9281  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When and where next? on: June 03, 2016, 09:57:01 AM
Well.. A little time has passed and with the time passing we know another attack will happen at some point again.

This is the current stats:

2010, Stockholm, Sweden: 1 Islamist blew himself up. 1 dead 2 injured.
2011, Frankfurt, Germany: 1 Islamist shot at people. 2 Dead 2 injured.
2011, Liege, Belgium: Muslim man fires a FN FAL Military grade rifle at random people in a square park. 7 dead 125 injured.
2012, Montauban, France: Islamist shoots at people. 2 dead, 1 injured.
2012, Toulouse, France: Same islamist ^ shoots people. 4 dead 1 injured.
2012, Burgas, Bulgaria: Suicide bomber. 7 dead 30 injured.
2014, Brussels, Belgium: Islamist shot at people. 4 dead 0 injured.
2015, Paris, France: Islamist shot people. 20 Dead 22 injured.
2015, Copenhagen, Denmark: Islamist opens fire. 2 civilians dead 5 agents injured.
2015, Paris, France: ISIS attack Bataclan and cafés. 137 Dead 368 injured.
2015, London, England: Islamist stabs random people. 3 injured.
2016, Brussels. Belgium: Suicide bombers. 35 Dead 330 injured.

There is a reason the hate of islam is on the rise, and its a damn good one.

What will happen next time?
In Belgium - Anti Radiation pills have been given to its citizens. WTF..

It's tragic list really but nobody can predict when and where next terrorist attack will happen.
We only know one thing for sure, that next attack is inevitable and that our security forces should do their best to prevent it.
Only long term solution to this problem is to help local governments in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Syria etc. to slowly build more democratic societies, with more freedom but also help them economically.
Poverty, war and religious radicalism are main fuel for terrorism.
9282  Other / Politics & Society / Re: German Vote on Armenian Genocide Riles Tempers, and Turkey on: June 03, 2016, 09:42:37 AM
Finally, a step in the right direction from Merkel. If the massacre of 1.5 million people (at that time 60% of the Armenian population) doesn't qualify as a genocide, the we need to redefine the meaning of that term. They should also recognize the other genocides perpetrated by the Turks, such as the Assyrian genocide and the Greek genocide. And also the Kurdish genocide, which is currently ongoing with the silent American backing.

I can partly agree with you that is important to talk about such sensitive and sad events from the past but parliament is not the right place to decide if something was genocide or not.
Only international court in Hague can make such verdict.
I'm surprise that parliament of one country proclaim something like this without verdict from the court.
It's obvious political game because of crisis with immigrants from Turkey.
If they was serious to find out truth, they could do two things.
Start legal process in International court and initiate international history committee with goal to find real historical facts about this tragedy and divide truth from myths.

9283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What percentage of assets should be in Bitcoin? on: June 03, 2016, 09:31:58 AM
What is a safe percentage to invest into Bitcoin? How much of your net worth is currently in Bitcoin?

We can't give you such suggestion here because we don't know your personal situation, your income, investment experience, how much you are willing to risk etc.
We can only share our own experiences and nothing else.
I personally prefer to invest here only money earned from other online business opportunities and keep this funds in online wallets.
Right now, I investing about 30 % of funds I earned on Internet here and rest of funds I investing in other places.

9284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: some say bitcoin only until 2030? on: June 03, 2016, 09:24:51 AM
Well, it's impossible to predict distant future.
World today is changing very fast and who can know how world will look in 2030 or 2100?
It's possible that people will not use Internet anymore but some more advance technology.
Maybe all money in the world will be digital?
What can happen with Bitcoin in next 30 or 100 years?
Bitcoin can become mainstream or die and something else, more advance, replace BTC.
We will find out, I'm sure, when right time comes Smiley
9285  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why does Angela Merkel hate Germany so much ? on: June 02, 2016, 04:34:59 PM
I don't think so.
In fact, I think that Angela Merkel love her country a lot, but also Europe and whole world Smiley
You didn't give any facts or arguments for such claims.
Someone mention immigrants.
Well, she did something really brave and literally saved one million people.
I don't think that this is bad decision.
In the past Germany already received a lot Muslim immigrants from Turkey ans EX-Yugoslavia and based on this prospered economically.
She also took responsibility for crisis in Greece, financial crisis in whole Europe, for the negotiation with UK ...
So, don't blame her for doing something and taking responsibility, when all other politicians in europe was avoiding any responsibility and just waited for Germany to take lead and decide something.

Jesus. You have been brutally cucked, assuming you are not trolling Sad

Why are you supporting cultural genocide ?

Saving one million people from what ? Poverty ?

I just expressing my opinion here and I believe I have right to do this if I don't brake forum rules or attack other forum member.
She didn't save them only from poverty but from war and insecure future.
They got new chance in Germany to start life again.
I don't see anything wrong with that.
9286  Economy / Economics / Re: Is gold better than Bitcoin? on: June 02, 2016, 04:28:41 PM
1. a few mercants accept bitcoin? don t agree on that point... more and more...

i could buy my pizza with BTC... ( stupidity ok, but i could )

2. i can t buy anything with Gold too... but i can t buy my beer in a bar in btc... not with gold...

1. In my country this is reality.
2. Gold is not currency so of course you can't buy anything with gold.
Gold is not money but assets, very valuable assets, which you can very easily sell and receive money.

9287  Economy / Economics / Re: Is gold better than Bitcoin? on: June 02, 2016, 04:16:42 PM
Interesting question.
Behind Gold is very long trading tradition in many different cultures, different ages etc.
Usually, in the time of big, global, financial crisis, traders invest in gold in order not to loose value of their assets.
Bitcoin is very new product, not widely used, limited mostly to Internet and only a few merchants accepting Bitcoin.
Of course, we all hope that this will change but now reality is that gold is better.
9288  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safe wallet for a newbie on: June 02, 2016, 04:10:21 PM
I am reading the forum daily and am registered here a few days ago.
What do you people suggest for a safe wallet for a newbie, I am not that tech guy , just the average joe with computers.
I have read that Blockchain.info is one of the best wallets, but I have also read that there are a lot of other wallets that they call local wallets like Bitcoin core Multibit Electrum and Armory also phone wallets. Which is one you can sleep safe at night ?

For me personally Blockchain is still the best.
If you use 2 step authentication with then, have Antivirus program up to date on your computer and don't share your password you will be safe with them.
Of course, there is no such thing as ''absolute'' security on Internet but if you don't keep to much funds in one wallet youn will be ok.
Other idea is to keep Bitcoin offline.

9290  Other / Politics & Society / Re: should women be blamed for wearing daring dress thus reason they were raped on: June 01, 2016, 12:31:04 PM
Absolutely No.
I think that if some man feel that women are just sexual object, without brain or rights (and some man have such opinions) they will rape any woman they can find, doesn't matter if they are nice or ugly, have daring or normal dress etc.
Such behaviors  are criminal and this people should be arrested and persecuted, no exception!
If someone can't control his own sexual feelings, than he should be in prison or mental institution so that people, kids or woman, can be more safe.
9291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Really End World Poverty? on: June 01, 2016, 12:25:09 PM
I don't think so.
People who live in poverty don't have money, food and also electricity or Internet.
So, without such basic conditions, how Bitcoin can help them?
They can't even access or use Bitcoin.
Bitcoin can help only people which can use Internet, have basic understanding of English and basic education (thery must know how to read and how to write).
Such thinking is to idealistic.
Such tragic situation we can't overcome overnight, a lot work and effort is needed by individuals, NGO and world governments.
9292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of bitcoin on: June 01, 2016, 12:14:08 PM
agree with that, its too rude if think that paypal will disappear in future, paypal is good payment, and first digital payment in this world, and peoneer. even bitcoin better than paypal,it will not make paypal bankcrupt or lost their user and lover.
Paypal is shit.It was good when Elon Musk started it.Not like they're unbeatable,if everyone gets accustomed to bitcoins ,trust me they won't survive the revolution with their service charges as big as king kong's fingers.I'm just wishing for paypal to die and get completely replaced by the Crypto World.Doesn't matter if its bitcoin or ETH ,we need to boycott centralize organisations.
Long back itself, Paypal has started dying. Not just due to their higher fees, they are known for killing many business by freezing funds and accounts.
Recently come across a news about paypal is going to accept bitcoin as one of payment gateway. This may help for their survival, but not sure for how long.

I don't agree with you.
There is no evidence that Paypal is dying and still Paypal is mainstream, almost online standard for payments, widely used by millions of people.
Yes, they have very strict rules about customer protection, what is not bad policy at all.
In this way, many victims of online scams, HYIP programs etc. was able to gt their funds back.
Thanks to Paypal I also saved my money in this way.
With Bitcoin you don't have such protection.
If you are legitimate business, you don't need to worry.
Paypal will accept Bitcoin as payment gateway?
Don't see reason really why they should do this?
Help competition maybe? I don't think so.

Quote
“And I say it clearly that we will increase our posterity and reproduce generations. Population planning or birth control; no Muslim family can engage in such a mentality. We will follow the road that my God and dear Prophet [Muhammad] say,” Erdogan said.

I don't have any issues with the Turks breeding like rats. But they should be able to feed their own people, rather than dumping the excess population to the European Union.

It's always very bad idea when state try to enter bedroom and force people to have more children.
If I remember well, last who tried something like this in Europe was Hitler in Germany, before WW II. It didn't ended well.
People should have freedom to decide by themselves about such private matters.
It's very wrong to mix religion and state, it should be always separated.
In such way, people don't have freedom any more and woman becomes just ''birth machine''.
I hope people in Turkey will not accept it.
9294  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Mobile phones and cancer. on: May 31, 2016, 01:33:47 PM
OK let's be realistic here.
There is no proof that mobile phones causes cancer.
Yes, we have some speculations and theories  but not definitive evidence for it.
But, even if doctors prove it, I don't think anything will change.
We all know that smoking is very bad habit and we have proofs that smoking can cause cancer.
Still people smoke.
It's the same for GMO, air, water, pollution etc.
People with money and influence rule the world and we, average guys, don't have to much choices, isn't it?

9295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should there be public awareness campaigns to warn new users about Ponzi schemes on: May 31, 2016, 01:28:25 PM
Many beginners into the bitcoin world have probably "invested" in ponzi sites and lost some coins in the process.

How should veteran bitcoin users in the community do their part to alert beginners about ponzis?

This is very good idea but not realistic.
Beginners will always do things their own way, will not listen anybody and will make the same way as we did.
After that, they will become ''veterans'' and experienced users as we Smiley
young people don't have wisdom, patience and experience and wants to do everything in fast way, can't wait.
You can try to put some info in public forums and sizes but it's question if others will read and accept it.
It's always easier to believe in some crazy ponzi schemes and promises that to accept that there is no possible to get to rich over night without hard work and effort.
It's human nature, I guess.

9296  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: May 31, 2016, 01:21:01 PM
I would like to spend coins in real life but reality is very different in my country.
Very small number of people actually using bitcoin, and there is no offline shop where I can spend bitcoin.
I can spend my Bitcoin only online or keep in my wallet.
i hope this will change soon when we become mainstream.
9297  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Son of Hamas: Islam is the problem on: May 30, 2016, 07:34:35 AM
I have always said so, and I will keep on saying it: as long as Islam remains stuck in the middle ages (where it has been for the last 1000 years), the only way will be to force Islamists to give up terrorism, and to accept that they are NOT a superior race (or religion), and that they must be tolerant of others and accept the other's beliefs.

http://www.jpost.com/Annual-Conference/Son-of-Hamas-tells-JPost-conference-Islam-is-the-problem-454703

You can't generalize here and say that all Muslims are the same and have the same thinking.
For example, Muslims in Balkan, Turkey, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia, Albania, Croatia are very different than Muslims in Saudi Arabia.
Muslims in Balkan live peacefully and without any problem with their Christian neighbors for centuries.
So, it's the fact that Muslims and Christian can live together without any problem.
Unfortunately, Muslims in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Afghanistan etc. are brainwashed by their radical religious leaders and believe that they are superior religion and that they should fight Christianity and they see Christian people as enemy.
So, Islam is not problem here but interpretation of Islam by some Islam radicals.

9298  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Real Time Socialist Train Wreck (again) Happening Now in Venezuela on: May 30, 2016, 07:26:13 AM

No electricity, no antibiotics, no beds, no soap: A devastating look inside Venezuela's crisis-hit hospitals where 7 babies die a day, bleeding patients lie strewn on the floor, and doctors try to operate without tools

President Nicolas Maduro claims Venezuela has the best healthcare in the world after Cuba
But death rates are soaring and hospitals are filthy as supplies run low and electricity is shut off
The nation is in economic crisis after price of oil - their main monetary reserve - plummeted
Images taken by the New York Times show patients lying on the floor covered in blood and babies dying

The impact of Venezuela's economic collapse on its people is almost impossible to put into words.

But these images inside calamity-hit hospitals go some way to communicating the devastation.

Since oil prices plummeted, all aspects of everyday life - electricity, food, paper - have been rationed.

Critically, medical centers are in crisis.

Without soap, antibiotics, power, gloves and x-rays, surgeons are struggling to keep patients alive.

Pictures taken by New York Times photographer Meridith Kohut offer a glimpse inside some of the most notorious centers - while President Nicolas Maduro claims the socialist nation has the best healthcare in the world.

It's really shocking to see something like this in the modern age, in country so blessed and rich with their natural resources, specially oil.
It's really sad to see what happened to this country and its people because of their government and social utopia they proclaimed.
It seems such crazy ideas can live until all money run away.
After that everything collapse.
Venezuela don't have future if they don't get rid from current dictator Maduro.

9299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: May 30, 2016, 07:10:59 AM
You can't teach everybody in the same way, it's wrong approach.
Younger people and students you can teach with youtube videos but to older generation you must prepare more simple explanation, in their own language.
Basically, from my own experience, if you can't explain something well in first 30 sec. you lost them, people just loose interest.
It's important to explain them that bitcoin is something new and revolutionary, future of money with very good possibility for profit to.
Everything else I will leave for later.
To much info in the beginning can confuse people and can be to much for them to digest and understand.

9300  Other / Off-topic / Re: I spent all my saving on bitcoin, now i am broke on: May 30, 2016, 07:04:04 AM
I think you got your intrest on saving more than bank you bought at 460 and it is now 490. 6.5% in a month congrats.

Bank dont provide high Interest rates. As compared to this, bitcoin prices rises too quick that you can earn more profit, if you use it as a mode of investment rather than relying on the low interest rates which banks offer.  Only thing is that you have to be careful with your wallet, as if your are careless than you can have same trouble as OP has told here before.

I agree with you.
We should look in Bitcoin as long term plan and not depend to much on its price or possibly profit.
I'm sure that Bitcoin is the future of money and payments but Bitcoin will not become new standard for money overnight.
Who understand value and idea behind bitcoin, will invest in Bitcoin now and wait.
Who don't understand value of BTC will invest in regular financial products offered by banks.
Of course, there are always some risk involved in any choice we make, so we have to decide based on our long term goals and available funds where to invest.
