9181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing all my savings! on: November 27, 2017, 07:03:40 PM
For me, investing all your savings to 3 cryptocurrencies you have mentioned is not really good idea. Why? because you cannot say what will happen the following days or months if the prices will either go up or down. It is very risky and the rates are flactuating. Also, what if something emergency that might happen in few days or months with your own personal life. Be proactive about uncertainties.
it is true what you mention, because if you are not experienced in investing, and the price of bitcoin and altcoin always up and down so as not to have a stable price, you should not be too confident with all this. but if you look at the potential long-term investment is better you choose bitcoin and ethereum.
The price going up and down is really not a challenge but the thing here is cryptocurrency coming to stay. The latter is something that is really becoming glaring, although it is still a huge risk to take. Most especially for bitcoin, it is growing pretty fast and then I thought one day that if I had really gone in with my savings even like 2 years ago when it was even more risky, then I can imagine what I would be worth now.

Life is all about risk and depending on how ready the person involved is willing to accept such risk, and then leaves the choice in their hands. It could pay them hugely and then it may not. But come to think of it, which do we really think is possible at this stage?
9182  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin drop to $3000? on: November 27, 2017, 06:16:10 PM
Yes the possibilities are really there because bitcoin value is unpredictable and unstable anything can happen to it at any time this things maybe normal for many as a part of bitcoin activities but for some it is something they are afraid of. Bitcoin value can increase so high and can also decrease so much but the good thing so far this cycle always end up with bitcoin having a much higher value in the market
Bitcoin's value is surely unpredictable and there are some things that we may not expect but can end up happening. However, unless people totally lose trust in bitcoin, I doubt if we can see such a scenario playing out before it gets taken back by the stronger hands. We are the ones that have placed that value on it and unless it seems invaluable to us anymore, then why would anyone want to dump ? FUDs can only create very little impact at this stage.
9183  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I only have 200$ per month ! on: November 27, 2017, 09:15:01 AM
After a month of hard work I have to pay quite a lot of things. I just got one about 200$ to invest in bitcoin. Should or should not. Please help me !  Lips sealed
Bro! No one can make this decision for you and you have to understand what you are getting into before even getting into bitcoin. Over the years, Bitcoin have had its good and bad times, so it takes a lot of patience to get the best from it which does not mean it has no future, because we won't all be here if we do not believe in bitcoin changing the way we spend.

Although, knowing this is all your savings and even though it may seem small for some, it is big in your own eyes. My advice is to do what you are sure you are going to be comfortable with at the end considering all the risk involved.
9184  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Amazon accepting Bitcoin - What can go wrong? on: November 27, 2017, 07:16:48 AM
13 hours for a single transaction is such a mess. Imagine waiting for 13 hours and declined, its such an inconvinent. But to hear that amazon accepts BTC is a great news. Maybe they work on improvements now. Lets just wait for the result. For now, lets appreciate the changes happening to amazon.
We cannot expect things to remain the way they have always been. Definitely, one can understand that the scaling issue has been dragging for a while but that does not mean it won't be solved. If Amazon decides to accept bitcoin, obviously, it is not like everyone is going to start making use of it immediately.

Purse has somehow integrated Purchase of Amazon items with Bitcoin for a while now and it has been going smoothly even though directly on Amazon will mean on a large scale but if we do not start something, we may just end up being in our comfort zone.
9185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Going all day investing in altcoin on: November 26, 2017, 11:21:44 AM
I have invested a lot in deep and going all day investing in altcoin i want to know that  i am doing wrong or right
Will ever alt will back in future or just down down
You better watch out because you may be going on the long ride of losing your funds. Most alts have been pumped now and if bitcoin starts another bull run which I am suspecting, then you will end up doing yourself more harm than good. The time you could have unvested when they were all in their dips have passed.

After all these, some are a bit down now though, so you may get lucky, but I hope you really looked at the charts and did not just invest blindly.
9186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When BTC crashes, which Alt will hold its fiat value? on: November 26, 2017, 10:20:49 AM
A lot of people told you to move your funds to Tether when bitcoin tends to go down, but this is a horrible advice because this token is having a lot of issues at the moment, it is very risky to have your funds in this one because you can lose it all.
They are having a lot of issues because it seems that most of the tethers that are in circulation are from Bitfinex, and they have been stoling some of those coins and now they have a really big issue (i mean, the project)
There is no altcoin that can be the same as the US dollar, it was a nice idea, but it has not been well developed at all.
Well, he did not really ask where he should move his coin to when bitcoin crashes, he asked the Alt that holds it fiat value when such scenario occurs and he was given the answer. Apparently, if not because of the crisis going on with USDT, it would have actually been the perfect choice, but for now, I would rather stay away and convert directly to fiat than USDT.

None. The markets are all prices relative to the price of btc. Until there are more fiat options to buy alts, it going to remain that way.
Wrong! Some altcoins are controlled such as Tether which has the same value as USD value. It is not affected by the value of BTC in anyway so it is still going to retain its fiat value. However, for most of the coins, we already know what usually happens to them whenever king bitcoin coughs. I may want to be careful with tether these days if you are looking forward to where to put your assets though as the news isn't good so far.
9187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins will rise in some hours after Fork? BCD FORK on: November 26, 2017, 08:47:42 AM
I can not - for the life of me figure out what this new fork does better than the altcoins out there.
It does nothing better. In fact, it does nothing at all.
As far as I am concerned, some bunch of (whatever name you want to fill in here) are just busy trying to use the fork to increase what they have in their wallets.

It is just nonsense and it is high time we started throwing away this idea of forks back into their faces like the shit they are. They can keep and hold the forked coin for all I care, as it is not just a shitcoin but a scam coin to me.
9188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves hold for longterm Good or Not? on: November 26, 2017, 08:10:36 AM
In think now is good time to invest in Waves some part of your money. In next year WAves have to grow up
Very likely given the smart contracts in Q1 and the new wallet and exchange in the next weeks/months.
This would really give waves some pretty big push upward. I am really very hopeful that Waves is a very good coin to hold right now as it is still very much in its low value and in the long run will really give a lot of profit to those who believed in it right from the onset. I so much believe in this project delivering much and for long term, I would gladly say, Yes!
9189  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Tips for Beginners on: November 25, 2017, 04:54:52 AM
For begginers its really hard. it takes maney pursuit, and experience,
I think begginer can start his trading with small amount and research every coins what is the best coin for trading.
its my opinion.
Nothing comes easy and most especially for beginners, they still have a lot of work to do, before they decide to enter the world of trading in the first place. The first being learning can really be of help in allowing them to get started pretty fast while reducing the chances of making wrong decisions and like you said, over time, starting with smaller amounts, they get better with experience.

You should study the fundamental and technical analysis of trading. Read news, updates and background of the coins you want to trade with. And lastly, stay away form HYIP and Referal schemes because they are all scams.
Asides being a very good trader with the ability to do some good analysis, news, most especially in the crypto world are very necessary as they can help make some pretty good decisions faster. It has helped me over the years and where I learnt my lesson was when I bought into a coin that was being delisted on one exchange and that made me to stop buying any altcoin anyhow without being sure from the news that is Okay to go ahead.
9190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to overcome the fear of holding? on: November 25, 2017, 04:24:51 AM
The easist way to overcome the fear of holding is buy a coin and do not check it's price till the moment you want to sell it.
Holding sure have two different aspects to it. While some do the HODL thing, some do the long term holding for profit trading. In the case of the OP, I am sure it is the latter. One thing is that you can never be sure where to sell, but as long as you are making profit, then you do not have to be too greedy.

Unless you are monitoring the charts to be sure it is the best time to drop, then setting a sell order and looking away is the best even if the value goes further because one point in time, it will still come down lower for you to buy for more profit.
9191  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cheap electricity for mining Bitcoin on: November 24, 2017, 06:59:06 PM
why not just set your own miners?
we need cheap electricity, or we need solar panel for using mining for bitcoin. for the future.
Can anybody prove about solar panels? I mean, show any calculation or business plan?
No one can really give you all that as feasibility studies will also end up different for every environment or location most especially in setting up. However, in places where there is low cost of electricity, I do not see why this is even needed in the first place when setting up a solar itself is not really that cheap and you have to consider maintenance of the solar panels themselves once in a while.

It would require a very sunny area to get the best from these areas and I am sure you already know what that means as you will need to spend money on cooling systems.
9192  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trade on: November 24, 2017, 03:55:25 PM
Yes, I Totally agree with thecoinfinder! There is no official rate of Bitcoin in the trade market.
Bitcoin is not a controlled market and obviously we should not expect any official rate. All the above, we have to understand that there are some factors in some of the local exchanges that have made it as such which is what we have in the situation of Zimbabwe and I have tried the arbitrage idea here, but it is not possible as international transactions are prohibited and hence created a high demand for bitcoin.

However, in every other exchange, there is just a little difference most times and unless you are very fast about it, you may end up losing if you want to go the arbitrage way.
9193  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What if everyone withdrew their coin in fiat? on: November 24, 2017, 03:12:10 PM
Yes it's pretty obvious that if everyone dumps(sell) their bitcoins and no one wants to buy it,the coin will crash. The crypto world runs on the rule of demand and supply. For a crypto to survive there should be both demand and supply. But in case of bitcoins there is no chance of it falling there is enough demand for bitcoins and people have started accepting bitcoins. So there is very bleak chances of bitcoins crashing as it's alternate name says it all "The Father of Cryptocurrenies".
The chances are absolutely bleak and there is no point of thinking of something that the likelihood of it happening is very close to zero. Just as you have said, demand and supply is what keeps bitcoin rolling and if supply is less than demand, then the value will drop. However, as long as we have people willing to buy the coin, it will always have a value.

Bitcoin is useful, not just as an asset but for so many things and having a scenario like that playing out to make bitcoin totally worthless, is something I doubt will happen unless there is just no one willing to buy any of it.
9194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs are a legit or Scam? on: November 24, 2017, 12:22:34 PM
You cant say in general if an ICO ist Scam or legit. They are so many really good working ICO's. Also somany good Icos with good project and devs who die after some months because nobody is interested in. But in this case too you cant say it was a scam. They are probable some ICOs who collect money, and then the Devs hew of with the money.
There are lots of ICOs and while some have a good project backing it up with a working product, some don't. So, we cannot say all ICOs are scam or they are all legit. They are just a lot of them and while some are poisonous, some aren't so it is in every investor's hand to research on the ICO they are investing so they do not get scammed.

A lot of ICO are like statups. 99% fail. Startup aren't scams. Just over ambitious. And a lot of these ICOs are victims of their own success. Markets over valued them so now they have no where to go but down.
That is just one thing about ICOs and we cannot really say which will end up failing or not. However, some are really not ready to succeed in the first place as the devs absolutely had the mind of coming into the market to scam investors which is why every investor should always stay careful so they do not get robbed of their assets.
9195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Altcoin on: November 24, 2017, 11:07:30 AM
In my opinion, investing in bitcoin have a big possibility to bring good profits in the near future. I think, despite fluctuations, it seems like it will continue to rise.
The possibilities are huge and while with bitcoin, you cannot really miss those good profits. Most altcoins only get pumped and do not really get sustained as the fall back within few days and take a longer time to get back on track which is one thing we may not really see much in bitcoin and even if bitcoin is going down, alts are falling badly for it and the same thing happens when bitcoin is going back up. The only time we get to see alt doing well is when bitcoin gets stable for a while.
9196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: return as soon as possible and win back your losses . on: November 24, 2017, 07:32:04 AM
We all can lose in gambling  and lose our money but shall we stop or try to win back what we lost ?

That’s the motto of a person who dorsnt take no for an answer and more often than not leads him to losing more money in the first place. You would have to take a knee sometimes and let things go because that would kean a fight in another day not carelessly betting money

Looks like he's someone who don't want to give up on gambling and want to lose more of his money. I know that it hard for someone to just quit gambling after he lost some big amount or even small amount in gambling, we didn't expect that because all we know is that we are going to win, but the sad truth disappoints us. It is important to realize that gambling is not worth to do, I mean getting back on it just to win back all of our loses is just a suicide.
And funny enough, that is how addiction starts. It is a gradual process and it has a way of trying to play with our thoughts, principles, emotions and decision making until we find ourselves totally unable to control those impulse.

Most gambling addicts today if you hear their stories will tell you it all started from trying to recover their losses until they have still not stopped trying to do so till date. Gambling should be considered as a form of entertainment and anyone who cannot see it like that should better just stay away.
9197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you learn from your gambling mistakes? on: November 24, 2017, 06:47:16 AM
Many gamblers know that they can't win money from gambling but they keep on gamble again and again but not with a small amount. Some people even borrow money from others to gamble. That means they never learn from their past gambling mistakes.

Are you doing this kind of gambling mistake?
I learn in gambling that don't be greedy to much know your limit and not everyday you have the luck to win a lot of money. So it's better just to play for entertainment not to play for to earn a lot of money in gambling because no one have become rich in gambling only the dealer and the owner of the casino are the one's who became rich.
That is one great thing to learn in gambling which always help for someone to learn before even gambling. I really hope some wannabe gamblers will be reading this thread now anyway.

If anyone wants to make huge cash on gambling, then it is best they find how to open their own casinos, because being the house is the only way you can be making a whole lot of money. We should just see ourselves as set of people paying these guys to have fun and get our body system hot.
9198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambler destroyed on: November 24, 2017, 06:19:47 AM
Sometimes will work but it will not last in the long run, you need to be consistent if you want to win in gambling and that is a hard thing to achieve actually.  If you play for fun then for sure you will get entertain when you are lucky and you will never get disappointed when you lose because you know you will lose. Therefore everyone should understand that our chance to win in gambling is very low compared to the house, and that is the main reason why they are still here while some gamblers have ruin their lives because of their lack of discipline.
That is one huge point you dropped bro!
Except for consistency though which no one would really want to be consistently losing all the time. You said it all anyway, as long as everyone gambling tend to see gambling as fun, it makes them feel relaxed even when they lose and does not make them over bet more than they plan to while betting only what they can afford to lose.

If luck plays out fine, good, and if it does not, fine. The most important thing is to have the mindset that you can lose all while hoping for winnings. How I see it is that, I am paying for a game to have fun and I can win a whole lot in the process.
9199  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Turning crypto into fiat or is that even nessesary anymore! on: November 23, 2017, 06:53:05 PM
I think it's still needed cause there are very few place that everyone can use Bitcoin directly for payment cause Bitcoin is not legalized worldwide so for almost people all over the world they still need to exchange Bitcoin into fiat if they want to use it to buy anything or pay for bill.
It is obviously still needed and until we start seeing real life usage where we can easily make payments at any store without having to convert to fiat, then we might just still have to stay glued on making use of the exchanges to convert to fiat. Sure, a time will come when a lot of things will change most especially with the ways we make use of bitcoin but I would not really want to bother myself much on that so far until when those times come.
9200  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 1 Year in Cryptocurrency still no luck earning bitcoin. Need some real advice. on: November 23, 2017, 06:33:41 PM
Need some expert or real advice on how I can earn bitcoin. thanks

Sir I think you don't need any advice from real experts here in this forum, what you really need is time and effort. take time to read threads regarding to your questions, and do some effort of involving yourself to any helpful discussion, It is possible to earn bitcoin even thou you are a newbie. So many ways to Earn Bitcoin. Trading, investing, Mining. All you have to do is take action into it and don't make yourself in Hurry.

Bitcoin is not Free You have to work for it.
Exactly. It is not about luck. No one earn bitcoin by luck, unless maybe someone that played lottery and ended up winning a lump sum of money which if care is not taken, can even vamoose within few days without plans. Knowledge is important and finding the areas where one can best fit in to earn or invest is also important. I have heard on this forum where some people end up clicking on faucets and then trying what they earned on faucets to gamble. That usually makes me laugh!

im new in here too, from i created this account until now i never get some bitcoin, but i want to try it until i get the good result, its mean that try our best and give all the effort to good a big result, my friend is the member of this forum too, but he get big income monthly from this forum and bitcoin investment and trading, so i want to try like him try to earn bitcoin from this forum, and trading
The problem with most people is that they are not willing to give their time and effort into things and they feel they will just sit in one place doing nothing and life will just come and give to them what they need. If that is the way life works, no one will ever be doing any work at all. The more you work hard and smart, the better you get to the top of the success ladder. No two ways about it.
