9081  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Confession: After 5 years of hodling, I finally sold on: January 09, 2021, 06:25:33 PM
2x in profit is sweet, 3x profit is sweeter, 4x in profit is the sweetest at these moments. Although it can be more than those times that we can see with the current price of bitcoin in the future. But everyone deserves to take the profit as they want to.
But just to make sure that you're never out of the market while having those sweet, sweeter, and sweetest profits. It's an unending market that we have entered and bitcoin is projecting to hit 6 digits for its price.

That means he wants some security, one year contract does not look good for a main man, and he is not getting any younger, so I guess it's right to ask to be traded and to look for another team to play, I'm sure lots of teams need his support to succeed, so will see where he would land.
As we know in PBA, there's always politics and that's why he only wants to secure himself to a team that will give him a longer contract. He's right with the decision if ever there's another team that will give him a max contract of around 3-5 years or more, he'll get into that contract.
1 year is just a quick time and he can't determine his career with that term.
That's exactly Manuel's point why he is looking for another team to sign him, I think he would not mind the amount of contract, what he like is to extend the period of contract and I think if Alaska will not give his demand, he might be looking for another team to play.
Yes, tenure is the best in this kind of career. His age isn't that old to retire and it's not on his mind. I don't know why his main team is doing this to him.
He didn't realize what the man has contributed to them very well. It's sort of an insult to him after being with the team but that's how their career goes. But what would be his reaction if they'll back the offer and go favoring his terms and the likes of it.

9084  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase cancelling sale on: January 09, 2021, 09:21:17 AM
That can be a bug from their end but you should've contacted them immediately and addressed the issue/bug to them and didn't made another sale which has been granted and credited to your contact.
Too many issues have been popping lately for Coinbase and if you can use another exchange that's legal in your country, you can use them to avoid further issues only if you don't like Coinbase anymore because of this incident. But if you think that you'll still be credited with the lost due to the bug that was done, I don't think they'll give you relief with that.
9085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 09, 2021, 08:08:06 AM
The motivation for the players is likely to change knowing that their franchise is about to be sold very soon. But as long as they are under a contract and they are paid for those contracts, I think they should only think about the league and not about the franchise.

Disagree with the first part but agree with the following one.

I don't think a player's motivation will change for that kind of issue. They care for their career and being a professional one, they need to play their best at whichever team regardless of the plan in the future. Players build and improve their stats as a part of their career profile and that issue shouldn't affect their performance.

Selling the franchise will not totally rebrand the whole team if decided. It's just a change owner and most likely, not much changes will be made by the new owners.
Knowing that your franchise is ready to be sold, will somehow affect their thoughts about the future of the team. But that's just my assumption because if I'll be putting myself on their shoe, that's going to be the thinking that I'll have. But the new owner can set new things, staff, manage and even take a reshuffle for which he thinks suits the best for the team. That's what usually happens after the turnover of old management to their new management.
9086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitstamp starts to halt XRP trading on: January 09, 2021, 07:35:25 AM
As said when this XRP-SEC issue has exploded, when one common and popular exchange starts to halt trading operations for XRP on their US customers, the others will follow and the action couldn't only be for US customers and markets but could affect the entire XRP market for that particular exchange. This is expected just like the other exchanges that have all decided to remove and halt their XRP trading operations.

Edit your post and change all caps. It is unnecessary to make your posts in all caps. It seems to be that you're shouting at us while asking for help.
We're no longer in 2009-2013 where bitcoin was still priced at a very low price which your $1-$100 can make you hundreds of thousands to millions today. What I'm telling you with that capital you have, don't expect it to be with a "high" return. You are already good investing to Ethereum with that amount.
9088  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Play Smarter 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: January 09, 2021, 06:15:41 AM
Just found and read about this article of 2020 Crypto Gambling Awards
Stake won 4 categories on this Awards as we can see below:

Winner for the best dice site and sportsbook, runner up for the best live betting and esports.
What do you think guys? Is this awards reliable enough?
Are you agreeing with the awards won by Stake? Or you have different opinion on which category Stake is the best?
They deserve those awards and there are no complaints from me about the legitimacy of them winning those awards and being a runner-up. What if stake manages to get all of those awards and that's going to be a landslide win for them. Runner-ups and winners are very common casinos and they're known in the crypto gambling community.
9089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More records for bitcoin as we welcome 2021. on: January 09, 2021, 05:38:17 AM

That's the first thing I noticed here. Is he copying an old post here? Seems he forgot to edit what he copied???

This year really started with a bang! Hopefully, we will enjoy a fruitful year in crypto. More adoption and more applications, those will cement the presence of crypto in our daily lives. With more demand, comes good price in the market.
He's online today and he hasn't edited it. Maybe it's just a mistake for the price and he has jumbled the first and second numbers. To enjoy the fruitful year, don't forget to make yourself happy by taking the slightest profit that will satisfy you to take some for your savings.
Around 1%-5% profit won't hurt your portfolio or even 10% if that feels you happy. But if you don't want to, hold until we see the highest for this year.
9090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More records for bitcoin as we welcome 2021. on: January 08, 2021, 09:30:20 PM
It is extremely a good performance (btc trending at $24345, as at the time of writing this post )
You posted today and it's only $38k-$40k that's being priced in today. How come that it's trending on $24k on your time as you post?

no doubts for the first crypto, and it amazed me that BTC keep creating new cryptocurrecy records in December 2020, a proof that more institutional investors has fully reorganized the bitcoins/altcoins technology/development. I think that this achievement will remain unforgettable in the minds of all crypt enthusiasts, investors, traders and hunters in the future. It has been wonderful this year. What is your opinion?
2017 was an unforgettable year. 2020 has become another unforgettable year as well. And this year, just as we're just starting the year. Another one which shall be remembered too.
9091  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What type of trading is preferred for beginners who just started in the market on: January 08, 2021, 08:50:27 PM
Beginners don't have to trade immediately. They can learn and be familiar with the market by just observing it or by becoming one of the holders. They only have to experience the volatility and how it's moving up and down very fast. With that experience, they'll manage to learn how to trade quickly with profits and how to avoid being greedy in this market. But just as today, many are starting to be greedy because it's unavoidable with what bitcoin is showing.
9092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALT/BTC pairs - Bitcoin price interrogation on: January 08, 2021, 08:01:23 PM
Don't spend your BTC on trading alts, you will regret it. If you really want to have ADA or any altcoins, do you have some spare money to invest?
That's more preferable than using your btc to trade. As you see, the increase that it's showing today looks not stopping anytime.
Trading your btc to alts will make you feel that you've lost a lot.
9093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EHERUEM, THE BIG GAME THAT SPOILS THE SHOW. on: January 08, 2021, 02:28:49 PM
2020/2021 a year of rocket for crypto world. But not so convincing as the second largest blackchain (etheruem's gas fee) is making it impossible to justify your explanation to newbies.

A clear situation where a newbies buys an altcoin, tending to sent to his private wallet and his meant to pay 50% fee for the transaction.

I just wished for eth2 comes as quickly as possibly to set us free from this gas fee assassination.

It is ongoing and said to be taking time before it's been fully adopted. Are the fees really that going up to 50%? Isn't that too much and just an exaggerated statement? Although it's real that the fees were quite high because of the demand and traffic in ETHs traffic due to everyone getting interested in the ETH 2.0 staking. I just find it too much to say that fees are taking up to 50% and I say that because I haven't done such transactions with that fee or if I encounter it, I wouldn't continue.
9094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Remember when ETH was $1400 a few years ago then crashed to $70 as BTC crashed? on: January 07, 2021, 10:02:29 PM
Despite the high fees, it's still at the top line for most altcoins. That's what makes it valuable too because of the fees that you guys are paying. I'm not paying for high fees when I transact and I make sure that I'm patient enough to wait a little bit longer and not rushing as I send to save fees.
$1200 is the peak this cycle and will eventually break the last ATH for sure.
9095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 07, 2021, 09:15:38 PM
AFAIK, it's just another conference that we used to watch and not a new season. With still the numbers of active cases, we would likely still to see them on a bubble but if ever they decide to play on courts like Araneta, they'll just have to close it down for the audience/fans.

Guys, you might have some confusion. This year is a "new season". A season lasted a year with 3 conferences but since Covid-19 halted the last year's season (45th season) for 6 months, only the All-Filipino Cup was done.

If this year isn't a new season then the Commissioners Cup should be followed which is not possible for now because of imports and it shouldn't take 3 months to rest after the last conference.

The league even has a Rookie Draft in March so this year will be a new season, the "46th PBA season". Commissioners and Governors Cup are still in question depends on what will be the status of the pandemic here in the country.
Thanks for that clarification. I was confused about that and I thought that it's just another conference since it's really another conference that we're seeing.
I've comprehended that the new season would be more conferences from where we are today.
9096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 07, 2021, 08:31:46 PM
Just like a popular team that went through passive and became weak for seasons, time will come to them that they'll also be recognized again. The lineup could be fine by now but still, that's not enough to bring home the bacon. Well, if Glen has to sell it for himself, he'll do it. That's part of his investment and business but as long as there will be a willing taker for the team and to have new management for the franchise, the team shall keep moving.
Hopefully this will be sold soon, it does not help to a team knowing the owner is selling it, it does not help build confidence and feel secured on entire team's side. Though this is just normal, there's still an indication that the team are not selling anymore, reason the owner sold it already, and we can understand since the timing is quite unquestionable.
The motivation for the players is likely to change knowing that their franchise is about to be sold very soon. But as long as they are under a contract and they are paid for those contracts, I think they should only think about the league and not about the franchise. Although we understand that some of the players might be thinking of a stable stay on the team and that's why if it changes it hands, there's a chance that there will be an entire shuffle.
9097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do I still have a chance to get profit? on: January 07, 2021, 07:52:03 PM
It's been a long time and then they are not yet listing it on any exchange? I think that's fully centralization for the project if they only want to list it on their own exchange. Can't help with that but I should say that the chance for you to profit by having it is very low, dramatically low.
Are you still expecting and hoping that someday you'll be able to make money from that token if it's not found everywhere? That's a very predictable thing if that's the token you have.
9098  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Wow 1 Trillion Now. on: January 07, 2021, 07:10:27 PM
We're happy to see it. Most market caps were coming from Bitcoin and Ethereum. And just as a few hours ago bitcoin reached the above peak of $40,000. But that's not the end of it, it just pulled back to $38,000 which is still good.
It should be ready again to break $40,000 and will finally go to the $50,000. This is really exciting, we might see bitcoin truly gets to $100,000 just as most predictions say.

they re trusted?
Very trusted and reputable. If you plan to deposit 5 digits, you'll not go wrong depositing and playing it on stake. As you can see, you'll see very active support on this thread and also on the site.
With every update they make, that's making sure that everyone is coping up with the promos that they're running actively. That is why, playing and depositing on stake will assure you're in the good hands.

If you are going to look at some gambling or bookie review site here on the forum you will see that the stake is always on top 3 or most of the time top 1. Well if it's 5 digit I'm sure that your coins will be safe on it. I'm just thinking that they might ask for KYC or not? I haven't transferred that much so I'm not able to tell if you would be requiring to undergo KYC or not.
True that most of the reviews website always include stake on their list. And it's not just a list but always at the top of the list. There's no issue about the large amount being transferred/deposit. They might ask KYC only if it's necessary for them to ask the user.
