My answer is no, why would I be shameful. I guess it's not a sin and I am not committing a crime either, for others who think gambling is very dangerous, that would only mean that they are not responsible enough to engage in a risky game. What I see is that bitcoin is a form of entertainment and based on experience, I enjoy doing it, so it's not a sin to have fun when you are not hurting others.

That can be shameful if you are not a responsible person and you are making gambling in your first list before your family and duties. And that is making gambling as a bad habit if that is bringing them a very bad result. I'm just hiding that I'm gambling because I wanted to hide it since my family already knew about it.

Who would know if you are a gambler if your way of gambling is just online? People would not even bother or ask if you tried online gambling. Nothing to be ashamed of even if you are on a losing streak or winning 1BTC per day people will not know and will not even care unless you let them know about. Thats the beauty of online gambling, no need dress up while playing.

Nope, there is not much difference between being rich country and a poor one when it comes to gambling, it just look more common in poor places because people are operating in small scale gambling houses and as mentioned in post above me, who cares when you gamble if it is online?

Nope, when I am not busy I am a gambler and I still share my experience either bad or good, too bad that I can't visit gambling site anymore as I am too busy...

Lets put it this way, I have a money, I can finance what I am doing, and I love what I am doing, and it is not affecting me or anyone in the family and I don't do any annoying actions after losing or winning, who will prevent me from doing that?

Agreed with this point many countries are here, where gambling not consider a good game, also in many countries gambling are banned, but still many people play it but in illegal way. Also in my country gambling is not legal, but i play it because my friends play and sometime i want money then i need to play gambling.
But about the shameful point, for me, i am not talking in my family that i am gambler, but my friends know that i am gambler, So it is fine for me. Because i am not addicted or loser, So i don't care what people said about gambling.

As long as i am happy in what i do i don't feel any regrets even people around me knows i gamble. And also aslong as i use my own money to gamble. And about country that banned gambling as long as we are playing online and using bitcoin we are anonymous, so no problem at all.

If i gamble with my own money-no.

If i had to borrow money from someone to gamble-definitely yes.

But i will never borrow money to gamble,so it`s ok.

I only feel shameful when Ive lost money to a game which I was initially planing to stay away in the first place. Yet, I ended up betting and lose. The shameful part is that I sometime have no self control on my bets and the bet size and I just go with the flow. Trying to change that these days by not gambling at all.

As people have said gamble by financial capability not too pushy so it is not bad for  daily activities
indeed I be embarrassed if someone knows that I gambled for that I conceal this activity and use bitcoin

I will not share my gambling activities with anyone, and I don't like to share this with others. But some of my friends know, but they also play so I don't mind if I play with them. If I lost my bet, i really feel so bad. I do online gambling, so this helps me to hide my gambling activity.

Same here...I try to hide my daily habit even from my family members. I will be ashamed if one or more people in my real life knew my gambling activity. So far, everything works as expected and hopefuly will stay longer. Gambling is a bad thing here in my neighborhood.

In my country all kinds of people gamble regardless of their economic class but it is always the rich people who are getting involved with illegal gambling so It depends on who you will be telling to that you're gambling . Some might support you, some might not .

I never feel ashamed of being a gambler. No one in my family or any of my real friends or people I work with have any problems with me gambling or make me feel any shame about it. And I really couldn't care less what anyone outside of my real friends and family think of me. At the same time, I'm not going to brag to my priest about how I hit a 5-team parlay or anything. I don't know why some consider gambling a shameful act,  almost everyone close in my life knows that i gamble. i don't feel ashamed of gambling, it's fun gambling. even my elder brother gambles.(i showed him how to gamble online lol)

it can be shamefull if you are been addicted to much and you will came to the point that you can do some bad acts,illegal,things,stealing and etc since it can destroy you nor to people who sorrounds you, thats why many people are using online gamblings a this point since surely they can hide their identity aswell as they cannot be feel doubtfull if their kidds well see their bad tantrums.

If you can't think about anything else but gambling the whole day and if coming home the first thing you do is turning on the computer to gamble as soon as possible and if after you start you can't stop until your whole balance is lost, then yes gambling is a very bad thing for you. But if you just like to relax gambling for an hour or two and you can stop any time and you don't lose big money with it then there's nothing wrong with that IMO.
