Site is normal for me, in fact feels slightly faster than before. I'm on VPN so I generally have a hard time connecting to most places!
I'm just curious, why are you using VPN? is gambling illegal on your country?
But oh wow, 6 BTC in 1 dice throw. Even with super low prices that's 21k USD. The equivalent of 100 months salary min wage in my country! Tell me a normal casino that let's you win that amount in 1 second, lets you prove it's a fair bet, and doesn't give you problems withdrawing! WTG Bitdice!
Big money, I wish to win that in gambling only lucky people does and I think I'm not due for it yet.
Just curious again, 21k usd for 6 months salary, that's pretty cheap to work in your country, I don't think I can live with that monthly salary with my big family. It's a life changing win if people are satisfied with $200 monthly salary, but it still depends on how they are going to manage their winning.

Two main reasons. First, I work very long hours in my office, and my company allows us to rest or even stay in the building after our hours or in between. They even let us use internet on certain computers for leisure, but everything is connected through their own VPNs. I don't understand exactly why, but this way they can purge our computers or whatever, I'm not sure of the technical details. They also allow us to access some sites freely we can't do on normal ISP. Secondly, my mobile provider is very restrictive so even on my phone I use VPN (but my own download apps).

You made a mistake. 21k USD is 100 months salary in my country, not 6 months:) Min wage here is about $200 a month, but if you have a degree, you can earn at least $500. And most people get cheated to work for less because the laws here are not strong. In nearby countries, people earn even $30 a month.

So you can understand, even for some people if they have free internet they don't mind on the phone to collect free BTC every hour.

It's pretty scary for me, for a really really big coin or project, to discover such a huge flaw in their code only 1 and a half days before a hard fork. And only the devs realized this, not others. That's scary for me. And what's more this hard fork has to happen every now and then, so what if, what if there are new flaws discovered later on?

Ether won't die and eventually will recover and maybe even rise, but its growth will be severely affected if this always continues.
9243  Economy / Gambling / Re: F2M – 4 Ways To Moon With Fomo2Moon 2019 on: January 17, 2019, 12:35:20 PM
Another Fomo3D game? What's the difference with this one? Should realize by now, these games are no longer popular. A couple of big whales, maybe 3 of them, they all won their big jackpots, and now have left the game. I actually was dumb enough to try 1 of the clones, went in really early, small amount, tried to earn dividends. Probably was one of the first few too, and still didn't even make back 50% of what I put it.

Much prefer to gamble provably fair where I don't have to fight whales.

Can't you allow people to sign up just with an email? The last thing I want on my FB and/or Twitter is more spam. Which is sort of why I stopped using them for crypto in fact, I just got spammed so much right after using them for crypto-related purposes.

By the way, does this user (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2438335) have anything to do with site? Why not make an official thread first?
9245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will STO's Work? on: January 17, 2019, 09:22:03 AM
Honestly, the way I see it, I don't see a single difference between STO and ICO, except that STO is legal, and you can do it without any worry of getting sued for something down the line, etc.

But does it make it less risky as an investment? Nope. Will it reduce the amount of garbage tokens? Not at all. Any token can hire legal people and work out stuff so that their STOs are okay for regulators. But STO doesn't magically make a project good, doesn't magically build a community and all that. I'm not convinced at all, to be honest.
9246  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: January 17, 2019, 09:01:22 AM
The number one spot is taken with 138 bitcoins wagered. To give you an idea of how much that is, 138 bitcoins totals to 500 thousand dollars. Someone wagered about 500 thousand dollars in gambling in order to reach the number one spot that will be getting 10 thousand dollars in rewards.

I am not saying anyone who gambles 500 thousand dollars loses money, after all the house edge is small and you can even be lucky and even won money during that much gambling and maybe that person will get 10 thousand dollars on top of the money they already made but risking 500 thousand dollars to make 10 thousand dollars sounds crazy. That person and all the following people there with 125 and so forth must be really into gambling.

I have not gambled anything more than 0.05 so far so it sounds so crazy to think about how much I would have to bet my max comfortable amount to actually reach to point they are right now. I applaud them for their courage and hope they will tie the house edge with this promotion at least and make profits.

That's one massive whale. Imagine how much funds he/ she has to actually manipulate the prices of BTC.

He has WAGERED half a million dollars, doesn't mean he owns it. Even if you owned 138 BTC you can't manipulate anything, not even on 1 exchange much less global BTC price!

Judging from my own very small balance and wagering, I generally manage to wager around 30x my deposit minimum before busting, and that's without a conservative strategy. Conservative should be close to 90x so maybe he has 50k worth of BTC. Anyway, if the guy is smart, he is wagering conservatively and taking advantage of RP bonus plus Wager bonus to reduce his 5% house edge to about 4%. I suppose he will maximize his free rolls too, so maybe that even goes to 3.5% With the prize of 10k, that's 1.5% house edge. With lotteries, that's back to 1%, maybe even lower and close to 0.

I have a question here. I'm looking up myself CBE, but there appears to be many different institutions offering the same thing. Some as cheap as $99 others are even more expensive. How do I know which ones are the best or even how do I know which one I should take?

These exam questions, are they all from the same provider of CBE? Like do they all give you the same questions? How does that work?

So the smallest winning chance is 1% ? Can we get lower ? 0.01% for example ?

Also I really appreciate if you can make "stop auto bet when loss or profit" feature in the future

Agree here 100%. We all know the standard house edge is 1% for crypto dice. Of course, there are also sites that have lower, in the past but they didn't last long or didn't succeed.

Personally, I have even played at 5% dice sites and they are still popular because they do other things that make the site attractive (talking about freebitco.in where it is 5% house edge and I still play because of rewards points and wager bonuses, and the chance to win big).

I hate Liverpool & City, can’t anybody save us from the choice of these two winning the title?

Grin Grin

Seriously both are very, very good teams. I can’t call it at the moment. It’s too close & I think it will go to the last couple of games. Neither of them drop many points, the pace they set is relentless hence why nobody else can keep up.

I hate City, but not so much because they are evil, just that they win too easily, and teams give up when playing them. I don't hate Liverpool though, they have always had players I liked even though I don't support them.

I don't mind Arsenal winning, ever, or even Spurs, but they keep not winning and now missing Kane and Son, I don't think they can survive January. I don't mind Chelsea now, but they were always easy to hate. United also, always easy to hate, they had good players but always have terrible characters at the club. And keep attracting characters I don't like like Sanchez.

What's interesting about Liverpool and City this season is they are both not perfect, so yes, very close season.

Just over 3 hours left to this, I can see exactly 100 entrants from where I can count (97 listed plus 3 not yet in the list). Didn't realize you had such a popular game, mister micgoosen! And a lot of legendary members with lots of merit, so I guess we can say this is a list full of bitcointalk elites. Are you secretly trying to form an exclusive club here? Wink

It's happened to me already, not even at this site but at a 1% house edge site, and I didn't even reach 1 million bets haha. Just goes to show what variance can do to kill you. And 18.8 mil bets? that's like betting 1 satoshi and after losing 26 bets you can lose about 0.38 BTC. Lots of people I'm sure have lost that amount just doing 1 satoshi martingale.

Anyway, my stats at Freebitco.in aren't good. Busted 0.02 deposit, after fewer than 1 million bets. Took a lot of rewards from the x5 promos, and managed to unlock bonuses, and had a lot of fun, so no big deal.

This is basically no problem as proof if someone can tell me how to search faster in my story than to scroll back. It was already in November !!
It was a normal setting with 1 Satoshi at 47.5%
Sorry if it's badly translated, but I can only speak german.

Actually, that's a really good question. I have of course always examined everytime I went bust, and checked my losing streaks but all of them have always been provably fair and verified, I have no issues. Maybe TheQuin can provide some assistance on how to check stats history from a particular month. No site offers this, to my knowledge. You have to remember your bet ID maybe.

Also, that's my setting. And I promise you I've hit streaks from 1 satoshi to over 1 million satoshi, and very quick to reach. Just leave it on auto for 999999 bets, you'll hit it before the auto ends. If you don't, you're lucky. That's statistics, you can't beat it!
9253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Selling Twitter Account with Huge Followers on: January 16, 2019, 08:07:01 AM
49k followers for $80 ? I think that is too high, one of my friend offering me with lower price than you. am personally quite enough with Twitter. My account is always got suspend when every time I used for bounty or airdrop task 😊 but, nice try and good luck dude

Well, this makes you no better than any of the guys trying to do the same. I gave up my social media accounts too, mainly because of all the spam I'd get from people, even if I didn't follow anyone, I'd get bots following me and liking my stuff and commenting spam, I'd sometimes also get tricked and follow and then boom I get spam attacks.

I do feel there is a need for some marketing in crypto, even projects I've followed since the beginning do good marketing and that's important to get the word out there. But when we see things like 50k followers for 80 dollars, then we have to wonder what's the point?
9254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: the Cryptopia-apocalypse FUND on: January 15, 2019, 04:20:27 PM
Wait, so this exchange was already hacked before? I was wondering what happened in the past few months they started delisting a lot of coins. I even was surprised to have some, but all worth like a few satoshis at most. Is that why all the altscoins I had there were removed and delisted? Did the people somehow know the hack was coming? Seems a bit like a coincidence because today was the deadline to remove those alts.

[26 flips all being the same result is 1 in 67 million possible event.    Math major tells me, the correct equation for a consecutive occurrence is = 1/0.475^26 ~254 million]
This is for all 26 flips to be a winning outcome. For losing outcomes I think it should be 0.525.

That's right, and therefore the odds of losing 26 bets in a row at 47.50% win chance would be once every 18,873,746 bets. Still a big number, but not as big as 254 million.

Playing years on various dice sites, I personally never had that experience, nor I've seen that anyone else had. So it would be interesting if maestro0_5 could provide us with a screenshot. I'm inclined to think that he was betting with 20% win chance or something like that.

OK interesting website one hash, is it all the same as cyberdice?

I like the sports betting there, but you have to deposit and they pay you back instantly on the same address or how? Like the idea but sounds like a lot of unnecessary inputs if you ask me and fees. Prefer deposit and play with account balance.

I'll check out dice in a few weeks.

Hello, looks like I am not late to this game. I must give a confession that I have no idea how I missed all the other games. Free money? And no risk? What can I say?

Since this is a tug of war, and there are so many bulls, let me be a bit less optimistic than most and add my price prediction of $5,530. This is based on personal thoughts that Bitcoin will go down some more, until February. and then spike spike spike, to 5500. Who knows after that?

No KYC? That's good. If this is the starting standard, then everyone will love you guys.

I have just t 3 questions for you guys, to show you are a platform serious about being one of the big players.

1: Do you have proof of funds for your competition? That's a lot of money, be nice to show us you actually have it. In fact, why not choose a forum escrow for just 1% of that? Better still give 1% of that for a signature campaign, more new members, more exposure.
2: Do you have enough staff to provide customer support to get all those thousands of new members?
3: Do you allow fiat withdrawal?
9259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 14, 2019, 08:09:55 AM
First match, Arsenal. Feels like forever since we played but it's only because of all the transfer news. Arsenal will surely want to win this to keep the chase up for Champions League, and Chelsea as well will want to do the same. Can Liverpool win with all the pressure on them? They know they must bounce back from 2 consecutive losses but it was to City plus a Wolves team facing boys. So they should comfortably get 3 points.

I hope Arsenal can make the most out of this game but they are playing away from home and despite Westham's poor run this term i don't thuink Arsenal will get the three points on a Silva-plata and must work hard for it. As for Liverpool i don't see why they shouldn't bounce back from their two consecutive defeats since Brighton doesn't pose much threat even when they are playing at home and i expect Liverpool to take advantage to get back to winning ways this today.

So far so bad for the top 5... Arsenal lost, Chelsea almost couldn't win, Liverpool could only win from a penalty, and Spurs lost to #6. Looks like this is going to be an exciting season after all. Now to complete the weekend of surprises we should see Wolves win away at Manchester City. Doesn't look like it will happen though. They just won 9-0 so will be so full of confidence against probably the best team outside of top 6 today.

Do you have the statistics to share about the percentage of click-throughs for links that you share? Not so much interested in impressions for me, as much as click-throughs. And of course, if you have CT to sales conversion, even better?

I see the majority of followers rank 0.1 on quality, nobody even is above 0.7. That's a concern for me and makes $80 expensive.
