This is a very good question. And to answer it, we have to look into some of the  features of Altcoins and the number one to look into is the movement of Altcoins in the market. The movement of Altcoins is very low so to predict it bull market is always difficult. Like bitcoin once the movement starts we all know that the Bull Market will start soon or as started but it is not like that with altcoins. When bitcoin was $35+k Ethereum was $1k or $2 if I am not mistaken yet the movement is very slow.

So as for me as I said before the Bull Market of Altcoins has not started but when Market changed we will know and predict for the bull market to the All Time High of the altcoins. And for now it is not.

When this thread was created Ethereum was $2,100.60 or below and today Ethereum price is $3,322.25 and Solana is still below that Ethereum range so I don't think they have gotten enough profit from the investment and Dogecoin has not even hit a dollar so I don't think so until the investors are not recent investors but ancient investors of the project. As for me altcoins have not started their bull market and they are still in the preparation ground and Ethereum is the leader of them all.
