901  Economy / Gambling / Re: ODD or EVEN win 185% | Provably on: December 21, 2016, 12:22:47 PM
I know about house edge.

Before ODD-EVEN our game been trade game on price BTC/CNY (similar binary option).

If i change house edge to 2% how think players join to our game?
As you can see people already are crying about high House Edge. I think everyone agrees that if you want to have Odd/Even game 15% HE is a total overkill.
You can lower house edge and use this as additional promotional slogan, it might help your game.
902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: December 21, 2016, 11:40:03 AM
Go guys!
In many cultures and countries is gambling consider as a bad thing which only the poorest and silliest ones do.
So is drinking an alcohol or eating beef and doing various other things in public etc.
Why I must agree with other people's opinion as long as my activities are not harmful to others?
I have nothing to be ashamed of as long as am not degenerated addict.
903  Economy / Gambling / Re: DuckDice.io – introducing cryptocurrency Dice Game! on: December 21, 2016, 11:29:59 AM
Admin better check your site it looks like someone is abusing faucet through tips:

https://i.imgur.com/Z4hiQcY.png
https://i.imgur.com/Rcj0lU3.png
https://i.imgur.com/vhMH4rv.png

etc

That is really bad
I think that is only one person and have multiple accounts. He have to ban those who are using multiple accounts as only one account is enough for playing on a dice site. So no one will abuse their faucet.

That'll be difficult for him to determine but even if he succeeds in doing that to block that person, people in third world countries are always up to something; they've got a new trick or cheat to by pass security so I'd say he should just let go.
If this tipping system is being exploited in such manner and solution for this problem is hard to implement then the best course of action will be just remove tipping system.
Letting go will like admitting that something is not right yet you are fine with it. BTW adding wagering requirement to enable tipping option is good idea IMO.
904  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitfinex - Funding. Yes or No? on: December 21, 2016, 11:23:53 AM
Bitfinex name is now soiled with second biggest hack in bitcoin history. But there is good chance that it caused their security to evolve.
After all if Bitfinex will be ever hacked again it is a definite end for them - as no one will give them a third chance.

You need to remember that simply relying on the exchange being big and established doesn't give any real protection.
905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on Bitcoin price on: December 20, 2016, 11:07:31 PM
Hello Bitcoin lovers!

Where I can bet on BTC price? I don't mean "What will be BTC price by the end of 2016,2017 etc?" bets. I would like to bet on quick changes of BTC price (dollars).

Thank you!

I'm pretty sure you can do that at fortunejack. You could try futures also.

Are you sure as I've never seen that on fortune jack?

No I am not 100% which is why I said I'm pretty sure and not 'I'm certain' it was awhile ago since I played there.
Just to clarify. I am quite familiar with FortuneJack's variety of games and you are probably referring to their binary trader game - https://fortunejack.com/games/btrader/
But I am quite sure that you can't place a bet on future BTC price in this game.
906  Economy / Gambling / Re: Managedgambling.com - We help you to make good profits from gambling on: December 20, 2016, 10:04:46 PM
3) How secure is this service?
We will be playing from your computer. You will be seeing everything with your naked eyes. After generating profit, we will only withdraw our share. You will be seeing everything live in action. If by any chance, we try to withdraw more you can stop it right there. Since we connect to your computer using teamviewer, you can disconnect your teamviewer's session any time. By all means our service is secure.
Teamviewer is notorious for being a tool for hackers who can use this service to do whatever they want with your PC.

Some examples: http://arstechnica.com/security/2016/06/teamviewer-users-are-being-hacked-in-bulk-and-we-still-dont-know-how/

PC Support Scam - https://www.lifewire.com/i-just-fell-for-a-pc-support-scam-now-what-2487799

How can you say your service is secure? Giving access to your PC is never secure.
907  Economy / Speculation / Re: If we didnt had idiots blocking segwit we would be sittting on 4 figures by now on: December 20, 2016, 07:08:57 PM
This is matter of opinions i believe, first both sides telling that they are good and other are bad. This is not good at any point of future mining.

From what i have read it 50-50 maybe little more on BU rather then Segwit but if this continues this wont be good for anyone or any side. At the end it will be dark for both of them if they continue to do this.

Sooner or later they're gonna have to make a decision and commit to it, and I hope that this would be done constructively.
Time is  ticking; if Segregated Witness is not supported by majority of hash power by November 15, 2017 the whole project will be ruined.
I suppose if SegWit was introduced only by Bitcoin Core developers and not Blockstream we would have different discussion now.
908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a trick dice? on: December 20, 2016, 01:57:11 PM
While watching that video Op posted I noticed something interesting. Apparently there are whole lot of people making that "Bitsler trick" or methods videos.

They are being released like crazy almost everyday, they are bogus to the core and should be ignored as harmful.

It is curious why Bitsler is so popular among creators of these videos?
909  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-12-19] The First Regulated Market to Offer Futures Contracts on Bitcoin on: December 20, 2016, 01:26:14 PM
While I like this move and direction of their pro-cryptocurrency strategy, this news is second grade info.
Bitcoin acceptance by that exchange won't have any effect on the Bitcoin community, nor it will affect bitcoin price.
It feels more like an attempt to add bitcoin to their portfolio of assets to allow speculations.
910  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PowerBet.IO are SCAMMING, LEAKING sensitive info, and CENSORING negative feedback on: December 20, 2016, 11:13:07 AM
They simply delete all negative feedback without ever even commenting on it.

They might as well just take your money and run. There is nothing you can do about it... They'll just delete your comments.
That is common practice, we can't do much about this. Self moderated  threads were invented to fight trolls or idiots. But it also gives the power of censorship to the original poster.
It is way easier to just delete unfavorable comments than trying to answer them directly. I am not familiar with PowerBet.io and can't tell if they seem fair enough service.
All I know that deleting valid concerns and problems of users is not the best way to conduct business and will create doubts instead.
911  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is your Bitcoin really worth $xxx.xx? on: December 20, 2016, 10:35:47 AM
Q: Is your Bitcoin really worth "x" amount of $$$?
A: I don't get this questions, what do you mean exactly? Bitcoin price is determined by current market situation and therefore you can say price is real.

Q:What happens if lets say 5 big Bitcoin holders were to flee the market today?
A: By flee you mean - sell all theirs coins? It would create panic sell situation and Bitcoin price will be razed, at least temporarily.

Q:Are there enough buyers to inflate the price back up?
A: Hard to tell, we are still in experimental/early phase there are two scenarios - BTC will fall or rest of bitcoin users will seize the opportunity to buy cheap BTC.

Q:Do you think that all investors would get the same amount of money for their coin?
A: Depends on how much/fast they want to sell their BTC.

912  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If bitcoin prices rise up to $100,000, will you still gamble using bitcoins? on: December 20, 2016, 10:14:36 AM
I don't see any problem with bitcoin price and its relation to gambling or using bitcoin to pay for services. If you use bitcoin for gambling now then why you suddenly stop when it will reach higher price?
The only thing that will change is that instead of having bankroll of 0.1 BTC you will lower it to 0.01 BTC or less so it still be the same $XXX amount of money that you always use.
913  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Searching for testers for a new iOS SPV Wallet on: December 20, 2016, 09:50:31 AM
You didn't share any information about potential bug bounty or other form of gratification for this wallet testing job.
Will testers be paid for their job or this is non-profit task?
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Highest profit on Bitcoin Gambling? on: December 20, 2016, 09:12:57 AM
What is the amount of highest win/profit in the history of Bitcoin Gambling? Do you guys have any idea?
One of the biggest win I know is from nakowa's win on just-dice when they are still a bitcoin dice site. Here is a thread where he bragged about his overall profit from just-dice. The second biggest win I know is from hufflepuff where he got a 2k btc profit from primedice by exploiting their system.
It is not real gambling win, Hufflepuff knew the outcome of the roll before it happened. It can be labeled as the biggest exploit/hack in the bitcoin gambling history - rather than honest win.
I am not sure but this might be the reason why PrimeDice lowered their max payout to 30.0 BTC
915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: December 20, 2016, 08:28:20 AM
I will share my gambling analogy with you guys. Imagine that you hit the jackpot in your national lottery - Lotto or something like that.
And what will you do next? Buy more lottery tickets with every penny you just won? I guess not, because that seems ridiculously stupid.

But that is what most gamblers do, they win some money and waste it all the very next day to fuel their gambling activities.
916  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice - provably fair - ONLY WINS on: December 20, 2016, 08:18:47 AM
5BTC reward!
Come on dudes! Grin

http://prostoloto.ru
At this point I am more inclined to believe that you will never pay any money to anyone.
You keep ignoring question about your site's bankroll which is primary indicator of your shady behaviour.
Post proof of solvency, it is not that hard.
917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which Is The Better Tagline? on: December 19, 2016, 10:50:57 PM
I see that your proposed 2 taglines... Well, both are good. Probably equally good IMO. You will be fine with using whichever you want.

But I would like to present some of my taglines too:

- Bitcoin - Be your own Bank (I know that this is slogan of blockchain.info and probably some other bitcoin related companies, but this is still very catchy phrase).
- Bitcoin - More than money (It is actual Bill Gates quote).
918  Economy / Speculation / Re: touch down to 800$ is near on: December 19, 2016, 10:09:42 PM
789 and 790 usd in Bitstamp and bitfinex respectively but the interesting point is the price in localbitcoin 849 usd in preev Shocked
Localbitcoins is always above the exchanges with price and it's logical. It requires people to meet in person and that takes more effort than a couple clicks and much more time.

If you want to know "standard" bitcoin price. Then you can't use:

1. Local exchanges - they sell more expensive BTC (due to limited volume and increased demand)  - just look at Indian and African exchanges.
2. P2P trading platforms - there is additional 'fee' when you want to buy bitcoin in a more anonymous fashion.
3. This tool is probably the best service where you can quickly estimate average price of BTC - http://preev.com/btc/usd
919  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: December 19, 2016, 09:51:57 PM
I just saw a Banner of FortuneJack saying "30000 mbtc prize pool up for grabs"
I clicked the banner but i got redirected straight to the homepage
Can anyone explain me what this is about ?
I would like to know that too. Usually all FortuneJack's promotions are listed here: https://fortunejack.com/promotions/
Currently there are 3 promos listed there - 100% Deposit Bonus up to 0.5 BTC, Deposit 777 play with 1777mBTC and Monthly Deposit Bonus - 100% up to 1 BTC.
There is nothing about promo you're asking about.
920  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice - provably fair - ONLY WINS on: December 19, 2016, 09:41:09 PM
Some of my thoughts:

1. Misleading thread title, which suggests that users will be able win 100% of their bets. It is not a good slogan.
2. No clear proof of solvency - it is rather easy to present signed message from one of your many hot wallets. It takes 2 minutes.
3. At first glance Op's site looks like castrated version of PrimeDice with slightly changed colors.
4. I haven't noticed any bonuses, promotions, giveaways, faucets...
