You can play Rift for free.
I think that would be better than paying monthly for WoW, even if Rift is slightly worse than WoW.
Rift is actually a pretty quality game. I've played most MMORPGs and it ranks up there with the best. I am pretty surprised it is now free... I saw that the other day while logging into steam. It was only released what.. about 2 years ago.

Fake edit after more research: it seems they are trying to monetize the game in a different way, like league of legends or heroes of newarth. You can download and play the game for free, but you may also buy upgrades, items, abilities, perks, etc.. http://www.riftgame.com/en/store/

All of those boosts, upgrades, and etc. are just for getting easier things(like more XP, getting a mount that will be ultimately good, itens that will easy traveling time), so It stills a good try to anyone that likes MMORPGs (like me in the past, where I played Ragnarok Online and MU).

Bump.

Whats your deal with requesting a bump on a Off-Topic thread?

More and more new better games are out.... Waiting for the new Blizzard Dota maybe?

You're gonna wait a few years so...

Muitos ASICs entraram juntos, eis o motivo da dificuldade subir(e dos blocos confirmarem em menos de 10 minuyos)
906  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Bitcoin a 140 ? on: November 04, 2013, 08:38:28 PM
A dificuldade não é tão relativa assim ao custo do BTC, só pra deixar claro, a dificuldade está baixa ainda, a média dos blocos está menor que 10 minutos.

Requiring a paid subscription or any sort of paid opt-in to a beta key or other Blizzard-related player promotions is not allowed (see the Battle.net EULA and/or Blizzard video policy). The use of Blizzard content must be limited to non-commercial purposes, unless noted as an exception in the above link to the Blizzard Video Policy. We are investigating reports of streamers requiring forms of payment to allow others to opt-in to beta key giveaways. Thank you.

And I'm not a streamer using the giveaway to earn money Cheesy

Thanks for letting me know so I can submit a ticket  Cheesy "joking"

Loss of Money? It's a Closed Beta for a game that's going to be Free to Play  Cheesy

Ok the amount of wrong things in your statement is just unreal so let's get a few things straight...

1. It's a Closed Beta so they DO NOT WANT ADDITIONAL PEOPLE
2. It's not going to cost money to play as it's FREE TO PLAY game
3. They are not losing players or customers because they DO NOT WANT ADDITIONAL PLAYERS IN THE CLOSED BETA THEY HAVEN'T ASSIGNED SERVERS OR HARDWARE TO FEED THOSE PLAYERS
4. Blizzard don't give 2 halves of a quarter of a fuck about banning people that are making money off THEIR game. It's THEIR game... THEY want to make money off it.. NO ONE ELSE!
5. It's not going into Open Beta immediately... There are countless amounts of bugs still in the game and the Open Beta is a long way away... That being said the Official release will probably not be out to mid 2014 if not later...

1. Are you stupid? Either me or other ppl playing the game with my Key, it stills the same amount of players that are meant to be. Your point is pointless, that said.
2. Yeah ofc, and they are making a F2P game because they don't want to earn money. Even if you said 42 would mean something more intelligent.
3. You must remember that by banning they are losing the players, not only on HeartStone, but on the other games as well(Diablo, WoW and SC2). I don't think that people will create a secondary account and buy everything again(and not counting the wasted hours of gameplay unlocking stuff).
4. It's a f*cking beta, they don't want to make money now, they are preparing their money machine.
5. Nothing to add.

Add Garry's mod. It's a very popular game because of TTT and prophunt.

prop hunt looks fantastic Cheesy

Its pretty fun, the problem is that most played maps are those in CS:S, so you need the models and textures, which means either "hacking" or buying the game.

Posso fazer o serviço, mas dependendo de quando e quanto tu vai precisar do texto traduzido.
Eu participei na tradução daquele texto informativo de como funciona o BTC, então deve saber a "qualidade do serviço".

Battle for Wesnoth, but no Starcraft2 in the list?
913  Other / Off-topic / Re: What video games do you play? on: November 04, 2013, 01:26:44 PM
It's Closed Beta right now but you can sign up for the Closed Beta for free on http://battle.net by submitting your computer specs under the Beta Profiles Section of your Battle.net Account

I would also highly recommend you DO NOT purchase a Hearthstone Beta Key as YOU WILL GET BANNED and the person who sold you it WILL GET BANNED too

Blizzard Entertainment has a strict policy against selling of Closed Beta Keys as well as selling of Gold/Items for Actual Physical Currency in World of Warcraft and all their games in general

Certain things are ok with them ie if you are selling World of Warcraft Trading Card Game Loot Codes , World of Warcraft Trading Cards , Selling Gold in Diablo 3 on The Real Money Auction House or selling Diablo 3 items on The Real Money Auction House

Mostly though Blizzard don't like that stuff man and for your own safety don't even attempt it

You will get into Hearthstone eventually and it's going to be a Free to Play game when it finally releases

Open Beta is coming up in the not too distant future where everyone will be able to try the game before it's Official release  Cheesy

Requesting the Closed Beta Key now would be almost useless, you will recieve your key probably 1 month before the official relrease/OBT release or it will happen first than receiving the CBT Key.

I sold a key, and I'm still playing Starcraft2 happily and the buyer is playing HeartStone happily. I don't think that Blizzard keeps track of which sent key and his/her rspective owner.
Not that it was legal, following the Terms I'm wrong, but banning both players is just stupid. It woul result in loss of money removing players, aka customers, only because a free key were sold.

Legends says that it will be opened at the end of the year, but I would expect it only on early 2014.
914  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: SteamBits.com - Buy Video Games with Bitcoins! Sale: GRID 2!! on: November 04, 2013, 10:16:07 AM
I am thinking of competing with this guy... or taking over his existing customer base by fixing problems he is having...
Can you guys elaborate on where his flaws are with the site and process? What do you like or dislike?

I've been with Steam since BETA in 2004 (when cs 1.3 went to 1.4 and steam was a MUST HAVE...)

I would like to bring in more opportunities other than bitcoin transactions- litecoin, primecoin, etc.

In addition, I would need to code/develop a system for it- and make sure profit margins are going to work.

What is the benefit of you paying in BTC with STEAMBITS.com vs buying them DIRECTLY from steam???  As customers, you should know the answer

First, don't hijack his thread.

Second, everything is perfect in his site, except that he abandoned it, that is the reason he send the offers so late.

The benefit? Buying with BTC ofc, and you can take some advantage on the price if you lost a sale on the desired game.

The worms series. Oh yeah. The good old times.

I used to play this a lot with friends. I loved the Super Sheep Grin

Holy Grenade FTW

Com overclock ou não, USB Erupter hoje já não serve mais pra "nada".

Nothing to do here...

Took one of my scrypt miners offline and installed win7pro.  Installed Steam and played Borderlands 2.  I have been playing it on my Xbox and have played it on PS3. Xbox is fun but I cant believe how much I have missed gaming with keyboard and mouse.  I like fps games mostly, but have not played any serious PC games since 2007.

So far, its been about 5 hours of fun.  LOL

Nooo, why did you stop your scrypt miners for game... What if alt-coin go 10000x times the value Smiley

Still holding onto all my altcoins, but moved to ASICs in a big way. Will go back to Litecoins if they make an ASIC for it.
Not worth the electricity otherwise.

Borderlands 2 FTW

Na verdade não tem nenhum mistério, porque esses prefixos nada mais são os prefixos lá dos padrões SI.

Única coisa diferente é que a menor unidade nós chamamos de satoshi, e o centibitcoin é mais chamado de bitcent.
920  Other / Off-topic / Re: What video games do you play? on: October 31, 2013, 12:09:52 AM
WOW ofcourse!

I have never even played it. I have played runescape and I loved it. I'm assuming it's the same and it's aged so it's probably too many jerks on it now.

Not too many jerks. Thats the guarantee when you have to pay for the game plus monthly signature. (I played for a few weeks)

played it for 1.5 year and then i wanted to get back in real life Cheesy

I played it fow a few weeks because MMORPG doesn't fit my type of gaming anymore.
I bought it because a friend of mine really likes it and convinced me to buy it.
