9041  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to tell your Girlfirend about BitcoiN?? on: August 11, 2016, 02:28:03 PM
LOL very good question.
I tried to explain Bitcoin to my wife but it seems she just can't understand it or better don't listen and don't care about it.
I finally had to give up.
I guess it's better stop talk about it and wait for the moment when I will be able to show her some real money Smiley
Than she will understand.

9042  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Theresa May says Article 50 will NOT be triggered this year on: August 10, 2016, 07:31:23 PM
It's funny really.
UK voted to leave EU but now, it seems, nobody wants it.
People are collecting signatures for the new EU referendum, politicians trying to buy time and delay start of this process...
Cameroon really made great mistake with this referendum and now everybody trying to minimize damage.
It will be interesting when real negotiates between UK and EU starts.

9043  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump to drop out ! on: August 10, 2016, 07:27:06 PM
Do you think that Trump cares what other people think?
Even if they are from his own party?
He is not reasonable person and his main goal is to win presidential election this year.
He will not give up, no matter what.
When you see his ''hunger'' for power, his attitude, verbal aggression, luck of experience etc. you have to ask yourself, what if he really becomes US president?
Can you imagine what will happen?

9044  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting people to use Bitcoin- ideas on: August 10, 2016, 07:21:51 PM
Internet advertising can be one way but of course it's difficult because everybody advertise on Internet.
Other ways can be personal talks with friends and relatives (much more effective from my experience), share good testimonies in our  FB and other social networks etc.
It's good to try to talk with main newspapers in the country.
Lastly, we should educate people about Bitcoin, maybe through public lectures, publish books, booklets etc.
9045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Transfer Market 2016/2017 ! on: August 09, 2016, 06:20:58 PM
So much money for Pogba, 105 mil. I can't believe it.
I think that Ronaldo and Messi will be very upset now.
Yes, Pogba is very good player but still not on the same level with Ronaldo and Messi.
This went to fare really and I'm sure that ManUnit overpaid him.

9046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: August 09, 2016, 06:16:44 PM
Djokovic really didn't have luck.
Del Potro was out for the very long time but it seems he is back now, and playing very well again, like in the good ''old days''.
Yes, Murray have good chance now to win gold medal but don't forget Marin Cilic.
He is playing very good now, and also have good chances for good medal.
9047  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you think Putin will rule Russia for life? on: August 09, 2016, 06:05:51 PM
In last 400-500 years I don't think that Russians ever had peaceful and democratic change of leadership.
Remember Russian imperial family in 1918?
Or Stalin and Lenin?
President Yeltsin?
He chose his successor Putin.
In Russia there is no real democratic tradition and standard so there is no chance that Putin will ever loose election in Russia and loose all political power.

9048  Other / Politics & Society / Re: It's Time for the U.S. to End once and for all the Middle East Issue. on: August 09, 2016, 06:00:37 PM
Answer is very simple: No!
All US governments since 1948 tried to do it and failed.
It's obvious that this issue is to complicate and can't be solved without cooperation from Jews and Palestinians.
Right now, there is no real desire in Jews or Palestinian community to solve this issue or even to start peace talks.
USA can be just mediator here but can't solve this complex problem alone.
It's not possible to force anybody to live in peace and find solution, if no mutual desire.
9049  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: August 09, 2016, 05:54:44 PM
Very simple reason, really.
I think that right now it's much more profitable to invest money in Bitcoin than invest in classic shares, forex, trade or keep money in the bank.
I'm sure that soon or later BTC will become mainstream and globally accepted and will wait for that moment.
I'm also sure that value of BTC will also increase a lot in coming years and I'm ready to wait for i and cash out nice profit later Smiley
9050  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: August 09, 2016, 05:46:59 PM
Yes, I still believe Bitcoin.
Incidents and hacking attacks like with bitfinex are always possible but this can't destroy great idea behind Bitcoin, idea about financial freedom, decentralization, anonymity and new, revolutionary way to use money worldwide.
I'm sure that soon or later Bitcoin will become mainstream, globally accepted as new payment standard.
When this happen, I will be ready to enjoy my new financial freedom Smiley
9051  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donald Trump Vs Hilary Clinton on: August 08, 2016, 06:53:00 PM
I think that both of them have good and bad points, so it's not easy to decide really.
Hillary had a lot scandals like with emails of scandal in Libya but also she was first lady 8 years and 4 years in the Obama's government.
So, she have a lot political experience, it's fact.
Trump is very arrogant person, and don't have political experience.
From other hand, he can change American politics and start something new, who know?
It's not easy decision, but I still think Hilary should become new US President.
9052  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Digging Muslims in pork skins in order to stop them on: August 08, 2016, 06:30:31 PM
Such things will not stop them.
In fact, it seems that recently there is no direct connections between terrorists and ISIS.
Most of this new terrorists didn't practice radical Islam at all and just was inspired by ISIS.
For such, new terrorists, we need other ways to stop them.

9053  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex asks users to help in Recovery on: August 08, 2016, 06:24:47 PM
giving them a time is fine but if it's about the money, i guess the one who make the mistake here is the company and not the client,so,if they're asking about the money or cutting client's fund until 36%,doesn't make sense at all

I think the Bitfinex should take the loss. It should let the client take over the company if it does not want to declare bankrupt.
Yeah if this is true that bitfinex are asking for help because its impossible that they will be asking..
For its smell fishy if he is asking to borrow some coins and deposit in there business..
Its risky.

They already lost their reputation and I don't think that they will ever recover from this loss.
They will probably bankrupt so any new funds send now will be lost again.
People, please be smart, don't trust such services any more and try to keep your funds in more secure places like your own wallets.
Of course, always check your computer and Internet security.

9054  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2016 Summer Olympics - Bitcoin Betting on: August 07, 2016, 09:45:09 AM
Djokovic started very well and I predict that he will win both gold medals in this Olympic games.
USA man basketball team is also sure bet.
I'm not sure if anyone can beat Serena Williams as well.
Can't wait to see Brazil soccer team Smiley
It will be time finally that they win something, but they depend to much on one player, Neymar.

9055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: England Championship Prediction Thread... on: August 07, 2016, 09:39:52 AM
In the last championship Chelsea and ManUnited really was big disappointments and Leicester was big surprise.
Now, I don't believe that Leicester can repeat their great result and again win the championship.
It will be really miracle.
ManUnited really invested a lot money in new players, other top clubs like ManCity and Chelsea also, so I'm sure that in this championship we will see great fight for championship among this a few top clubs.

9056  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Refugees and the European strategic error on: August 07, 2016, 09:27:44 AM
Interesting thinking but you are not right that mostly young man came to Europe.
A lot refugee families came as well and also many of this people now learning new languages, attending lectures and educations, trying to find jobs and help their families and relatives.
It's not black and white picture but more gray.
Of course, some people will not be so much responsible and maybe will come under influence of Isis but we can't punish 99,9 % people because of 0,1 % radical people.
We should help them to organize life well in the Europe and teach them about European culture, tradition, etc.
Immigrants from Balkan (former Yugoslavia and Turkey) 50 years ago helped a lot economy of Germany and West, as very cheap and uneducated workers.
It can happen again.

9057  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Europe is getting more and more unstable on: August 07, 2016, 09:18:51 AM
Yes, it's true, unfortunately.
Europe have a lot problems now, not only terrorism attacks.
Other problem is financial crisis and economical instability in Spain, Greece, Portugal, Croatia...
Also, Brexit, no vision for the future, average people in Europe don't see any more benefits of EU for them...
Radical right parties are stronger each day, specially in Germany and France, and their main agendas are that we should'not allow immigrants to come to Europe and they want dissolution of EU.
A lot problems really so future of Europe doesn't looks bright right now.

9058  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: August 07, 2016, 09:09:21 AM
I have bitcoin because of future use, exchange rate going high and easy payment carryout...the future of btc is good

Bitcoins are great for Internet payments. Much safer than using PayPal but most of my coins I am just storing and keeping for the long run. There is only one way for the  price, it is upwards.

Actually paypal is still safer for most people. It is about the years they served that is why their company is still there. Trust is planted in their customers. But for faster payment yes bitcoin will do the job.

Yes paypal is safer because they asked legal documents and other personal info before they verified your paypal account, but bitcoin is not only as a payment tool, it is also used as investment tool and some of them afraid their personal information misused by other party, that is why most of people prefer bitcoin

This is not only reason why most people use Paypal.
Still many merchants online accepts just direct CC payments or Paypal.
Until this fact change we will have to use both Paypal and Bitcoin.
Basically, I use Paypal only for payments but Bitcoin i use for both payments and investment.
I keep my BTC funds in the wallet and waiting for price increase in the future.

9059  Economy / Speculation / Re: Kim Dotcom Predict 2000$ per Bitcoin ??!! on: August 07, 2016, 09:02:38 AM
Of cores it is wise to not trust him completely, but I think he got a really strong cards in his hand. And his predictions/expectations are not totally groundless.
$2000 might be a little too much, but 1000 after release of Bitcache is pretty much possible scenario. And I totally agree: BUY NOW while bitcoin is cheap!

IMO the price below $600 is very low for Bitcoin and all the people who bought for this price will profit big time. If a man with 500k followers on twitter is saying Bitcoin will be $2000 at least it means something, right?

I also agree with this prediction but don't think it will happen soon.
Before this scenario happen, Bitcoin should become more popular, online standard for payments, more popular among merchants and customers and becomes mainstream.
I don't think it will happen overnight, i short time but in 3-5 years it's possible.
I think that BTC users, which show faith and patience now, and don't sell their BTC funds for fast profit, will earn much more later.

9060  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best signature campain for a Member of this forum? on: August 06, 2016, 06:27:23 PM

Patrick Smiley

It's hard to answer such question.
It really depends if you like to write more or less posts per month, your forum rank, where you like to post (gambling, BTC sections, politics etc).
Of course, it's important to check if sig. campaigns pays regularly, check out who is campaign manager, how long campaign is active, if any complaints etc.
Finally, you have to decide, we can just share our opinions end experiences.
