901  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HOW EXCHANGES PROCESS WITHDRAW? on: November 02, 2017, 10:32:09 PM
Indeed, it would be a mess to process all the withdrawal manually, send it in a batch will be more make sense, as I've never seen an exchange mentioned how they deal with all of this stuff, it's like a secret of their service. So, 5 or 10 minutes gap between your withdraw demand and exchanges send bitcoin isn't a problem as they have to verify every transaction and wait until a certain amount of transactions (maybe 100 or 1000) to dispatch at once.
In a case if a user decides to withdrawal a high amount of a coin, an exchange need to process the transaction manually, split the transaction into pieces and withdraw from their cold storage to reassure safety. And waiting time for a transaction to happen, depends entirely on the blockchain network as a block will be generated every 10 minutes.
902  Economy / Speculation / Re: Peak and correction coming on: November 02, 2017, 11:30:56 AM
Bitcoin still on rally right now, over $7100 across global exchanges, but BitHumb reach $7468 https://www.bithumb.com/ new ATH obviously. After bitcoin reach the highest peak, which I don't know, correction will occur again, the time will come when people cash out and keep it liquid. But, I don't think bitcoin could fall down below $6000 at this point due to hard fork coming soon and China may rescind cryptocurrency ban in the nearly future, while OKCoin and Huobi still operating.
903  Economy / Speculation / Re: Hold ETH or exchange it for BTC and hold BTC? on: November 02, 2017, 06:10:33 AM
Consider current price of bitcoin and ethereum, if I have $1000 or $2000. I will invest 80% in ethereum and 20% in bitcoin.
Ethereum price seems decline during bitcoin rally, it's trade at $285 across global exchange which is pretty cheaper than normal price of ethereum.
Ethereum expected to rise in the next year after PoS be activated, so it would be long term investment.
On the other hand, bitcoin price keep climbing and reach another ATH over $6900 on November 1st, wondering how much it will gain by the end of this year, maybe $7500 as the new bottom line.
904  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bittrex Trading App on: November 02, 2017, 03:10:53 AM
Trading app on phone is a good idea, what features are available on this app? disable withdraw function is a good thing for new testers.
There are so many requests from android users as well to create android version trading app, but unfortunately Op don't update this thread regularly.
I would like try this app, but it seems Bittrex got so many complain from customers which claim their account disabled many verified accounts for no reason and Bittrex support didn't reply to their tickets. This problem is getting more complicated, and I prefer to hold myself from Bittrex for a while.
905  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Building Bitcoin ATMs on: November 01, 2017, 12:58:59 PM
There is a big need for Bitcoin ATMs - they do currently exist but not enough. About 1600 worldwide, and 900 some in the United States. And out of these, barely any support additional crypto, or the ability to sell (they are mostly buy Bitcoin only) - and most have crazy high fees (10-25%). We already started a movement to change that (https://www.coinspeaker.com/2017/10/24/bitcoin-atm-project-token-pre-sale-now-open/). Building them is a great idea, most companies today sell them for a lot, and if you added additional currency support you would be way ahead of the game.

You've planned to sell it in USA? and offering token pre-sale to build more ATM machines?
This Bitcoin's ATM machine comply with AML and KYC regulations? as every service relate to money, have to fulfill legal permit and licenses, even though it's not affected your business directly, but no one would buy this machine if they have to deal with legal authority.
906  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: long term invest in bitcoin on: November 01, 2017, 12:44:06 PM
Bitcoin more likely to increase along the way to hard fork due to people aims to get more btc1.
If you want to invest for long term, no need to worry about current price, even though bitcoin still on rally right now, reach new ATH.
But, if you want to wait until bitcoin price drop back after correction, you may wait until the end of this month or after hard fork, bitcoin may drop to $5400 again. Honestly, no one could predict bitcoin price in the future, even in the next week. So, it's your call to invest right now or waiting for another correction.
907  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there legit mining site? on: November 01, 2017, 12:09:16 PM
mining site, this mean cloud mining majority not real mining but only ponzi scheme
if you want mining bitcoin or another coin is the best is self mining in youre hardware

There are some legit cloud mining obviously which run for years and always pay their customers, and they really have mining hardware, using crowfunding to expand their mining farm. But, most cloud mining are scam obviously, so I would recommend genesis mining or upcoming cloud mining IRM.
908  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too early vs late to buy bitcoin? on: October 31, 2017, 10:55:16 PM
It's never too late to buy bitcoin, especially for long term or daily basis use.
It's too early due to bitcoin price may drop back again? I don't think so, depend on your purpose, as bitcoin price tend to increase over time.
Although there will be some correction along the way of bitcoin development, but bitcoin value constantly growing bigger in the end.
Bitcoin created to be an alternative payment method which better than bank transfer in several cases, it's better if your intention get into bitcoin world because its usability, not for instant profit.
909  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-31] The Race To Ban Or Regulate Bitcoin And ICOs on: October 31, 2017, 08:26:39 PM
The reason Bitcoin is so successful is because it is unregulated & is impossible to do so.  Regulation is just an attempt at control, which is impossible of course.

Regulation is not needed or required.  It is because of Fiat "regulation" that Bitcoin was born.

Regulation is fail.

Edit: ICO's on the other hand are 99.9% scams. The scourge of any currency. if peeps are stupid enough to invest in them, that's their fault.
I don't think regulation is fail as Government could regulate cryptocurrency at anytime at their will, but why now? Due to bitcoin trading volume getting bigger everyday and its value skyrocket. They just have to regulate exchanges to avoid money laundering or any kind of illegal activities.
If government doesn't have any regulation regarding cryptocurrency, but allows citizens to trade cryptocurrency, then regulation isn't required. But, it will be better if more countries regulate and legalize bitcoin as legal payment in daily transactions such as in Japan, it's needed.
910  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: i want to start a business for travel and tour :) on: October 31, 2017, 03:48:32 AM
for this kind of project it is easier for a software developer it is easier to make this one, but making business connections like business affiliates, consignee, tie ups, logistics and payment partners are the crucial task to accomplish. i am not sure if in your location the bitcoin was recognized. if not then it really need takes a longer time to introduce the bitcoin payment service.

Indeed, even without software developer, just create a website which could afford all the information and services. I don't want to invest on such project as well, I can't create on my own, you can't start a business without sufficient funds obviously. People consider to invest on a good project which has developers team and long term plan, good return for investors. But, this kind of business just not meet the requirements for investors. Maybe your friends may invest on your business if you can assure to doubled it within 6 months.
911  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LIQUI - another problem. on: October 30, 2017, 07:33:46 PM
Just for the record, there is no need to create different Threads with the same issue.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2335421

I hope that you will find a solution but i dought that it will be through here.
You should contact their Support with an e-mail, you stand a better chance this way.

2 thread for same problem? LoL
Indeed, contact their support or post on their ANN thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1557900.0) will be better than created 2 thread with the same content. However, it seems liqui account has been inactive since September 26 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=842080)
Next time, you should buy an altcoin through a famous exchanges such as bittrex, livecoin, HitBTC, poloniex or local exchange in your country.
912  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining - Legit or not? on: October 30, 2017, 07:04:01 PM
There are few legit cloud mining and genesis mining is one of those.
Even though many people keep claim cloud mining isn't profitable but genesis continues to develop their mining farm on Hongkong and Iceland. On the other hand, too many scam projects in the name of cloud mining, which cause people judge all cloud mining is a bad investment. why they want to share bitcoin mining profits to others for lifetime contract? As long as bitcoin price keep growing, mining will be always profitable.
913  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin hodl clubs? on: October 30, 2017, 05:44:15 PM
I doubt there's going to be any clubs of this nature. Staking a address willingly just to show off your dick size is probably not a good idea. Those clubs would be targeted by hackers and social engineering and for what personal gain expect for ego?

Well, stack an address with certain amount of bitcoin will not be an easy target for hackers, we could check and see how much bitcoin store in an address in blockchain at anytime, doesn't mean it will be hacked. There are few members here who have forgot their wallet passwords, but no one could cracked their wallet even for free % of bitcoin, which mean a bitcoin wallet is safe.
Even though I'm not interested to show off as well, but people could do whatever they want, in case of Op want to join or create a club of bitcoin holders, it will be fine as long as "the members" stay in anonymity.

915  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-26] Bitcoin Price Recovers to $5,780 After Week Long Slump on: October 26, 2017, 12:59:49 PM
It seems awkward : the execution of the Bitcoin Gold hard fork likely led bitcoin investors to initiate a short-term sell off, to distribute their funds across other alternative cryptocurrencies (altcoins) like Ethereum and Litecoin to avoid the Bitcoin Gold hard fork.
Seems against the way to get more profit. Even though traders distribute bitcoin into altcoins, others have bought those bitcoins and may get free BTG. It can't be avoided obviously. Unless the owners don't want to claim their BTG, but if btg price rise up in the next month, people will scream loudly to be credited btg as well.
916  Other / Archival / Re: TRUSTED EXCHANGES on: October 26, 2017, 05:37:05 AM
May I have a list of website of altcoin exchanges your are using or your most trusted exchanges? So far, I already had my business with Bittrex and Bithumb. They have awesome security before I log in my account.

Really? "TRUSTED EXCHANGES"

We all use these exchange because we do not have choices, all exchange has serious problems, ignore their clients, steal money from their customers and close their clients' accounts. But how people need to trade are forced to use these exchange, but unfortunately one or two exchange had few problems with their customers.

see that these exchange earn so much money but there are no physical office with phone number for you to call and complain when you have a problem

Indeed, people use exchanges due to have no other choices, but there are some which better compare to some exchanges.
So far, I'm just using bittrex to trade altcoins, no problem at all even store bitcoin in there for months, still be able to access it. Although they charge high fees to withdrawal. But, for daily transaction, I've been using local exchange in my country, easily to trade and convert crypto into fiat currency. That's why some people prefer to use Coinbase, Bitfinex, Bithumb or Bitflyer due to easily to deposit and withdrawal through local banks services.
917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UAE Central Bank warns against Bitcoin on: October 25, 2017, 01:03:39 PM
Business is Business. I believe every banks in any country is threatened by the great potentials of Bitcoins and Cryptocurrencies. They can throw allegations that Bitcoins is dangerous. Though, BTC transactions is not yet regulated by Govt on most countries.

NO, I don't think so. UAE sharia bank is the best in the world, there is no interest when you want to loan money from them (as far as I know).
Their business based on sharia rules, so bitcoin isn't a treat for them. They maybe right, as bitcoin could be easily send to everywhere even for huge amount, but it can't be used to funding terror activities without an exchange to convert bitcoin into Riyal (SAR), even though people may use it to lounder money if they want to send it to outside the country. The best solution is; regulate exchanges, just like other countries did, USA, Japan, even China.
918  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the BTC price go up or down after the 25th Oct fork? on: October 25, 2017, 01:41:19 AM
Today is October 25th, and bitcoin price has been declined since few days ago, drop back to $5413 right now. Well, BTG hard fork planned to occur at block 491,407 on the original blockchain which happened around 12 hours ago. But, according to BTG developers, bitcoin gold network is aiming to be open to the public by November 1st. After btg hard fork seems traders turn into altcoins, while bitcoin prices continue to decreasing, altcoins may get more attentions and huge flux of money will switch to altcoins for a while until November 2x hard fork, just maybe.
919  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Indiegogo crowdfund for Bitcoin ATMs in the United States on: October 18, 2017, 11:55:00 PM
I guess I am failing to see where the "investment" opportunity is

How much are you looking to raise, your team info, your previous work etc

This might be better suited for Kickstarter

I think so, all information in those website is not enough.
Even in https://www.bitcoinatmproject.com/project doesn't mentioned about how much investors will get in return.
This CCO token will be listed on exchanges or just a token to get share profit? You need to create a whitepaper obviously.
3000 bitcoin ATM which require between $20,400,000 and $43,500,000 seems impossible to achieved for now.
920  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-17] Bitcoin gets official blessing in Japan on: October 18, 2017, 04:17:19 PM
Japan government has a different perspective about cryptocurrency, especially bitcoin which created by Satoshi Nakamoto.
with the development of bitcoin around the world that causes some countries have issued regulations on bitcoin, especially japan which has legalized bitcoin payment with the expectation that economy can be enhanced along with the interest of the citizens in cryptocurrency.
On the other hand, cash flow between Fintech, companies and business could be better by adopting cyptocurrency, as Japan government has regulated exchanges, it will be easier to them to over watch the funds in and out from all of those exchanges.
