901  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin Cloud Mining with HashFlare on: May 08, 2017, 04:59:57 PM
Having login issues since a week. 7 days after and 5 replies (without their answer) to my own support thread I am still "locked out" of my account. My login details don't get recognized for some kind of "error" on Hashflare side and even after resetting password multiple times.
A few days ago I would have said differently, but now: STAY AWAY FROM HASHFLARE AND FROM BUYING THEIR SERVICES!

Im having no issues and made a withdrawal this morning.

@thebitcoingirl - Take a deep breath, write a nice email to support, and take into consideration they are on holidays.

Never had problems wthdrawing from them (I use Hashflare since 2 years).
I wrote the first support email 7 days ago, it must be a long holiday....

Again, a few days ago I would have said differently, but now: STAY AWAY FROM HASHFLARE AND FROM BUYING THEIR SERVICES!

Any review from users is appreciated and worth to read as it's a part of research before invest.
So, you've been investing on hashflare cloud mining for 2 years and last week couldn't log in?
Would like to know, how is that possible and how about now, can you or still there is nothing from support team?
902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: May 08, 2017, 03:48:18 PM
What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

* Work offline 100%
* No fees.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
* 0 confermations time
* 0 exchange risks
* anyone is able to understanding of the value of payment

Cash yes, but not credit card which has fees as well.
Fiat money dominate the market over the world obviously, we know why.
It's official currency, legal payment issued by government.
For now, fiat money (cash) dominate and bitcoin has not been accepted in every city, only few merchants still accept bitcoin, nothing could compare to cash right now.

Re: Where I can learn Bitcoin Trading?
You can learn trading here in bitcointalk. I first learn trading by reading here and start trading in Poloniex. Though Poloniex is a good one site, at first I am losing because of very fast movement which I can not catch up. It is better to do actual trading and reading some trading resources as you can apply in actual trading what you are reading. Also always do your own research.
I don't know there is a special site where you can learn bitcoin trading, what I know is read a lot from traders here and learn by yourself through some trading sites, try it. Except, you have a friend whom an expert in trading and ask him to teach you, because that's way faster than you should going through profits and loss by yourself.
904  Economy / Speculation / Re: do not be afraid of the alts-rally on: May 08, 2017, 02:35:26 PM
Well it's not like altcoins would be accepted anywhere else than at exchanges.
All you can do with them is trade them.
But at the point where you want to put them for good use and buy something, you have to convert them either into fiat, or bitcoin.
And that's the point why I think the alt ralley helps bitcoin too.
A good part of the alts will end up to be bitcoin sooner or later.

Some altcoins seems has potential I guess, as right now we have a coin which has reach $200.
We know that people will always sell their alts for bitcoin or fiat money, but is that true? Not everyone agreed.
Well, bitcoin isn't perfect in crypto world, so altcoins were here to fullfil what people want, even though mostly case we see it as trading object to earn more bitcoin.
905  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: May 08, 2017, 12:55:21 PM
Trading and investment are just as good. Trading is great for meeting daily or monthly needs and investing to realize future plans. Trading is more risky than investment and trading requires analytical skills and knowledge of a condition.
I can't say whether trading or investment which is more risky, depends on your skills, experiences, knowledge and what kind of investment. If you consider buy and hold bitcoin is an investment, than it is safer than trading. But, if you invest on new project like ico coin, it could be fail or maybe ended as scam. So, do your own research about investment project and trading, than choose one of them that suits for you.
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ASK] Why do people buy altcoin? on: May 08, 2017, 12:35:25 PM
There are a lot of altcoins and I am really curious why people buy them. Is there any worth of altcoin? Why not using only bitcoin? What's the future of altcoins?
People buying altcoins because following reasons:
- low price and hope it will rise someday  (trading)
- altcoins has some advantages which bitcoin doesn't has.
- just like bitcoin, you can store your wealth on some potential coins.
907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: May 07, 2017, 11:19:58 PM
bitcoin is money . you earn btc and spend it. now a days btc is world currency. any people can use btc and earn profit.
Yeah correct bitcoin is a currency and i think people need to have this in the future and this can be used in online shopping or in all online transaction without more hassle.
And also bitcoin is a good to have as an investment because it will give more profit yearly to have more bitcoin is much better for one investor.
I prefer to consider bitcoin not as a currency as most people should convert it into fiat money if they want to spend it.
Bitcoin is a store of value, commodity, investment object, and sometimes as medium exchange.
People should use bitcoin as they want for buy things or whatever they consider it.
908  Economy / Speculation / Re: everyone is so helpful today! on: May 07, 2017, 09:43:14 PM
Bitcoin is very valuable and has been stated will die or crash when it on the rise to higher price. But, bitcoin seems to be persistent and keep recover after correction happen. People who have spread bad news should be already sell out their bitcoin and afraid cannot buy more bitcoin as the price continue to increase instead of decrease after they sold theirs coin. If bitcoin always going up, why sell yours if you don't need to? Keep calm and wait for another rise.
909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your biggest bitcoin regrets? on: May 07, 2017, 09:02:11 PM
The most recent one is buying a steam game worth $29.99 for 0.07 btc a year ago. I know it's not a big sum, but compared today, it's almost a hundred dollars. I pre-ordered BF1 back then and thought that I would be getting a pretty sweet deal. 7 months later I ended up regretting buying it due to its equivalent right now.

But the biggest of my regret is probably not knowing bitcoin too soon.

I've been spending loads recently. I don't really give a shit if it spirals upwards. At some point you have to put it to work giving you some enjoyment. It can't remain as paper profits forever.

My personal record is a piece of shit phone that was 0.3 BTC second hand. I would now get about $30 for it.
As time goes on and bitcoin price increase, meanwhile another stuff price seems decline over time such as phone that you have mentioned.
If I could go back to 2010, I will purchase bitcoin as much as I can but that's something out of question, don't regret such thing.
But, you should regret sell out bitcoin at current price when it reach $2000 or $5000 a piece of bitcoin.
910  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Short Term or Long Term on: May 07, 2017, 08:19:27 PM
Both type of trading have their perks, with long term you may end up with bigger margin of profit, but you have to be very patient for that, and in short term, you see growing your investment every day even though by a small amount.
But how do you prefer to trade? Especially when trading alts. Do you go with good potential coins and long term investment so you can only cash in when you get to a desired level of profit?
Or do you prefer day trading and go with whichever coin suits on the day.
And what is according to you best practice?
I divide into short trading and long term depend on what coin we're talking about.
We know there are some coins which has shown significant increase within months or years, has been around for years and still growing, then it could be hold for long term. And other coins, brand new and always fluctuate for short term obviously.
911  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINROYALE.COM • Provably Fair • 1 BTC Bonus • 2 BTC Blackjack Tournament! (new) on: May 07, 2017, 07:39:43 PM
I see there are two similar username on the dice tourney leaderboard. "benzergo" and "Benzergoo", are they the same person? I guess so, as it is very rare for different person using similar username with other's. If so, is it allowed to register with more than 1 account on the tournament?
They are 2 different people.

Oh come on victor, the chance for it being two different person is very small. I mean imagine how two people would have thought to use the username benzergo and benzergoo altogether? I just googled and I didnt find anything outstanding about the name benzergo anyway. Different IP doesnt mean it is different person, it could easily be manipulated

i am the user of benzergo, the other one is used by my friend(benzergoo). i told him about coinroyale's dice tourney and asked me to register him. which i did, without thinking about a different username. also i listed it as one of my referrals. are you jealous that the two of us are in the list of top 20 players? commmmooon! we both spend btc to join the tourney.

It is not about jealous, but more about the rules and terms of the tournament. I dont really care if both of you are on top 20 or even top 3. Ok, victorhing has confirmed that those two accounts owned by different people although I still doubt about it.
Anyway why you did not post with your main account? Really need to create a new account to reply this? Afraid to reply with your main account? LoL.

As Victor has stated they are two different people, than no need to questioned anymore.
He is right, play with or against his friend but they both spend bitcoin to participate in dice tournament.
But, is it (dice tournament) always held every week or is it over?
I'm more interested about blackjack tournament or is there poker tournament too?
912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: May 07, 2017, 07:26:45 PM
The price seems pretty high for me, than it is good. I remember when it was stuck at $19 and I thought it won't move up, but there are a lot of projects out there that use ethereum as their payment method, so it makes ethereum price rise and reach $96 right now.
Well, people can say anything about ethereum, but when people trust and use it means high demand = price increase.
913  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a leading currency? on: May 07, 2017, 12:33:07 PM
The economic reach of Bitcoin is an interesting subject of discussion. In the end there will be a maximum of 21.000.000 BTC. BTC is a eight-digit number.
I suppose that a currency can only be leading if it has the possibility ta pay in small amounts, equivalent tot e.g. dollarcent or eurocent. This statement limits the range of BTC, will the satoshi be the future euro/dollarcent?
In that case the maximum money supply wil be BTC 21.000.000,00000000 is e.g. EUR 99.999.999.999.999,99 (by the way: interesting exchange rate).
The money supply in the Eurozone (M3) is over EUR 10.000.000.000.000
So without any constraints, the structure of the BTC satisfies the necessary condition.
Let's inventory the other constraints.

To lead other currencies, bitcoin need to achieve some important things :
- scalability ( which it isn't right now)
-  instant transaction ( we have to wait if use bitcoin to be confirmed)
- legalized by government (many countries doesn't yet)
- cannot spend bitcoin for micro payment, it can be stuck forever.
Bitcoin still far away from many factors that required to become number one currency.
914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why only now many countries recognize bitcoin as a virtual currency? on: May 07, 2017, 09:23:43 AM

Because its price is now sky high then many countries use bitcoin as virtual currency

What you think with phenomenal like this

Only now? Because the price? It's not.
It just the beginning for some countries regulated bitcoin and Japan was legalized bitcoin into their monetary system which make trading volume in there increase and cause the price rise. However, there are some big countries that has bigger exchanges and adopters that supports bitcoin community, government should regulated bitcoin to prevent illegal activities, so it just time matter, not only right now.
915  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin To Soon Reach $1700 on: May 07, 2017, 08:26:46 AM
Bitcoin has officially breached the $1500 level in some exchanges and there seems to be no end yet on sight for the rise of its value. Some are predicting that it can hit the $1700 level many days from now but correction at that level can set in and there would some adjustments in value.

I am wondering what are the contributing factors for this continuing rally?  Please share your ideas for the enlightenment and guidance of some readers (including me).
Well, bitcoin doesn't reach $1700 yet, rapidly growth to $1670 but has significant increases after that but bitcoin price seems more stable right now. Normal day for bitcoin when it rise and fall due to traders want to extract instant profits. No matter what, it will hold and still increase I guess as bitcoin ETF will review one more time, maybe it has slightly chance but speculation make the price at this level.
916  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are You Disappointed In Trading? on: May 06, 2017, 11:59:44 PM
Yes, a lot of times I'm disappointed in trading because my predictions are quite accurate but when the market has big fluctuations, it makes my psychological panic selling. I know there is always risk in trading and the greater the risk will earn the greater the profits but the fear of losing money always makes me fail, maybe I'm not the right person for the trade. In the near future, I think I should give up trading and look for a more suitable job
Panic selling is one of my worse decision too, but at least I make some profit.
I'm not disappointed in trading as long as I can afford to cover my capital and get return.
If you can't deal with loss, than try to manage your funds in trading, to not spend too much buy a coin which could ended wrong.
917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a source of income? on: May 06, 2017, 11:56:18 PM
Today many people rely on bitcoin, in the sense that they are now focusing on the world of cryptocurrency, leaving their jobs

Is there something like this, is there any special tips because i want to focus but not yet dare?

I won't suggest to leave real world job without big income online, if you can make $500-1000 per month than it's okay. Depends on your expenses, where you live and is it enough to earn such amount. It can be hard to earn bitcoin without any skill and friend who can help and cooperate.
918  Economy / Economics / Re: how i start a bussines with BTC on: May 06, 2017, 06:45:36 PM
To start business with bitcoin, you need some preparations of course:
- collect bitcoin from various sources such as faucets or buy bitcoin from another person, etc.
- your idea to create a business, what kind of business? And how to maintain it.
- gather some friends whom have skills to help you start the business.
919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: May 06, 2017, 07:20:27 AM

Just over watch and wait for the coin launched to the market.
920  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy or Sell? on: May 06, 2017, 06:36:37 AM
Poll Open for 24 hours. NVM
Personally I think its time to sell a little to buy back in later.
Yes, it seems that global market begin to decline and bitfinex no longer become the one which has highest exchange rate, start to normal I think but coinbase has higher price of bitcoin right now. Sell now and then the price will increase again, lol. But, before it going so far (decline) better to sell a bit but not so much, based on your calculations. For me, I won't sell any, I've done that before and regret it until today, so no more.
