OP mentioned bittrex and poloniex, but no exchanges will list this. He used their fame to hype the coin, the behavior is very scammy.
What makes you so sure that no exchanges will list Bitconnectcoin,it can easily get to Yobit and Novaexchange,what control do you have on circumstances and those exchanges,are you a controlling body that will decide the fate of any coin,I think this coin has a better chance that some of the coins here. |

Happy New Year, Guys!  Just stopped by CryptoCoinCreator and gave that a go, the result being Dropcoin. No coding needed this time, no wallet to download, and no ForkNote config file. Next first step need escrow services tied in.  I am open to use escrow but I just don't understand why and when they will release the ICO funds. If you explain to me that we might get one. 1. Most ICOs promise coins to be released in the future, but Lithium has already released 2 wallets and we have sent tons of coins for free, thus proving we are not a scam. 2. Escrows release the ICO funds when the developer delivers the project, but we have already delivered the project, so I don't understand when will they release the ICO funds. I just don't see the logic in an escrow when 1) we have already proven we are not a scam 2) we have released wallets (and will release windows wallet on Monday) 3) We have given away coins for free. In my opinion there is no need already,some ico are not in escrow because the development are already laid out you can run a poll for it,but there's no need really but people are looking for good roadmap so they can invest here ,you have to complete your site to attract investors. |

I have heard several terms used to describe Bitcoin and altcoins. Digital currency, cryptocurrency, and my least favorite virtual currency. Do you feel the connotations associated with each of these terms paint Bitcoin in a particular light?
For example I feel mainstream media tend to use the term virtual currency in an attempt to associate cryptocurrency with a sense of "it's not a real thing".
Whether intentional or not I think each of these terms will invoke a different response from a crypto layman depending on which term is used. Or does it not really matter in your opinion? Thoughts?
I don't use the word "virtual" referring to Bitcoin,it's real money to me I can withdraw it buy a lot of stuffs offline,for me virtual connotes not real when in fact they are much real and had impact on millions of people I prefer to call it crypto currency. |

They gave me a tracking number which never appeared to be valid, they don't answer to email. Their website is well done posting fake transaction, btc price updating etc. Help me to find the owner ! They have a good set of webmaster for their site to land in the first page,just by posting it here people will now know that they are scammers with proofs,since Bitcointalk is very reputable site and always land on the first page on any queries about altcoin and bitcoin topics. |

This is a very interesting topic I too have a similar experience losing a wallet.dat I just don't try to recover it since I only had a few coins on it,what I do is to always create a duplicate in my cloud storage,but I also would like to know how to recover your wallet.dat if you accidentally or not delete it..
