I'm running it in a Win7 virtual machine, I guess it's the easiest.

Already installed driver from OP, device detected. Using ~~12V@1A=12W power supply i.e. weak, but specs give 7W power usage for scrypt only, which is the only mode that I intend to use.~~ Using 12V rated for 30A=360W now, but it didn't help

Edit: installing the mining software now, I have the following I/O but it doesn't seem to be mining anything right now (logs seems to indicate that it keeps receiving stuff, but sending nothing back)

Same here, I got my 5 chip unit from Beastlymac early this morning by Express post. Yay \o/ Now trying to figure out how to mine without a guide or any skills reading Chinese is going to be fun I will post my "install log" here if I succeed before anyone made a decent guide already.

I just found a great hidden feature in the Goxcoin Qt client! Code: $ cd goxcoin/src $ qmake-qt4 -makefile -Wall USE_FRB=1 $ make This enables Fractional Reserve Banking. Once enabled, you will be able to send as many coins as you want, using IOUs as inputs. Balance will be adjusted accordingly and use red color for negative balances. What an amazing coin!

I'm pretty sure those who ordered the Feb 28 batch thinking they were within the 48 hour shipping timeframe will be able to get a refund from Bitmain if they give them 48 hours or so to sort out their e-mails, PMs etc. Bitmain doesn't seem to be the kind of company that wants to trap their customers into forced pre-orders As far as I'm concerned, I'll skip this batch too. I know I should have ordered more from the Post-CNY batch...
