In general I do agree with the problem of money but I'm not much moaning about it -- I think even in the 1990s already people were saying romance died in football a long time ago, and there's always this generational shift about attitudes and that's just humans being nostalgic.

What I don't agree with is that romance died. It's perhaps harder to see, and harder to achieve but in a sense that only makes the success stories even more romantic. Leicester winning the title? Bloody hell. Guy plays non league football to appearing in Champions League.

And the international transfers allowed us to see Ronaldo on the big stage. Imagine if he got stuck playing in Portugal.

Bitcoiner as I am, I'd still tell them to practise extreme caution... not only to make sure they're actually buying Bitcoin (and not some other project they think is BTC) but also not to bet everything and the kitchen sink. There's no guarantee Bitcoin will do well, even if it has been on an upward trajectory, the best strategy is still to keep eggs in different baskets, spread the risk.

I generally don't make such a huge deviance from my "cost averaging" -- I earn and don't buy, so I rather time big assignment invoices if possible, in that way effectively "buying" so yeah, definitely try and bulk things together whenever that 200MA looks tight.

Not a fan of planB but have said often enough I *am* a fan of 200MA =) It's really been a long-recognised support, and while we have seen dumps break it, it always seems to provide a nice cushion. Football really is life, isn't it? I know it's "sad" but the happiest moments of my life have been around football. Who doesn't remember the exact moment and place they were when their team won some crazy match (Istanbul for me, especially as I was nowhere in life at the time haha).

Glad you got over the recovery. My worst time in hospital wasn't football related but I was KO for 2 weeks (delirium, hazy memory) and about 2 months in recovery I did nothing and that was when I realised I may never play football the way I loved anymore and yeah, sometimes just coming back to a game after an injury you just never feel the same.
