for me, i don't have special day for playing gambling, i am playing gambling if i want and i think i am using of 3 hours until 5 hours just to play gambling on the site but if i am not playing gambling, i use my time for other activity.

well, that's nice because you are still putting a moderation on playing on gambling site and you are not spending so much time from it . 3-5 hours is enough for just an entertainment . it is better to spend most of your time for other activities and for your self because of that you cannot get any loss in your money .

You can gamble once a month and still lose. The frequency doesn't matter at all, it's the luck and the amount of money you're betting. I quit gambling with my own money a long time ago because it's never been good for me. I always lost and whenever I increased my bet amount, I don't know how and why but I lost again. Spending a lot of time for gambling won't help you either though, because you're not going to do something good for yourself except losing it by trying to entertainer yourself. This is  normal when you are playing automated bets  and we cant really count it off hence we are doing other things while  we are  playing   dice on auto mode. The longest session I have played continuously in gambling ever was 5 hours if this is what is meant to tell here. 3-5 hours really a lot time but others do whole day as much they have money in their wallet then they will play! Though if you can control your self by playing 3-5hours a day its okay but more than that it is something bad. As much as possible make it 1-2 hours only dont loose your all money!

the longer time you play the higher your chance to become a loser.
i always do a yolo bet so everything finished at once , no wasting time you get money or nothing.

Just doing it for fun and knowledge, I have got profit from some sites and loss in many sites. On the whole what i lost is more, whenever i find new site i just go there and gaze through just wanted to know how the site operates and if there is something new, which i can use for my future projects

i guess it would much be better if you do have some time on other stuffs not recommend you to gamble for your income mate. You can do trade i supposed that trading does not requires you too much time on opening your pc you just have to check once in a while  and keep doing the other work that you have

In my free time I prefer to spend it with family and friends than simply just to gamble. When I have nothing to do then for fun purposes I gamble. It can be like I am anyhow going to see my favorite team in action then trying to make some extra money from that match isn't bad. I am not so much addicted to do just this gambling in my free time.
