Where are those coins that are saying they will be better than bitcoin? they have been crushed. Bitcoin is the dominating coin of all the cryptocurrencies so if the market is shaking, bitcoin is one that contributes to the current trend where many are disappointed.

Not really impossible, it's possible but the chance for now is low.

How is it that the influence is limited? we can't say the limitation once bitcoin etf approves. Majority is thinking that this can cause a massive pump but you're on the different side. I've seen people that has the same thought about this ETF.

As you can see altcoins are affected by bitcoin's price.

Number choice would always be bitcoin.
As for the other coins that has strong team though it's one of my basis to choose if the coin is a good buy or not.
But also look at the factor on what that coin really is and what its goal.

Why would you invest to ICO's if the altcoins are very cheap and most of them are down.

OP is telling that bitcoin is backed up by "real money" because when we sell bitcoin, we are getting cash/fiat money and that's what made him think that it is possible that bitcoin is backed up by real money.

Well, bitcoin is decentralized and it isn't backed up by anything. You just sell and exchange your bitcoin to cash just like you are selling goods for cash.

What can we say during this market but to be optimistic and tell that we are expecting greener market at the end of the year.

One more quarter and this year will end. I'm very much positive every month that's coming so to be precise and short, I'll say that let's all be positive for the green at the very end of this year of the dog.

ETH can have impact to bitcoin whether it goes down or it goes up. It has impact to its children (ERC20 tokens) but if ETH is being dumped, it looks like it affects the whole market.
Bitcoin has impact if it goes up or down not only to ETH but to other alts as well. We recently saw on how bitcoin went up but ETH and other alts went down.
That's right, sometimes it is inversely proportional to bitcoin.

I'll follow some trading tips if I'm still a noob but looking only for those profitable coins that they are suggesting.

And I won't stick to those tips forever because while following them, I'll also build up myself on what's the right coin and on how to read the charts.

Why you want to get rid of day traders?

Do you have problems with them? if someone doesn't want to see the regulations, they would want to see these day traders out.

They also add dominance to bitcoin by converting their alts to bitcoin as a safe bet.

If your portfolio is full of altcoins that will be your reaction.

Imagine someone says that bitcoin dominance in the market is ruining the market? Maybe you have to consider and start investing to bitcoin.

He only looks at the dominance and blame that the market for altcoins is dropping because of that.

The market was better when OP posted this thread of worry.

Today it's more of a bleeding day, everything has been dropping and is on red except the stable coins. And if somebody is still asking if this is a good time to invest to cryptocurrencies.

Definitely, this is a hint that you have to start buying. I bought few coins at cheap price and they now became cheaper. 

I'm also assuming that it's all due to the delay case of bitcoin ETF. Bitcoin's dominance is now 53.9% and that's high, it's an indication on where everybody must put their money.
ETH dropped lower than I expected as I've thought it will go stable at $300 and will bounce back to $400 but I'm wrong.
Maybe for another month?

I'm fascinated about the graphics since I've seen various the same games that are also promoting the same technology.

They might not be serious with what they are doing and I hope that you are bringing this game to another level.
