Much safer than creditcards, easy to settup, easy to use, harder to steal, stores will like it because transactions are irreversible
How safer? If a creditcard is compromised, you might get a refund. I believe people think creditcards are easier to use. I know stores will like it, but what about the benefits for the consumer? Might be harder to steal yes, but depends.

I came to figure out, why would a consumer/customer use Bitcoins? You have to pay the 3 cent fee, while you dont have to pay anything when paying with a credit card.
So what is really a benefit for using Bitcoins, customer wise?

I think that that spike will be the biggest price in 2015. It will probably not raise so high anymore, this year.

No way, it will be like it was when sitting at 230$. Sitting, then suddenly the price raises. It is mainly due to increased trade volume. So now again, if 400% more trades & exchanges will happen the price will start fluctuating.

Yes. If you wanted to effectively use it, you would have to rely on 0 transactions. Otherwise the time is too long,.

Recently I came across Double My BTC (no affiliation) which claims on their homepage to double your bitcoin within 72 hours. A friend of mime tried their service some time ago and deposited 0.0025 BTC and got back 0.005 BTC. However I would advise extreme caution and a lot of thinking if or when you decide to send a much larger bitcoin amount as ponzis are known to not pay back after doing so. As for DoubleMyBTC, I wouldnt know but they look a lot better than all the others out there that claim similar things. For example: multiply-bitcoins.pw claims if you send them 1 BTC they will send you 100 BTC in 10-12 hours which is just freakin rediculous and you should kill yourself if you are stupid enough to fall for something like that! So there seems to be maybe some good ones and then ones that are just plain evil scams, just need to filter them out or try them out. Anyway hope this helps, and good luck! These sites are not an investment. They only mean to take your money to pay off others who are new to their program. Don't fall for there promises for quick coins, there isn't any. Hey man as long as they double my coins and send me back double what I invested then I don't really care what they do or how they do it know what I'm sayin bro? Just make sure to stop before they stop paying.

Very nice to use Bitcoin like that. But how do they make money with this?

True, the only way to get a decent ammount of BTC by faucets, is by having referrals there.
Usually many bitcoiners here do see faucet earning as time consuming - less rewarding - work needed(not automated like mining). Fortunately we can make faucet earning into a ultimate way of bitcoin earning by having huge number of referrals under us. If we have more referrals in a faucet, then we can enjoy automated earning which would be multiple of usual faucet claim. But the catch is how you advertise your referral link to make it popular to have more referrals under you. It again goes to SEO techniques. Usually people think for earning bitcoin by solving captcha than convincing a friend to join a faucet using his referral link. Advertising your refeeral link must be a one time work which is more similar to mining set up. Once you got your friend signed up using your referral link, then whenever he makes a faucet claim you will earn some Satoshi in an automated way. Today I learned new view on faucet earning. I will go for it. Yeah, but in order to get pennies, you will need A LOT of referrals on faucet sites.

for the few places that do accept bitcoin, do you currently spend the coins you hold at any of them?I know places like www.takeaway.com accept bitcoin and i even heard CEX.co.uk accept bitcoin in stores now too, but does anyone spend the bitcoins they have or do most just onto hold them? (Or gamble them lol) I wonder if there will ever be any retailers that only accept bitcoin. Yep I actively spend my bitcoin, usually I cash it out then buy stuffs in real life and sometimes I use it to buy mobile load via coins.ph. I also do hold some but not as much as I spend. Nice, so do you get your paycheck (inocome) via bitcoin and then exchange it?

Of course, there would be interest (locally since you would sell Cupcakes), but consider accepting also other types of payment, becouse you will not get many Bitcoin payments yet.

I believe it is not so anonymous. I mean, cash is also anonymous, so i dont feel the negative reputation (at least your point-wise) would affect it.

Not really no. I just invest in them currently.

The only way to make profit with faucets is by making a faucet website . Other than that, try doing any other types of things that you get paid for and exchange it for BTC.

It is an okay way to earn some more money with your website/videos/games. I think it is good. We should see a Bitcoin-paying alternative though.
