9281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: January 24, 2017, 05:55:01 PM
I don't really have any fix place or time to gamble. I think the fun of gambling is when you have something to gamble on. I mean for me it's a cricket or a fifa match. Then be it day or night, home or office, I shall play my bet. It also depends on how much I can afford to bet on a day. Though I prefer early night bets, cause while I get drowsy I tend to loose focus and end up loosing. I feel the best time is during eve. Cause that's the time one is relatively relaxed and just in the right frame of mind to place a bet. Though each one shall have a different time and place, and some may even believe it to be their lucky spot or place.
9282  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone ever stop gambling? but then gamble again? on: January 24, 2017, 04:19:14 PM
Well when I lost big and thought I  would never gamble it barely lasted few hours. While watching fifa match I knew I had a excellent chance of winning and I played the bet. It was 2 nil and I was very happy and then became 2-2 and in dying seconds, my team scored winning goal. I realised it's the thrill for me and the fun that comes with it. Or let's say it's my passion to win that keeps me pulling back to it, cause I can't accept defeat, so I keep playing till I win, just can't accept defeat.
9283  Economy / Services / Re: Hiring for signature wearing service - $5/month flat on: January 24, 2017, 02:49:00 PM
Op I think you do not know how signature campaign works on this forum. First of all decide the number of members you want. Second which ranks do you want. Then accordingly make signatures for those members, then do you wish for them to wear any avatar or no. You have not even fixed no of posts or sections where one should post. Don't get me wrong but instead of upfront, why not do escrow, this way you can keep a control on your members if they spam. Cause the way you put it, it could lead to spamming, if there is no control and money is paid. Some said 5$ is less, I think it's fairly good amount not at all low. Lock this thread till you fix it, then open it again best of luck.
9284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In a Bitcoin Disaster where would you move your Money? on: January 24, 2017, 02:41:09 PM
First of all this situation is never ever going to happen, but let's say this happens would I convert my money back no ways op. Instead I shall buy as much as I can. What goes down goes up and that's how Bitcoin prices work. Look at the current scenario also it took a slight beating and again it's up and running. I think people would buy rather convert, at least those who are in it for the long term and know how it works. It will be an excellent money making opportunity, you should have added the option of buying further also.
9285  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Legit Bitcoin Doublers? on: January 24, 2017, 02:33:19 PM
Hi I have been doing online business for awhile now but I'm fairly new to bitcoin and I've been paid 0.01000000 btc for helping in advertising on social media. Now I've seen some adverts that offer to multiply your bit coins for twice their value for 24 hours but I dunno if they are scam.

Firstly you should understand how this is happening, when ever you search for Bitcoin or anything related to Bitcoin our cookies are given to these advertisers, and then they send you adds as they think that's the preferences. These banners are all flashy and they all look nice but they are a big SCAM. Use some common sense, if there was such a method every one would become rich. There is no method, and if you trust and pay them your coins you will only regret. Don't fall for such scams.
9286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: have you guys tried gambling in a game.. what game is it? how was it? on: January 24, 2017, 10:54:46 AM
wanna know your experiences hahaha

I have normally tried it on fifa and cricket only. These games are very exciting and at most times if you watch closely you can even predict what's the outcome going to be. However if you let your intuition let you guide you far away you can incur heavy looses also. From my personal experience, I can say I like to play on this two sports cause in cricket you can see the pitch condition, the team and their recent performance and you can get a fair idea. Football always select the best striker or the best defender team and you can make a lot of money. But there is no surety as such and I have learnt it the hard way. But it's all fun, since I am very careful not to gamble way to much.
9287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi? Why did he hide his identity? on: January 24, 2017, 10:00:28 AM
Satoshi had to hide as to make sure his identity was not  revealed,  had he not done so, his life would have been he'll, you can only imagine the no of Bitcoin he would have. People would threaten his life to claim the coins. Secondly even if he escaped people, do you think the government agency would let him leave in peace, he would have been unnecessary harresed under various pretexts, and it would have been a miserable life. And you think the bank industry would have left him so easily, imagine all the authorities pouncing on him. He was wise enough never to come out and reveal, he knew the perils of him doing so. Put yourself in his shoes, would you really have revealed yourself to the world. Respect his choice, he did it to protect himself and his family. Op I found a link which you could also have found, don't really know who that guy is but read the line a strong leader for btc in start would have been a liability for btc. I think op if you read the links and comments it's should answer you.

9288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What type of sports you love in sports betting and why? on: January 23, 2017, 04:25:57 PM
Hi, guys , I am just wondering what type of sports you love in sports betting? Does choosing that type of game gives you more advantage than other sports or you just love it because that is your favorite sport?

Please do share some inputs here.. Grin

Yes I feel it does gives you a edge, for eg, yesterday I had picked up Australia and England to win both won. It was a decision based on their last looses. Then I also had make a bet on Chelsea winning, though I am a united fan but knew Chelsea would win. But just knowing a sport is not enough, you need to go deeply in it. Don't make rash bets, or you could end up loosing a lot

9290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fiverr no longer accepts Bitcoin on: January 23, 2017, 04:05:33 AM
This is a huge blow to Bitcoin users to as many of us. Use fiver for services and since they were accepting Bitcoins it was very useful. Though I feel this is a minor setback thanks to link given by op, I had first seen the site here on Bitcointalk.org and have browsed to it, it's looks nice and easy to use. Now will be using it more extensively. Guess this will soon over take fiver in the long run as most of btc users shall shift here.
9291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is 100% safe? on: January 23, 2017, 04:02:04 AM

Has the bitcoin system ever been hacked until now? Is there any security vulnerability in the Bitcoin system up to now?

I think the Bitcoin system is very safe and there is no doubt in it. The rumors of hacks are often of the exchanges that get hacked and they often do it to claim insurance. Bitcoin is no one due to. It's security op. It's is not only safe but it's duly secured. However if you put your address and password in one Bitcoin for double schemes, you are inviting hacks. I have been using Bitcoins now for quite a while, yet to face a issue with security.
9292  Economy / Services / Re: HIGH QUALITY FITBIT SE SERVICE | $30 | FAST, CHEAP | ONLY 24H on: January 22, 2017, 11:46:12 AM
Don't trust then don't order. Simples!

I had send you a message yesterday but git no reply, and you are the newbie here so you should give us reasons to trust us.
Your bitcointalk username is "MinisterRave" but the image says "MisterRave" at the bottom. Explain why.

His thread design is from MPGH forums : http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1181672 and he is a premium seller so I'm assuming this service is legit unless he is not the same guy from mpgh (but Skype looks the same too)

All the information are the same. Also I am not the seller, am just one of his workers.

What do you mean you are not the seller but one of his workers then why are you using his name and isn't this deceiving people cause they will buy it thinking you are the seller. Something not really right are you even been authorised by the seller under whose name you sell?
That's pretty good service you have. Do you ship to the Philippines? and how much would shipping here be?
Shippings are free. Also I ship worldwide including Philippines.

Will you guys accept escrow? You still have not answered the question?

I. Doubt they will accept escrow but let's see if they do, will keep a eye out here.
9293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 22, 2017, 06:19:52 AM
There's no Sunday like a cricket match on and that to Aussie and Pak, India and England. I think Australia should easily cross 300+ and go on to win the match. I. Don't think Pakistan will. Be able to chase 300+. And coming to subcontinent I think this will not be such a high scorer, India already has the series, it's England who plays for pride. I think it shall be a slow contest, maybe some better moments towards the end. Though I think England can win, but can't rule out India, 50-50 for me
9294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in China on: January 22, 2017, 06:15:35 AM
You are right op this is a old topic, maybe you could have searched for it. Anyway if China does decides to. Ban it, people will move out of China and shift their coins, though this while process shall take a lot of time and ya you can the price of Bitcoin shall nosedive like anything. But in the long term it shall recover also. However I do not think that bitcoin will be banned as of now. But let's say worst case scenario it does, I am sure bitcoiners will figure some. Way out.
9295  Other / Off-topic / Re: Whats Your Current Balance In Bitcoins ? on: January 21, 2017, 03:00:26 PM
Hello Friends !

I Am writing a study paper about bitcoin BTCBTCBTCBTCBTC , so can you all tell me how much bitcoin do you have & where do you store them ( online wallets OR own computer )  ?

THanks To Eveyone Who Answers

Really a paper on how much Bitcoin one has the latter part I am sure the people will answer. Why would you ask such a question also. I remember a similar thread being created wonder if it's a alt account? I won't reveal the no of coins, but you could use wallets coinbase.com, xapo. But I yet feel one should not ask such questions or should any one reply to this threads.
9296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you still use Bitcoin if price would be stable for years? on: January 21, 2017, 11:16:10 AM
I think most users are involved in Bitcoin not because they belief in the technology, but because they hope the price will go thru the roof. So let us say the price would be at $900 for the next 50 years.
Would you still use and buy Bitcoin or would you leave?

Yes I would use it irrespective of the price going up and down. Why because Firstly it's is decentralised and that's the biggest thing of all. It is not controlled by any one human, it's safe and secure and no need to carry it around. And op the price of btc is a reason why people fall in love with the btc, but sooner or later they realize it's more than the price, then they understand the technology and fall in love with it.
9297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: January 21, 2017, 07:28:12 AM
I don't know why but I always get a feeling to gamble, after then losing my money, I quit for some time and then continue, but I know I will lose my btc Sad

Why is it so addictive?

Addictive is not the word I choose, I would call us passionate lovers, we need gambling just as we need air, the thrill that comes with it and there again for me is a calming effect that Brings with it. For me gambling is like a girl, and for whom we are just passionate, sometime we loose sometimes we win. But we never stop gambling. It's what keeps us going sometimes. That's my theory on this.
9298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling for Good, think for your loved ones on: January 21, 2017, 07:24:40 AM
Hi everyone, want to share my story here, I was once a gambler that I can gamble big amount of money in one day, I have this thinking that maybe I can make a living off gambling and get rich. I won big before but I lost back on the other day too.

And once you lost, you will try to recover back your lost amount and from there, the snowball just keep rolling, and you find yourself in bad mood everyday as you will keep on depositing all your savings and always hoping to recover back your loss. I have seen too many people losing big amount of money in Bitcoin Gambling.

Think for your family, your parents, your loved ones, your wife or kids, they love you, do not let gambling ruin your life, many people are always thinking they will win big from gambling and get rich in one night.

It happens, but out of 10000 people, maybe just 1 person are that lucky to really win a huge amount of money for him to retire.

Human concept always look at the lucky guy and envy him and thinking they will be the next him, but out of 10000 people, 9999 people have lost big, so why do you want to hurt yourself and your loved ones.

I am not trying to change people mind here, I just hope I can help some people that are addicted to gambling.

Life is good and wonderful, do not get yourself stuck in front of the pc everyday rolling dice and even you win big today, you will still lose back in other day, money that come fast go away fast too.

Don't let gambling ruin your life, many of you are still young and have a good future ahead. That's all Cheesy

OP I can truly understand what you might have gone through, in my story I started gambling with very small amounts, when those small turned into big amounts of did not even realized. I had a deep debt and luckily I played it. All on a match, fortunately that time if it went well and I was lucky to escape. I do try to avoid gambling bit it's very difficult, I have that gambling passion that I can put everything to gamble. I just can't stop, but thinking about family I do try and avoid. So ya can relate to you.
9299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you used Bitcoin as Real money to buy Real/physical goods? on: January 21, 2017, 07:18:54 AM
Yes I have been upgraded to using Bitcoins fractions actually to buy goods. Though it's very difficult for me to find stores that accept bitcoin in front. So the only way for me is to have it converted into Fiat. So as much as I don't like of have to sell and then buy. I have brought goods like earphones, suits, bags. I am planning to save some for my dream gadget fitbit charge 2 and also rest for swizz vacation, there they have shops that accept bitcoins upfront.
9300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: running a new cryptocurrency with only two computer on: January 20, 2017, 02:40:40 PM
I think there's no doubt your currency shall work but as said above it won't be added to the blockchain and then again this topic doesn't even belong here have it locked. Secondly you said many downloaded and used it what's the name of your currency you have not mentioned it here. I would suggest you to market your currency rather than running your own currency on just two computers.
