people do when they have no objective facts or empirical evidence. Everyone, involved in crypto currencies will laugh at that ignorant person's opinions (they have no knowledge about crypto currencies) and calls that ignorant person "stupid" or "retarded". The person/persons, having failed to convince the more knowledgeable people of his/her opinions leaps and resorts to imaginative insults e.g. they START using imaginative representations of evil to claim the more knowledgeable people are Satan or Lucifer (in this thread). This imaginative insult taps up things that scared people when they were children, therefore they have resonance amongst the more immature adults ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) This example is not to bad, because it quite fashionable (commonplace) in the West to call knowledgeable people evil. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I suppose you completely missed the part where, as he was ripping the money apart (like a girlyman ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) ), Max called Pagans "evil". GTFO plllz. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

- the Startjoin scheme/ online wallet/bank - interest payments/ rewards are based on your balance's daily average and spending /participation level

Lately, it is as though critics call “scam” the moment they detect the slightest commonality between a real scam and a promising new idea. I hope the crypto-community breaks through this icy layer of negativity soon. Heavy premining and cloning an alt-coin are not necessarily inappropriate. You have to study the purpose and vision of the project in question. StartCoin's heavy premine is so obviously necessary to the distribution and success of StartJoin that it should not require explanation. And if Startcoin is merely a clone of BTC or some alt, it matters not. StartCoin and StartJoin's niche is clearly not to develop a protocol layer like Mastercoin or Counterparty or to develop some fancy new encryption but rather to develop a financially supportive network and community of enterprising individuals. Has the once bright eyed and optimistic crypto community really become so jaded and suspicious? I suppose it is hard to have trust and hopeful vision when most every market is rigged by governments and banks, when the rule of law is dead, and when bail ins lurk on the horizon like black helicopters preparing to dump a diarrhea of toxic derivative sludge laden with GMO corn niblets onto the populace below.
Very nicely put. Negativity and skepticism has a role when people are investing their money. Trolling and abusive language with no real purpose is something that we could all do without. Abusive language ? I'm not the one speaking with the NWO forked tongue here. https://youtu.be/w3b7Pn5WcCQ?t=3m55s.. now this crypto currency (ie. START), is completely different.

I spent a few minutes and found them using the block explorer. You could have saved me some work had you posted that earlier. lol Where do they explain who recieved what and how it was spent ? And what is up with the buggy BE ? The transactions are not being listed in chronological order and the addys are being labelled as "Bitcoin". This pops up when the mouse hovers over the faded/ current address. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.techpowerup.org%2F150427%2FclonedBE.jpg&t=663&c=dch9ZtcdsyArng) EDIT Why the hell am I the first to notice this ? Yet another sign that this is a cloned crypto fiat hack job. Fuck this private bank !

johnp : OK
Here is the explanation for the various number of coins:
84 million will be the total ever mined. 54,381,080 is the amount mined so far plus the premine. 22,483,930 are in circulation. The other 32 million are in cold wallets to be given away over time.
Where are you getting this information ? From Jamie Scott - Co founder of StartJoin - https://twitter.com/jamiescottuk - https://www.startjoin.com/jamiescottukI see no mention about the premine address or it's status.

Maxcoin sucks! Quark sucks! He pumped Bitcoin too, sucks. Everything this guy recommends turn to shit. Rise up scam busters! Occupy some internet cafes, let your voice be heard!
And the Startcoin he just gives away. Its like crack! They will just buy more!
Think of the children, homeless, and others in need that are receiving aid because of the platform he helped create. I bet they have a different opinion than you self serving, hate filled trolls that inhabit this insignificant community.
Max has helped more people this year than you scumbags have in a lifetime - combined. So continue to try to protect your stake in whatever shitcoin you hold dear, but anyone with an ounce of critical thinking skills will see right through it. Startcoin is gaining momentum - whether you like it or not....
Ya he sucks man!
FFS.. He is condemning paper fiat AND shamelessly promoting his 50% premined shit cryptofiat at the same fucking time ! Fyi, the mob/mafia/organized crime (most of whom are dirty banksters ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) ) also have their charitable side to help with public relations. See the pattern ? Still "no" ? lol .. You might want to sit down for this one.. While the city was being leveled around them, the inbred private banksters used propaganda such as this --> https://youtu.be/N5-3QRKz3CY , to fool us into thinking that they were under legitimate attack. Shitler had no intention of wiping out the royals then, and Max is full of shitcoin air now for the very same reason. eg. they both have/had the same master(s) " Prescott Bush - How Bush's grandfather helped Hitler's rise to Power --> https://youtu.be/TnHnjmCYjy4

Has anyone noticed how "BTC" looks somewhat similar to CIA when the letters are reversed ? lol CTB = CIA ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) That is ridiculous man, I couldnt have been more amazed by your discovery. Maybe btc was created by the cia in order to control the people interested in cryptocurrency while they push fiat and leave us all out in the streets screaming "bitcoin" and making us seem like lunatics! It all makes sense! "Gavin will visit the CIA" --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=6652.0Satoshi vanished weeks before this meeting took place. The asic pre-order hype, scams and the massive gpu sell off, followed not long after. "Gavin will visit the Council on Foreign Relations" --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=412846.0And here is where I'm guessing they decided on how to finish centralizing the living shit out of BTC/ cryptos.

this will harm cryptsy exchange , it's going viral already.
I thought they were close to delist poopcoin and now they're heavily involved in the fraudulent scheme. WoW
That sounds soo genuine... ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Remember when I tried to inform you about the cryptsy gang faked IFC vs IFCv2/COL vs ADT war/drama ? And how this Paycoin vs Paycon was the same people running the same scheme ? mudder, Bitpop aka Bitbop, Cresty.. this will all tie back to you someday.. I always suspected the motives of some of these posters, tbh.. Its your typical case of "Problem, Reaction, Solution" They created this problem (which brought on a 1700 page reaction) so they could line themselves up and our crypto warriors defending us from the evil Shitcoin empire.
