9181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: May 09, 2018, 05:02:36 AM
Watching GSW not versus Pelican. I bet Draymond Green will be really exhausted in this game.
Doing all the job inside, stopping Davis doing defense and also getting the rebound for a team. I just hope Steve Kerr will realize that.
He keeps on moving and doing box out just so Davis cannot get another offensive rebound.
Every possession should be worth the defense and the rebound.

29 GSW 26 Pelicans 1st quarter.
Warriors win the game and they will clinch their spot into the Western Conference Finals and face Houston Rockets. Now this is where the Warriors test if they will go into the NBA Finals again for the 4th time because the rockets have been great this season with the new additional players in their team especially CP3.

I'm a warrior fan and also I like rockets to win but I will go with the warriors maybe 6-7 games for me in my prediction. I'm also thinking of Warriors - Cavs part 4 this season because the celtics are short handed right now but they are strong even they don't have their star players. Lets see in the succeeding days who are going to face the Finals Smiley
9182  Economy / Economics / Re: Portfolio on: May 09, 2018, 12:17:58 AM
How many cryptos should Ihave in my portfolio? Are there one recommended diversification ( like having 3 or 4 coins) ?
It depends on how much money will you use. If you have small amount of money to use then you need to buy few coins (like 2-3 will do) then if you gain some money, invest it on another coin. You can buy a coin one at a time if you want. I recommend to buy like 4-6 or 7 coins max for long term maybe. That is what my mentors said so I will say it to you also Smiley
9183  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin & College students . on: May 09, 2018, 12:14:55 AM
I believe that a huge portion of the the crypto community are still young college students that don't have any necessities that need another source of income aside from their scholarships / the money they are getting from their parents .
I believe that there are some college students here and maybe some are in secondary but the percentage of them are not "huge". I think most of the crypto community is composing of people who have families already because they are seeking for another source of income for their family.

I myself have had many thoughts about hodling and launching a business as soon as i graduate with the coins in my possession , yet i'm not exactly sure what i'll be doing ..
I'm glad for you because some of the students are your age right now are thinking of spending their money in different vices like drinking at a bar, gambling their money etc. That must be the mindset of the students. Now the only thing you need to do is to read some books after graduation, attend some seminars and you need help from a mentor who is expert in business. Don't jump in a business without knowledge.

So i'm really curious about :
- Do you have any future plans for your coins if you are hodling any ?
I have a future already with my coins I am holding right now. I am planning a business with my hold coins. We are thinking the same in our coins Smiley. I graduated last year so we are almost at the same age. I am holding my coins for my future plans and to buy some things.
9184  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: "Bitcoin" and "Efirium" will raise crypto-currency on: May 08, 2018, 10:53:12 PM
Bitcoin and Efirium will raise the crypto-currency market to $ 500 billion

High trading volumes at Bitcoin and Etherium, the two most valuable crypto-currencies in the world market, led to the fact that the crypto-currency market overcame the capitalization of $ 450 billion and, based on the current trend, it is likely that the market will overcome the 0.5 trillion mark dollars during May.

The etheric rose by 11%
Ether, grew by more than 11 percent against the US dollar and 6 percent against bitcoin. The market estimate of the air has increased to 79 billion dollars and in the next 24 hours will overcome 80 billion.
I came to see this post because of the title of the subject. Please change the "Efirium" there into "Ethereum" so that people can appreciate your post (maybe).

Many have said that these 2 coins will be a good coin in the future and I agree with it. In the next years, I see more people will buy these 2 coins for the long term, making the crypto market raise up to the amount you said  Cheesy Cheesy
9185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Effects of Gambling on: May 08, 2018, 10:24:34 PM
Let me share my opinions regarding to this effects Smiley

Good Effects:
*Can make money easily (not guaranteed)
Yes you can make money but its gambling. Its pure luck so you don't know when to win or when to lose but in my experience, I'm always losing in gambling Cheesy

Good Effects:
*Gives so much pleasure
I agree with this especially if gambling is now one of your hobbies. It will give you pleasure and entertainment.

I agree with the last 2 of the good effects you have shared although I don't like it  Cheesy Cheesy
Lets go to the bad effects now.

Bad Effects:
*Big loss
*Increased on your debt
*Insufficient Funds
I put this in one because they are somewhat interconnected. If you don't have money to gamble what will you do, you will borrow from another person - debt. Now if you lose in gambling you will borrow again - debt increasing. This cycle will happen until you will realize that you are now at a big loss and not only that, you have a big big debt.

Bad Effects:
*Depression/Stressed
This happens when you are at a loss. If you lose in gambling, the tendency is you will feel regret for it and then you will become depressed. The solution I think to remove depression or stress is to entertain yourself. Go to bar, or find a place that will make you happy.

Bad Effects:
*Broken Family/Failed on relationship
The worst thing  that can happen when you are gambling. Because you made it as a hobby now, you have no time to your family and relationship.

How can you handle this possible effects of gambling in your life? Its simple. DON'T GAMBLE AT ALL!!!!!
9186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: May 08, 2018, 10:13:47 PM
Raptors are an embarrassment. Derrozen has to be traded. Playoff choker.
We can't blame them but the expectation that they will be able to reach the finals.
But look on how they was kicked off by the Cavs. The league has been always unpredictable, they are good with the elimination and start of the season but they lose in the end.

Only one answer for all of that to change. Shuffle their roster.
It is okay for DeRozan to stay but he needs someone to boosts his game.
A center or a good forward good make it happen. Something is really missing with that team. It is like they are agile with every game but lacks the confidence unlike Cavs. You can see confidence with them overflowing.
I agree with this. The raptors need to shuffle their roster and they need a player who can match Lebron in one-on-one even in defense only. In these past playoffs, the raptors always lost to the Cavs because they don't have that player who can guard LBJ.

Their star players will remain in the team, they just need to shuffle it for the next season and they need a person who can guard LBJ and they have a chance in winning against them.

9190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: new to this things on: May 08, 2018, 04:31:16 AM
im new in this trading.so i dont how to start.im affraid to do something wrong..help me please 😊
A welcome to you newbie. You want to start into trading but you don't know what to do. Let me share some of the things you need that will help you.

1. Don't go into a battle with no weapons. - What is this? In battle, a soldier needs weapons in order to win. Same with trading, in order to become a successful one, you need to gain knowledge and information that will help you in trading like for example. How to use indicators, How to use technical analysis. How to read candlesticks and so many more. Don't trade with no knowledge because your money will be gone like "POOF".

2. Trade emotionless. - This is very hard to do especially if you are a very emotional people. When I am starting in trading, I tend to put some emotions in my trading and what is the end - result? LOSS. WHY? Because when I saw my bought coin crashing down, I sold all of it at a loss because I don't want to lose my funds. Don't trade with emotions because emotions will eat you and your money. Trade calmly and no emotions involved. Smiley

3. Be patient - When traders ask for an advice, this is always the first thing they are saying but accept it that some traders tend to become impatient and the end, it will be a loss for them. If your bought coin crashed below your buying price, leave the exchange. Don't see it for hours or even days. Sometimes, we need to hold and be patient for us to gain profits. When I am trading and I see my coin dropped below my buying price, I'm reading here in the forum and I don't see the exchange very often. It will be stressful if you do that.

4. Don't risk any amount that you can't afford to lose. - You need to set a specific amount for you in trading that when that money is lost, you will not feel anything bad. In my first trading, I invested 100$ in trading. Lucky I am not at a loss right now but if if if my 100$ will be gone in trading, I will not feel anything because I can afford that value to lose. In order to do this you need some discipline too.

5. Don't trade by using signals from the pump and dump groups - I inserted this because I know that P & D groups especially on telegrams are SHIT.. PURE BULLSHIT. If you are a newbie, its better to learn how to read charts rather than hoping for the group to share some signals for you. Before they share a signal, they bought it already and they need people to pump it. When the time comes that their target price reached, they will dump into your face very hard that when you are about to sell it, you are now at a loss so don't trade using signals with them.

Hope this helps Smiley

I have watched this once and I downloaded it too in my laptop so that I can watch it over and over again. Documentaries is another way of promoting bitcoin to other people. Lets share this kind of videos to everyone so that they can be aware with the existence of cryptocurrencies here in the world. I can only say is the video is 100% good. I recommend others to watch this documentary along with others to gain some knowledge about bitcoin.
9193  Other / Meta / Re: What to do with such members ? on: May 07, 2018, 02:53:39 PM
(for instance, the dude who becomes a full member by only shit-posting for 3 month period doesn't deserve to hold that high rank)
I see your opinion here and in fact not only full members are got ranked because of shitposting. There are other higher ranks too that have obtained their current rank now by just shitposting.

I know that's kinda hard task, but it can be done either by adding some requirement for obtaining "monthly merit point" (for instance 1 point for Junior 2 for Member 4 for Full and so on)  thus shitposters won't be able to get away that easy.
Can you share some requirements you are thinking for this "monthly merit point" you are saying. I think this is a good idea but I don't think there will be no other way to gain some merit right now.
9194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: ByteBall Signature Campaign on: May 07, 2018, 02:32:04 PM
I have disqualified....why is it?
Did you read the OP?? I don't see Jr. Members eligible to join in the campaign Am I right? Don't complain because at first place, you didn't reach the minimum rank required ok Smiley

P.S. One Liner posters are not eligible too. The only posts that are you have posted that is not one line is the social media campaign you joined.
9195  Economy / Speculation / Re: Me Sold all BTC at 20k $ Peak on: May 07, 2018, 12:50:39 PM
As for now btc is constant on 8 to 10k $ and it will take too much time now to reach its peak of above 20k $ per bitcoin and the fact is no one can guess when it will grow that much in upcoming time may be next year or after 5 year but all believe it will cross 20k $

but did u guess last time right and sold all ur btc at 20 k $ cause me sold it that time and buyed after 1 month on 12k $ peak luckly me guess it right

You are one of the lucky investors who sold your bitcoin at near $20k mark and I am happy for your decision however, I don't think using the word "peak" with the price of bitcoin which is $20k is good. Its better to use the word "ATH" or all time high rather than peak Smiley.

Anyway that is not the problem but you are lucky like I said but most of the investors who fully trusted bitcoin at that time and they bought it at near its ATH are now suffering at a loss until now. They will go unto a test of patience. What will be their decision? They will hold it until it reach the $20k mark again? They will sell at a loss and move on? They will buy more bitcoin because they trust it.

Being a one - liner poster is considered spamming I think and it doesn't contribute to the forum but to post that is irrelevant now is different thing. Let our DT members do their job with this user. I consider that user as a shitposter for me. Don't know if others will agree with me too Cheesy

9199  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who are these so-called "whales' in the Cryptocurrency world? on: May 07, 2018, 10:11:48 AM
They say they can manipulate the price of a certain cryptocurrency coin.
Yes they can manipulate the price of a certain coin by just buying a huge amount of it. Law of supply and demand. Whales are rich people so they can do what they want in a coin.
So how do they do that
As I said in my first answer, they will choose a specific coin to buy then they buy in huge amounts making the price to spike then they will set a price and when that price has reached already, they will dump it into your face.

who/what are the most famous and richest whales in the cryptoccurency world?
Nobody can say any people who belong in this so-called "WHALES" because nobody knows them in specific. We only know them in general terms. Maybe they are bank owners, they are rich investors. One thing is for sure for me, they are rich people holding billions of $$ of money.
9200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trader or Gamblers. on: May 06, 2018, 01:36:27 PM
I see trading like gambling too but in a different way because you throw your money into it and then if you are at a perfect time then you sell it. The difference for me between the two is gambling is pure luck and even a noob person as long as he/she got the money then he/she can participate in gambling whilst in trading, you need information and knowledge in order to succeed and in order for your money not to be loss.
