9021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Chibera - Open world Blockchain integrated MMORPG on: August 14, 2018, 12:41:10 AM
Interesting, another game that will be built on blockchain.

Video of the prototype:
- Not final graphics of the game

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GR67slAwCCQ
I've watched the video and it's not like those other blockchain games that has very low quality game graphics.
9022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin and investment on: August 14, 2018, 12:26:19 AM
There is no definite method to find good project except by comparing facts and figure, check how serious they are and if their project seems real in any way
Actually there are some ways to find out if that's really a good project but we can only speculate in the beginning but we don't know where it is heading.

A good project can turn into a bad project if one part of the team starts to act shady. It will cause ruckus not only the team but to the community that support that ICO/altcoin.
9023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [ETH] MASSIVE DECLINE IN MARKET? SHOULD WE WORRY OF $280 USD ETH PRICE? on: August 13, 2018, 11:50:08 PM
How deep will Ethereum go down?
Like the unending words when someone is asking for a certain answer, no one knows.
I always monitor Ethereum and has a lot of tokens under Ethereum so I am worried.
You choose to hold it if you trust it, you don't have to worry.
Should I sell while it is still early?
It's up to you, sell to cut loss.
Is Ethereum coming to an end?
I doubt it, Vitalik has been active to it.
9024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still HODL? on: August 13, 2018, 11:33:13 PM
Does one still HODL and dream of Lambos full of Women and cocaine?
I'm still holding but I'm not dreaming of those.
If you haven't sold, you've lost prospective value, not money. You have only lost money when you sell at a lower price than you bought.
Correct.
The new ones only think of they lost although they haven't sold. I'll keep on holding and I don't have a choice for now and I don't want to sell at loss.
I'm fine waiting until the market recovers properly.
9025  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When is the time for Bitcoin to become a fork again on: August 13, 2018, 11:23:28 PM
whether bitcoin be a fork again next year
I doubt it that there are people that will remain to stick with these forks. You'll hear people say "it's free money".

But to be honest, if there will be groups that are planning and intending to create another fork for bitcoin it's pointless.
9026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jihan Wu in half a billion in losses after BCash trade on: August 13, 2018, 11:10:07 PM
I suspect Roger Ver has fucked up big time too, and most people involved in BCash that claimed to sell big portions of his Bitcoin for BCash. The september stress test may be the final nail in the coffin for this altcoin.
I wonder on how much he'd lost.

He's too quiet nowadays or I'm not just really following the trend for this altcoin.
9027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jihan Wu in half a billion in losses after BCash trade on: August 13, 2018, 02:12:30 PM
Let this be a testament of what happens when you try to overtake Bitcoin with your forkcoins.
I hope that he finally learned a lesson but in a hard way.

The current IPO shows desperation mode kicked in.
And news like this pops.
Is the Bitmain IPO the Biggest Exit Scam Crypto Will Ever See?

Wow thanks, very detailed.
9028  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this the end of Bitcoin ? on: August 13, 2018, 01:26:53 PM
What should we do now hold or take a exit and wait for more drop ?
I thought you have seen the market for last 1 and a half year so why you are asking on what you should do.

You're able to witness that last it started out with $1,000 and reached $20,000. Decide on your own, if we tell you to exit and the market sudden goes up you will blame us.

If we advise you to wait for more drop and the market drops more, you'll blame us. Use the lessons that you have learned from that observation for 1 year and 6 months.
9029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the address 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 on: August 13, 2018, 01:05:56 PM
If I'm not mistaken, this address is used to burn any token that is not useful anymore. I mean it is used to burn any shit token or otherwise used by the devs to burn their unused tokens. I've seen that address on etherscan sometimes ago.
Yes that's what I know too, this address is where people sending to burn their tokens.

7200 ETH was there and $1.7B worth of tokens was sent.
9030  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining New Alt Coins, how much quantity? on: August 13, 2018, 11:45:23 AM
Not a miner but I've read that there are strategies if the market isn't so good, keep those coins if you truly believe on it you can keep it and HODL until the price goes up.

Set a price on when you'll sell but it all depends on how you can adjust and where you're confident at.
9031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO collects $1.5million in 50 hours? on: August 13, 2018, 10:51:14 AM
Base on the post history of OP, he's part or a supporter of that ICO so he knows almost everything about it.
I'm a fan tbh, just quite surprised that people would invest into an ICO during this dip, maybe this is something more special than it may seem
It means that there are still people who are investing to ICOs. TBH, I haven't heard that project but if that really reached $1.5M in 50 hours, that's impressive.

**I'm not an ICO investor.
9032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO collects $1.5million in 50 hours? on: August 13, 2018, 10:30:05 AM

9033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your opinion about cryptocurrency market now? on: August 13, 2018, 09:54:32 AM
I am glad you are still optimistic and believe in the crypto market which is now down, this is not always sweet trading, but my friend is calm, there are still potential new altcoins that we can invest to make a profit
If you are done buying bitcoin while it's cheap, you can choose to buy with those altcoins which you think really has potential.

It's a long way to go before we see the rise that we've been waiting for. Though the market hasn't pretty good these past months, it won't stay there.
9034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Video Editing and Virtual Assistant on: August 13, 2018, 07:47:05 AM

9036  Economy / Economics / Re: Has Crypto Changed? on: August 13, 2018, 02:35:56 AM
Instead of supporting only one coin to support all of those need by means of payment for every industry. Each of ideas that comes out from a bright mind thinks that there's only a need for one coin to dominate into a certain industry so they keep on creating coin that sooner or later will be forgotten due to the rapid increase of additional alt coins created day by day.  Crypto has to be solving problems but due to those ideas that comes in, they are starting the problems and many investors are into it not aware that many scams are existing.
9037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops vs Bounties vs Signature Campaigns ... some questions on: August 12, 2018, 01:12:29 PM
* Is there a sticky explaining the differences of airdrops vs bounties vs signature campaigns?
None but if you can create much better.
* Do they favor my status (Jr Member I think I am) ... I know that higher statuses earn more at this point
As long as your eligible, low or high rank are equal.
* Can you participate in more than one?
Signature bounty, no. I haven't seen a member two signatures at the same time.
But signature + airdrop + social media campaign is possible at least ( I guess).
* If you post here everyday as a habit, what's the level of extra effort involved in participating in bounties and signature campaigns?
You converse normally and you are not forced to post because of your campaign.
9038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Manny wins over Matthysse!! on: August 12, 2018, 12:01:16 PM
OP should change the title of this thread.

Matthyse vs Pacquiao's over as the discussion keeps on going and change it probably to "Boxing discussion".
Was supposed to say the same thing earlier but i completely forgot yet the fight is already over and theres nothing to talk about this matter anymore.
Thanks for noticing that as well, if someone can create a new thread for the continuation of the discussion but if OP will notice this and change the title.

That's better.
9039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: August 12, 2018, 02:50:52 AM
The time i'm spending in gambling is depend in my qouta. I will continue to play until I reached my quota for a day. Sometimes, if i'm struggling, it takes from morning until night but of course with a pause since there's something I need to do first.
How much is your quota? I usually gamble that way before but its difficult to be consistent by giving myself a quota.

Morning til night? Thats sort of making it as your source.

May I know on whats your accuracy on that practice?  I'm not addicted anymore but I gamble if I want to but not the same as yours.
9040  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to find online work that pays in btc? on: August 12, 2018, 12:31:31 AM
You can very well find jobs and task on this forum that will pay you in Bitcoin. Contact ICO's directly if they have any work.
Only few ICOs are willing to pay with bitcoin or ethereum.

If you can find any ICO that are looking for an addition person for their and you have applied for it, they'll tell you in the beginning that they are going to pay you with tokens.

There are many bounty campaigns too that could be found on this forum.
Majority of those bounties are paying with tokens.
