Unless you have at least some proof to back this up, making such allegations in this thread is wrongful. A post without proof is worthless to me.

I don't know what to make out of this yet. This is one of the reasons for which I avoided registering to that website.

I can say for sure they were different people (I have shipped items to both of them opposite ends of the planet). I have no way of knowing if marco sold his account or vice versa, but I really doubt QS would ever sell his account.
I'd rather suspect marco being sold to QS, than it being the other way around. You never know with these types of things though.

9208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transactions - Slow OR Fast on: January 09, 2017, 11:32:14 AM
Yeah with a lot of transaction going on it cannot be handled. Same with computers which if you happened so many application it slows down.
Analogy is flawed, stop posting nonsense.

Are those who confirm this transactions can be enlarged? It is the miners right?
Read this: English Grammar for Dummies.

That being said, Bitcoin is not the ultimate currency tool that you can use for your daily shopping needs. Just keep using fiat as that offers a far better/faster payment experience. Bitcoin usage nowadays has to come from people looking to use Bitcoin as store of value, or as an investment tool.
I disagree unless you're talking about 'fiat' as in cash only. Compare the speed of SEPA transactions, international bank transfers (et. al.) to Bitcoin transfers, and you will see how superior it truly is.

Just to update you guys, after five hours, I now see one confirmation in my tx...It's too long, I think there is something that makes the confirmation too long, maybe there's really so many transactions, I don't know, I am not sure since I am not expert at this but,  is this a sign that we need a much bigger transaction fee so it will be confirmed fast?
It's quite simple: Your included fee rate in satoshis/byte is under the recommended. You can see the required information here. You don't need to be any kind of tech expert, you just need to use your brain (that is for those that have one).

9209  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Post your SegWit questions here - open discussion - big week for Bitcoin! on: January 09, 2017, 11:15:15 AM
Right, but there's no way to tell what their reasoning is for using 13.1, Segwit support is not the only change introduced in 13.1.
I'm pretty sure that the majority jumped onto 0.13.1 due to Segwit. The other changes that it brings are minimal, thus upgrading was not really important.

Also, some people upgrade software with zero knowledge of what the fixes or new features are, they do it out of a vague sort of "keeping up" mentality.
Indeed. The other group of people are those that are failing to upgrade despite of the massive improvements in the later versions (e.g. people running 0.12.1 or lower).

Does anyone have any good data on why the numbers are where they are? Must confess I expected it to be much higher by now, but I don't have a good understanding of how difficult it is for a large mining operation to implement an upgrade like this.
There is no proper way to know that for sure. The changes that Segwit brings are huge, thus should be appropriately tested (by them) before being deployed.
9210  Other / New forum software / Re: bitcointalk migration? on: January 09, 2017, 11:00:21 AM
So when do expect migration being done?
There is no fixed or even an estimated date that I'm aware of. The answer is simply: very soon. You will be notified in time, so don't worry about it.

9214  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Interest Check] Blockchain at Berkeley Coin on: January 08, 2017, 11:14:53 PM
Thank you! This is just an interest check thread. Once I get official quotes from a mint (I'm researching silver mints now) and begin production I will create a fair way to decide who gets what #'s if multiple people want the same coin.
I believe that one of the fairest methods for distributing the lowest numbers are auctions as opposed to 'first-come-first-serve' (which is basically luck, unless one knows when the reservations will begin / thread will be made).

If anyone has any info on a reputable silver mint please PM their info. I am looking for one that does quality work.
Just please make sure to properly plan this out (e.g. generic vs. custom hologram), so we don't end up with yet another coin with an absurd 5-10x premium on spot silver.

9216  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Interest Check] Blockchain at Berkeley Coin on: January 08, 2017, 10:54:23 PM
I like the design. You should put the lowest numbers on auction and let the market decide the price for those.

Preference: .999 silver.
