9001  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETC and ETH on: March 06, 2018, 12:50:21 PM
Hello friends
What you prefere ETC or ETH? Why
this has been questioned for sometimes ,but for me its ethereum classic, though i have a high respect in ethereum but i doubt it can make $2,000 as how speculators says, when this coin cant even grow as. That.but ethereum classic is a silent dragon.look at its price slowly growing and without our notice this would be pumping
9002  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best low marketcap coins on: March 06, 2018, 12:36:47 PM

I got xspec and blockcat.

9003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 5K Portfolio Decision on: March 06, 2018, 12:28:31 PM
I'm interested in diversifying my portfolio as I currently have 100% into Litecoin, but can't decide on how I should split the percentages.

I'm thinking:

Bitcoin 50% = $2500
Litecoin 33% = $1650
Etherium 17% = $850 (Gets me 1.x ETH)

How does this look? I honestly think that LTC could have a bigger year than ETH, if things come into play like Litepay/Litepal.
i guess you have put much big to litecoin while this good coin has no better speculation this year, not like bitcoin and ethereum..so i think why not change between ethreum and litecoin?but still its your decision whos will be followed
9004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My top 5 alts for 2018 on: March 06, 2018, 12:20:38 PM
Omisego and nano will be the best performers in 2018, I do not think neo can rise a lot in 2018. There are many excellent coins, if one diversify, hard to lose in the long term.
well as of now this two coins has no good performances this early, but like you i believe in Omesigos future, since this project became successful being an ico..but nano is one great platform for land for sure the growth of this will be greatly appreciated by its supporters
9005  Economy / Economics / Re: Bill Gates says crypto-currencies cause deaths on: March 06, 2018, 11:32:53 AM
I just saw this news, For me its always the choice of an individual in how people will use the technology, many of the technologies can make an easy way to do bad things in life but it is the choice of the people, if they use it in a bad way, they will suffer for their selves.

Crypto-currencies are killing people in a "fairly direct way", Microsoft founder Bill Gates has said.

He was referring to the way digital currencies like Bitcoin are used to buy drugs like synthetic opioid fentanyl.

In an "ask me anything" session on news website Reddit, he said that the anonymity of digital currencies meant they were linked to terrorist funding and money laundering.

Some criticised him, saying he was ill-informed about the technology.

Asked by one user for his opinion on the technology, Mr Gates replied: "The main feature of crypto-currencies is their anonymity. I don't think this is a good thing. The government's ability to find money laundering and tax evasion and terrorist funding is a good thing.

"Right now, crypto-currencies are used for buying fentanyl and other drugs so it is a rare technology that has caused deaths in a fairly direct way. I think the speculative wave around ICOs [initial coin offerings] and crypto-currencies is super risky for those who go long."

bill gates is a bitcoin fanatic coz he keeps saying contradicting words towards crypto lol..even FIATS can buy weapons and drugs..so why putting the issue on bitcoin?but hes true when he said years ago the BITCOIN IS UNSTOPPABLE no doubt about it,agree guys?😂 Well he might have many words but one thing is true here, even him Cant stop this community thats for sure
9006  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and our daily life on: March 06, 2018, 11:24:13 AM
When we will use cryptocurrencies ofr our everyday life?

Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies were intended to be used in place of regular currency, but with the finite availability, people (large investors) started to store it in order to manipulate the price and turned it into a huge ponzi.
They haven't held it in order to manipulate the price but they do so in order to profit. As time pass though, cryptos becomes more scattered and sooner or later, it will be available to use as a currency or as an alternative payment method in our daily life. We might be able to use them into buying goods on groceries and services, etc. on malls. Just wait for it to be legalized by at least 20 countries, I think it will be achievable by that time.

agreed on you mate, manipulation was always been an issue, but most of the reason why they are holding this coin is for profiteering, though maybe theres a reality in manipulating the market price, but the main objective is for the small investors make another option in buying either bitcoin or altcoins,if the bitcoin price continuously grow.then what will happen to the market flow
9007  Economy / Economics / Re: Is an economy without physical money safe for the poorest? on: March 06, 2018, 11:11:06 AM
Economy without physical money is not safe for the poorest people because for the digital currency we need a gadget so to access digital currency and to do transactions and it is not easy to poor people to manage and buy such gadget through which they can access the digital currency world.
Even proper education is also required to use such currency and there is a huge number of people in the world who doesn't have a proper education.
nah, this community dont require proper education to use, this only needs knowledgeable idea to pursue a career in cryptocurrency..though i agree with you saying its harder for the poor to buy gadget, coz if they have small amount foods and first commodities will be at they priorities than buying a cellphone or any computer gadgets
9008  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature Campaign on: March 06, 2018, 09:01:16 AM

why percent share in signature shares that get quality results percent minal 30% ?
this is not the right section for this,i think you should transfer this to ECONOMY section or much better in BOUNTY section.this is not the right one to tackle this issues..

But regarding to the topic, its every icos prerogative how much allocation they will give,so its not our problem if its high or low.and besides they are not forcing us to join their campaigns
9009  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do We Need Social Media Promotion on: March 06, 2018, 08:48:03 AM
Does Bitcoin Need The Social Media's Help To Promote Itself?

Well, Bitcoin needs all the help that we can get. With its current situation, Bitcoin Foundation is just thinking out of the box to help Bitcoin recover and might even succeed.

With the help of Social Media, bitcoin can attract new and young users. Learn about bitcoin and eventually adopt it.

Maybe this is the first step of mass adoption.

What do you think?
yes ofcourse bitcoin needs social medias like facebook, tweeter, reddit ,Instagram and telegram because this popular sites can advertise crypto in good or bad publicity, and may affect the popularity of this great coins together with all of altcoins here.but lets not forget that https://bitcointalk.org/  Is one of the best social media to promote our coins specially bitcoin
9010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most cryptocurrencies will crash to zero on: March 06, 2018, 07:54:12 AM
As quoted from CNBC there is a cryptocurrency will be zero.

What do you think ?

From :

https://www. cnbc. com/2018/02/07/most-cryptocurrencies-will-crash-to-zero-goldman-sachs-says.html
your a damn exaggerated people.your Title is MOST OF THE CRYPTOCURRENCIES will crash, when the story only tells THERE IS CRYPTOCURRENCY that will be zero.you know people like you must be thrown out of this communitu.for not helping this but instead adding nonsense issues.
9011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: March 06, 2018, 07:24:08 AM
It really depends on the person who owns the altcoins as they should be the ones to decide waht to do with it since it is theirs. But I understand that trying hodl it might actually yield to a greater amount.
but it can also yields to losing,so depends on every holders prerogative.i guess what we must consider is to research to movements of your coins,if the projects seems so unresponsive so maybe ibetter to reconsider the holdings coz our funds is precious enough to bet on other coins if the first doesnt seems to profiteering
9012  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best exchange for beginner? on: March 06, 2018, 07:04:23 AM
I was away from crypto for years and now I'm trying to get back into the game.  I was really STUNNED that there is no exchange, even after many years since bitcoin started, that we can just deposit USD and start exchanging altcoins.  I hope I'm wrong because this would be the single biggest hurdle for altcoins to be widely adopted by general public.  There are just too many hurdles to jump over just to START trading.
if there s two competent exchange to use for newbies, this must be polionex and bittrex.though they have large transaction fees, but the service and the support team is always there to answer every single details of troubles towards their service

9014  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you think younger generation is more open to technology? on: March 06, 2018, 06:28:17 AM
Does technology favor the young! Do you think we need younger lawmakers to translate the language of cryptocurrency.
yes they are,but sad to say.most of them uses this technology in wrong way, just for gaming, social media and some sites that not necessarily needed.and one bad example is porn site, thats why we being parents must lead them to proper usage of this technology while crypto is the most projected sites to be useful.hope more of us realize and teach our children the right path using technology
9015  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: free btc app, trusted? on: March 06, 2018, 06:11:46 AM
There are a lot of apps that offers free satoshi/bitcoins. Have you tried one? Do you trust it or its just a waste of time?
for me?no theres nothing,we have all known how hard to gain satoshi/bitcoin nowadays and will be given free?just using common sense and you'll find its not real, though i heard from some individuals who earn free, but it was long ago not in this present time that more than the legit one is scams.better get off those offers or risk being a victim of them
9016  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is an Asset or Currency? on: March 05, 2018, 05:29:05 PM
I believe that the initial purpose of crypto is to create a digital currency for making transactions quick and easy. However, in reality it has become an asset which everybody is buying and holding. Continuing doing like this will destroy the initial purpose of the coin?

What is your opinion?
its a currency because we can use it to pay transactions or billings, and now some services accept bitcoin as payments.and in US accepted as tax payments..but its asset too, since i m saving some of mine for future of my family
9017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler's mindset! on: March 05, 2018, 10:20:39 AM
Whenever i gamble.my mindset remains only one, thats to WIN whatever it takes i wanna win.thats why im so disappointed and mad everytime im losing.i cant take it that simple.i have known many gamblers that neutral if win or lose, but not me because for me i am a good gambler so i only deserve to win and not losing.
nice self confidence mate,i salute you as a gambler and i can see your not a gambling addict..but i guess the mindset sometimes must be adjusted because its not that always winning what we got..losing is part of gambling and we must admit all of that.
9018  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the biggest changes in your life caused by Bitcoin? on: March 05, 2018, 09:44:58 AM
At first i thought its only for money thats why i entered this, not until i have learned about what is bitcoin all about, whats satoshis purpose on creating crypto using bitcoin..now it changes my life becaue of financial, and mental to use the services this community offered,i once in a lifetime chances being part of this world.
Their was a few changes as of now because im not totally long period work here in crypto currency but at first it was my life style now,now i can bought my material needs to myself, i can even get more knowledge about in bitcoin.
9019  Economy / Economics / Re: Self-Regulated Exchanges on: March 05, 2018, 09:34:38 AM
Is this the beginning to regulate exchanges of Bitcoin or the market will continue to be decentralized?

They're forming a self-regulatory body, so it has nothing to do with government regulation and policy. They really only just follow their own rules on top of the government's, so if anything, this is a step towards centralization. Moves like this also tend to hurt competition and ultimately customers, so I hope other major exchanges don't follow suit.
Yeah I agree, clearly self-regulation means they are going to regulated within themselves with the intervention from the government, so there is no issue of government here atleast. Now obviously this move will not be liked by many people, so most of the renowned exchanges are never going to implement this.
as mentioned its for japans whos movements of the exchanges, its cleared because japan totally accept bitcoin as currency,so in this case only those countries that formally accepted this coins will make such policy but without the interference of governments instead only the exchanges will clarify their regulatory, theres no issues on our part and since whole world will count how many years to finally accept crypto as what japan did
9020  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will people lose intrest? on: March 05, 2018, 08:09:18 AM

If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?
