hehe - it is not so easy to just press poweroff Tongue
9002  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin callendar on: February 27, 2014, 01:07:01 PM
Thanks.

I see you like calendars with cryptorelated graphics Smiley

so I know why you said thanks Smiley Smiley

I love this calendar too - still trying to figure it out what size does it need to be to look good on a wall Smiley
9003  Other / Off-topic / Re: A new Bitcoin Webcomic, SatoshisGirl.com on: February 27, 2014, 12:06:01 PM
This is amazing haha. Kudos (or Satoshis) to the creator(s)  Grin

And we want more of those!
I finished reading and I cant wait to see more!
9004  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 0.1 BTC Bounty. Please write a complete guide with screenshots on Gridseed on: February 27, 2014, 12:04:43 PM
I will throw some satoshis into the pot provided the guide has a lot of images and is very clear about wiring the power supply etc

Depends where you are location the colors are different for US and EU:

US: http://imgur.com/Ztavufz

EU: http://imgur.com/pdRso1H.jpg

These pics come from 2 support threads that are running here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=477709.0;all
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=482352.0;all

They contain a lot of info. you will need to cut the cables the power cables for the PSU, the miners have their own connector which to plugin in the PSU. I did it with the EU image.

rgdz,
bhai

Thanks but this isn't what is being requested.
"Please post a guide with screenshots on how to install and run a 5 chip gridseed unit."
This is what's needed and wanted, not links to other pages or sites.
Can you POST a guide, or not?

It isn't that hard actually to get them running...

He is just trying to help, so you could also be a little bit nicer to him  Roll Eyes

Did you want a guide based on the controller supplied by lightningasic, or on connecting them to a computer?

I must say Wink that they did not said anything wrong to him :-) and indeed he mentioned about pretty important things to remember.

Wow. This is pretty nice! Print a nice large poster size of this and stick it to my wall!

9011  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best games you ever played! on: February 27, 2014, 11:19:09 AM
Skyrim. When I thought Oblivion was the peak of awesomness, Skyrim came and shattered this thought. I've never played a game with such a great atmosphere, attention to detail and overall size of content. With the ability to mod the game makes it at least a few times better as well.

Yes! It was mentioned in our thread and Skyrim is for me - best RPG game I ever ever played ...

my 1st fight with the dragon was breathtaking... I was in shock! Smiley Never felt so much inside of any fantasy world Smiley

Skyrim is 10/10

My friend who was a big fan of Elder's Scrolll series was waiting for Skyrim from 1st day they announced it will be created - and just few weeks before Skyrim was released he died... why I am telling this - every time I play Skyrim I think about my friend ... and I wish he could play this game and see what they did created.... but unluckly he did not have a chance to play it...
And I know -- that if he did - he would love Skyrim too. (as he was in love in Oblivion and other parts).

Ok ok... no more sad stories.

Bring more games !!!

Maybe if you shared the creator's wallet (wich is not me) it would be more fair, since he asked for tips!

9018  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Better way to reduce transaction fee on: February 27, 2014, 12:40:14 AM
Agree with roslinpl as it's faster and the fee is so small that making it 0 and at the same time making the transactions long lasting is worthless

sure it is like this.

0.0001 is very cheap. and we need to remember that those money are needed to support miners.
I know many people who add higher fee to their transactions.

Just find any cheaper way to send money on planet earth? Smiley (and I am not talking about other cryptocurrencies)
9019  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin callendar on: February 27, 2014, 12:36:11 AM
haha, nice.

isn't ? Smiley

I like it too - very nice desing, you can write down something near any date using a pen Smiley or even you can edit it with some apps and to each date put some quote or something. Smiley

I realy like it!
I must go tomorrow and print it! Smiley

or by using a pen you can write down each day btc price Smiley

this is very nice idea Smiley

I need a lot of them to print Cheesy
9020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why coins have crappy logos? on: February 26, 2014, 11:57:49 PM
i didnt think of it much before but now whe n isaw guys from SUN doing the superb logo on relaunch of coin it got me..

why do 90% of coisn fai lwith nice logos, they have the tech but not the looks? th looks is marketing too.

check out SUN logo, if u saw other coins with good logos paste too - maybe i missed something.

I think it depend on the way we look ... look at btc logo. It is simple. Even very simple. I mean that orange one with BTC inside.

I know that there are many crappy logos of altcoins - but I think all of them might be bad and good for someone.

Sun logo for me it's too ... too complicated Smiley
