there is no best way of quitting gambling for good available in the world

any way that you choose is going to be messy and hard. so prepare yourself for a long period of agony and hard work to quit gambling.
Well, if you are really devoted for a change you will do it. Quitting is always hard because but with focus you can do that, make a sacrifice and you can quit your addiction which will only bring you sadness and might ruin your life in the future.
9142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling. on: October 08, 2016, 07:40:39 AM
Its not easy to stop with gambling but its without any doubts possible to do, if you stay believing in yourself you can stop with it by yourself.
If this is not working out you should try social control what will hard for yourself but it will help you 100 percent.
You cannot do it alone, when you are too addicted in gambling you need the help your your family as they care for your future, when you are addicted too much you are living a life without a direction as all you think is just to gamble and nothing else.
9143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH GETTING DUMPED HARD!!!! on: October 08, 2016, 07:30:53 AM
i am counting the days for the ethereum  dump to heppen so i can buy it again. and i will not buy it while it is this high priced even if it means missing out on any possible rises.
I think we are going to that direction again, ETH started to dump as you can witness on it's current price now it's performance, maybe I should try to save more now so by the time it will dump really ride I can ride before it will start to pump.
9144  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: October 08, 2016, 07:23:23 AM
I opted for a very simple bitcoin transactions.
for paypal because I had never been exposed to the limit of which there is a hefty usd me so traumatized use it but using paypal also nice because we could mendispute our funds
Bitcoin is really good compared to paypal in any angel you would look at, the charge alone is already a big thing and if you are talking of security bitcoin is also secured as since it is decentralized and nobody will look into your account as they do not know you also.
9145  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: October 08, 2016, 07:19:41 AM
I personally have not came across any physical stores that accept Bitcoin yet in my country. The closest I got to using Bitcoin in the real world was using a Bitcoin ATM. I usually spend my Bitcoins online through buying servers and digital goods.
We only have a limited stores online that accept in bitcoin and that is not available in many countries, but as long as we can bitcoins we have the right to spend either we convert it to fiat first or buy directly using our bitcoins.
9146  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: October 08, 2016, 07:13:26 AM
because more bitcoiner willl promote your store
That could also help in promoting bitcoin as well as when people notice that your store accepts bitcoin they might find it interesting and will make the right research to adopt with bitcoin, you are helping the bitcoin community to spread the news and increase the market circulation which is good.
9147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: October 08, 2016, 07:10:06 AM
Bought back some again. More ammo if it dumps more.

Man, i miss the times with less noise...
LOL, people are noisy now because we have really though all a while that it is the time when XMR will become the best currency that might replace bitcoin in the future, however we are wrong and not the price seem going back to normal. Our hope is gone..
9148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: October 08, 2016, 07:04:34 AM
1. Follow the tipster on this forum.
2. Bet on lower odds on favourite team at soccer match, because it has a high chance to win.
3. Don't bet on tennis, so many fixed matches.
4. Don't ever chase your loses when your bet is lose.
Is it really profitable to follow tipster in the forum, I have not seen anyone who are making great return by following a specific tipster, me myself would make sure that I would have to study the game before pulling the trigger, it is not fun to just follow others blindly.
9149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: October 08, 2016, 06:58:58 AM
I know it isn't an investment, but in the last few years some "high risk" investment funds have appeared, and in them you can either lose it all or earn a lot of money.

Isn't this basically the same as gambling? Wouldn't it be faster to just deposit the amount in a casino? At least you'd be able to spend your earnings much sooner Cheesy

Investing means you put your money at risk and expect to get it back with a profit, in gambling you can mathematically expect to lose part of your total wagered amount. In investments you make blind bets, you don't know the chances of each outcome so it's not the same as gambling.
I think there was a misunderstanding here, when you are investing you are just simply putting your money in the pot money of a certain site and let the system work for you, we know that gamblers loses in the long run so that is your advantage already and you can make profit of course.
which is right placing your investment into a safe place risk are still there but chances of winnings is much bigger.
It is already given that investing in gambling sites are profitable due to the house advantage, some might look it as the same investment as they are thinking investing is like when you are gambling itself, but hell no, this is a better investment that putting your money in a HYIP and ponzi schemes.
9150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much time you have spent gambling? on: October 08, 2016, 06:46:05 AM
I even don't remember when I was gambling the last time. I think it was couple months ago when I get bored on my vacation and played slot games on my tablet while sunbathing. I am not active gambler as you can see. Maybe it is even good. So, if to reply on your question directly I spend about 3-5 hours monthly in gambling, in this time included slot games and poker with friends. Not so much as you can see.
Good if you are gambling for that long hours with different games as it is more entertaining, the fact that gambling industry using bitcoin are blooming you can choose among sports book the best game that you like to play.
9151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you put all your money into bitcoin? on: October 08, 2016, 06:37:17 AM
i put all of money at mining rig, gpu mining, and im very happy to make money everyday.
for me keep our money by holding is not a good solution to growing our money, better to make some interest with bitcoin mining or altcoin mining.
I agree with you. Holding our coins wouldn't give us that much profit considering the length of time that's required to get a profit out of bitcoin holding. Instead of holding your coins and wishing that the next day would be a pump day, why don't we just make use of it and get a profit today. Once the Bitcoin price goes up, we would still make profit out of that, every body will get profit out of that.

The only people that makes good money out of the price pump are the whales that holds hundreds or thousands of coins to be honest.
That's true so if we do not have that big amount to benefit on the price fluctuation we just have to hold our bitcoins for a longer period of time. It can be done by any person if you are interested to invest and believe that the future of bitcoin is good.
9152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: October 08, 2016, 06:32:55 AM
if my advice is better gamble sport because the sites were purely determined by the sport was not the site.
basically gambling will make us lust and increasingly want to get a lot of bitcoin. and ultimately lost everything Smiley
that's completely right if you desire to lose money go on gambling and waste everything but if you are really aiming to get profits study investing into trading lesser risk with good high profits in return if you understand the flow.

gambling is a game for havomg fun and not for making money and it should be treaded as a game for fun too.
but trading is a way of making profit but at the same time you have to remember that it is not easy to make profit with trading since it is a professional work to trade successfully.

i think sportsbetting is another option that we can play to make money if we know the info about sport especially in football, basketball and else. beside that trading can be a choice for us to make profit and we can stay for longer than to play gambling.
That is still gambling and although there is a chance to make money because of such games have no house edge but still you need to be skillful in order for you to win, the key here is to win consistently and without that you will lose in the long run.
9153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: October 08, 2016, 06:27:20 AM
Gambling problems mostly occur when people are doing it over and over and get greedy because they want to win money and make profit, of course its mostly the opposite of that.
On the other hand if you want to stop with having these problems just clear your mind and try to stop for a while with it.
It's not good to have problem in gambling as for sure that is a serious problem, you will be losing more money and that can affect largely into your life. Money is important to us so we want to earn more but there are many legitimate avenue that we can have a chance and for sure that is not gambling.

if we have problem in gambling, then i would suggest to tell with other people so we can solve the problem and we can stop to play gambling because its really not good for our financial and we can loss all of our money. even though we want to earn more money rather than to loss all of our money.
Why do people do gambling to earn and make money, have they not understand that their chances are very low against the house, with a house edge you should only play it for fun and enjoy gambling as much as you can cause the moment you will gamble for money big problem will really be experience by you.
9154  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you trade with crypto currency? on: October 08, 2016, 06:16:03 AM
You can trade with cryptocurrency the same way you would do with stocks, you buy them up and if price raises you decide to get rid of them or keep them and raise more.
Just study the market and analyze prices those are the most important points before you start.
It is a different market but I guess trading crypto currency brings your more money due to the fact that it is more volatile than other assets, and yet you cannot make consistent income here with lack of knowledge.

It is more rewarding to be here in cryto world doing some kind of trading but the risk is also too high for traders who does not study well.
which is right the possibility of earning big is here since the fluctuation really moves higher if you got into a perfect timing you will not only double but possible to make x10 of your capital but risk of losing big is also needed to consider.

the hard thing is waiting for moving higher price because we can not be in front of our computer or android phone just to see the movements of the price. but all in all, its a high profit that we can get when we are buying in low price and we sell in high price.
To be successful in trading we have to give up our daily job and focus in trading alone, you would do that if you are serious with your way of making money and you would not might putting extra time and effort as long as the outcome is positive on your side.
9155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: October 07, 2016, 07:58:28 AM
Yes, trading can be considered gambling as both need luck because markets may go against us and during that situation, we cannot do anything. The only advantage we get here is we are able to cut the losses by getting out earlier, while in gambling, once it goes, it never comes back.

That is the big difference. In gambling you lose it instantly while in trading there is this last minute that you can save your coins from plunging down. There would still be something left better than nothing.a

its true, because in trading we still have that coins and i am sure that there are increase price while decrease of the rate, and we just need to get patient for the increase price.

Yes, I think in trading there is some science that you can learn to make profit and in gambling games you need to be lucky to make some profit, there is a big difference. And as was said, in gambling you lose your money instantly, you go from the heaven to the hell in one click!
Gambling is not a good idea if you are planning to try your luck you are always not lucky better to stay in trading is more potencial to make a good profit than gamble your bitcoins.
Gambling is good if you are just trying your luck because strategy does not work in gambling, but if you are serious and wants to earn money consistently, then the answer is not gambling but trading and investing as method can be learn to be successful.
If you want to become rich in gambling make it very fast, bet on jackpot of a game but make sure you will not get hook to it, you will win if you are lucky, there is always condition on that to happen.

Meanwhile, trading is more visible if you want to be successful in making money online as it is already proven that when you will just make the right research you will profit.
9156  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: October 07, 2016, 07:55:20 AM
Bitcoin is better than paypal the only downside is that there is no dispute system or chargeback, overall its better because you are controlling your own money and are making your own decisions.

That is a fact that bitcoin is better than paypal that is why paypal is trying to cover up some bitcoin services too and tries too adopt the usage of bitcoin with the help of coinbase. And I think they are also teaming up with the ceo of xapo. So we can prove that bitcoin is much better than paypal nowadays, so paypal sees it as a threat.

Bitcoin basically overrules every traditional fiat based payment service, and they know that. But still, we need to convince the non Bitcoiners to choose for Bitcoin instead of keep using the same old stuff. But then again, they will come up that they enjoy buyer protection, and Bitcoin doesn't. Plus, with Bitcoin they need to buy it first in order to spend it.
The system of bitcoin is very simple but with the help of altcoins we can achieve that, surely we can surpass the popularity of other online payment system that uses fiat in their transaction, I think they are beginning to worry now as they will lose their clients in the future.
9157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: October 07, 2016, 07:49:12 AM
It is because we don't know if we are going to win whenever we do gambling. Maybe we are winning in the first place but after a while we didn't notice that we have lost a lot in gambling. Our mind only focused on one goal and that is "I'm going to win this time, no matter what." This is always the thought that we are thinking when we are doing gambling because we always wanted to win against the house though it is not possible because the house will never let that happen.
What you are referring is when you are a certain gambler who beat against the house, that is very obvious that will really lose in the long run as there is not exception to that, however we are talking here of investment so if gamblers loses in the long run you will be in profit in your are an investor.
9158  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: October 07, 2016, 07:45:52 AM
I would not sell any of it until  the price reaches a more fair  price, because right now it is not  worth it, from the way that I am  seeing the things in the market atm.
Why you not sell them? the price of bitcoin is not that quite good and its stabe to be fair you need to trade ot to be able to gain bitcoin from market exchange sites or anything you need have an idea how you gonna make it.
I also wouldn't sell the coins if I got them. I just don't think that now is a good time to sell and you could make a lot more profit if you sold in the future.
yes every one has their own decision, and to me the best option is still to hold bitcoin for some months, because i can see some potential in the price of bitcoin and hope this time the price of bitcoin is going to cross 1000 USD level very easily.
that is good to hold your bitcoin in your wallet and also good to invest it in trading since the price of bitcoin increasing again its time to buy more altcoin that had potential to increase its price after the bitcoin price increasing.
Altcoin is not a good investment for me when it comes to long term investment, I would strictly invest in bitcoin alone but I will consider altcoins for day trading and they are a fast moving asset where we can make money doing day trading if we know the right timing to buy and sell.
9159  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: October 07, 2016, 07:40:34 AM
2016 was calm after the Halving hype, and then Bitfinex happened. Defenitely not the year of bitcoin. But maybe we will see something big happen at the start of next year or late this year.
But this 2016 was given us big profit since the start of 2016 the price is below $400 and now gives us additional 40% increase of the price we can say that bitcoin is great this year and we are hoping that next year would be more income coming to us.

For you it might be 40% but there are a lot people that managed to more than double their money within a year due to the peak that we have experienced back in June of this year. This year has been fantastic for those that managed to make a good profit. Perhaps that when SW gets activated, and more clear information about the roll out of LN, that the price will take another jump in 2017. Patience is what we need.
Well, in overall we have already an increase of a 100% for this year alone, so you were able to buy the cheapest price this year for sure you have already doubled your money easily, so with that progress, it is just fair and right to call 2016 the year of bitcoin.
9160  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: October 07, 2016, 07:19:16 AM
I think quitting on your job just to go on bitcoin is not a very good decision at all. Why would you quit your job if you can do your job and bitcoin at the same time? In this way you can save more money and have bitcoins too. You will get rich in no time by doing both. Doing your job in the day and doing bitcoin at night just for few hours is not that bad, but it also depends on you, it is just my opinion about it.
That would depend on what type of job you will do here in the crypto world. If you are just quitting to do signature campaign, I think that is not worth it. However, if you are aiming for a bigger income like doing some kind of investment and day trading, I think it is just a fair decision.
