Still HODL?

Hmm seems many people are affected by this unforeseen major crash in market. I also did not sell my tokens some months ago and decided to hold and now I've lost good amount of money too in few thousands of dollars. I don't think I can sell now coz it looks stupid to me selling now. I've decided to hold through till the end of the pain.

Right now is a tough time for anybody holding tokens. The HODL strategies put into effect a mere 3 months ago have cost portfolios a huge % loss in value...
I myself have witnessed thousands upon thousands in value destruction. Hrmmm, but what to do now?

Although I have watched, slowly and painfully, tokens descend in value equivalent to a brand new Cadillac down to a value where I cant even sell them for a used 1980s Ford where the bumper falls off...

Instead, I opted to HODL… But the question remains...
Should one effectively Sell-Out and take that broke down ford valuation now?
OR.
Does one still HODL and dream of Lambos full of Women and cocaine?

I don't think there's any good in selling right now that it's total bloodbath. For me the only strategy left is hodling and keeping myself busy with other things and not to look at my portfolio. I will just patiently wait till market recover coz I believe it will still do. I believe that crypto and blockchain is the future of internet and I will hold on to that.

It is not a very comfortable situation right now specially if you have a big portfolio because for sure that asset of yours is cut by half as of now. You have already hold up to this moment in time then we should continue and hope for the best that everything will be back to normal as soon as possible. Selling what you have now will not do any good to you.

Hodl mate. One thing I learned from all the coins/tokens that I have held before is that if it's from a good project then it is not good to sell them low. If you have no other reasons to sell them now besides the obvious crashing of price, then don't. Keep them and just wait for a miracle that one day it will sky rocket along when btc price and eth rushes back up!

Yes, of course with the current market situation, there is no choice but to keep holding it. With optimism and patience, I held a few coins and waited for the market to recover and the price returned to gain profit.

Yeah,  isn't the moment to sell them off if still losing big, may it recover soon and take them off to be sure you've got something in returns. Ain't that all people have same aspect in life that's why some of us couldn't manage to hold just because they are needing their money right now.

I think this time we are still Hodl, with the market in full red it is difficult to trade. If there is money I will continue to buy ETH or Bitcoin to hodl, I believe everything will be fine in December.

We dont have an option, selling seems we are loosing or quiting in crypto currency. So still hold until the market back. Don't be get rid away by your emotion. Your a hero member and for sure you have the knowledge about in crypto. You face this situation more times on us.

The crypto market is getting driven down further and further.  It's really hard to say how long this will go on for.  It could be anywhere from a month to two years, although I think that is highly unlikely.

I just sell when the price has reached the peak but it looks true if there was only strategy for us to keep holding our portfolio or we should buy more as much as possible. The recovery of altcoin will be so long and it needs to bitcoin will have done with its ETF decision next month. Due to the ETF and ethereum was falling sharply.

Applying some real life situation into crypto I think is important. I think one needs a % strategy to survive the waves of downtrend in the crypto world. Sell some hold some I think will work in this situation

Instead, he's nervous, he wants his position to get back in +, but that's a hard thing to be done.

Anyone who's holding shouldn't be nervous if they're in it for the long run. Holding is the best thing that you can do at a time like this since selling would just put you at a loss. Investors that are nervous are most likely new to crypto they'll stop worrying once they experience the same movements multiple times. If you're not in the + most likely that you won't reach your goal (lambo or whatever it is). Turning your investment in to a profitable one shouldn't be hard if you know how to wait.

it depends to the person if they want to hodl or not. Im still believe the power of crypto. I still hodl some altcoins and bitcoin even it lose. During drop of crypto currencies a lot of bad comments and FUD but nothing to worry time will come it will rise again. This is just indication that some of people still not believed in crypto currency and they just invest with out knowledge.
