you people say usa dollar is bad?  okay:) np i buy all your tether usd whatever Smiley
You'll buy it because it has lesser value when you buy? makes sense. We're 2 1/2 months away until this year ends and $15k is likely. But I wouldn't look to that price in the short time that we have. Most hopes are being dwelled on 2021 and 2022. Where most of the positive speculations are being brought. While inflation rate and debt increases and economy going down, this really could make a positive impact to bitcoin but the valuing in USD will be lesser. I do agree that someday we'll get to see bitcoin being valued in its nature and we're all going to exchange depending on satoshis or mbtc or btc as a whole.
9342  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: October 17, 2020, 02:39:05 PM
They are quite good for their dice since they manage to successfully operate that for years and we cannot expect that their sportsbook will run smooth since it's new in the first place provably those flaws encountered will be fix and once many users will report the bugs or others if they see it for sure the job of the dev to make the sportsbook became better will be more easy.
If there will be flaws or sort of bugs, they will be fixed immediately. We have been aware and witnessed how good bistler in improving and how they maintained their niche. As for sportsbook, no one forces everybody to come and get them with their added game. The features will be added a little by little until the satisfaction of everyone has been met. Whether they have a lot or few players, it's not a problem. It will eventually grow just like their niche in dice have grown overtime. It's only a matter of time of recognition for their sportsbook brand.
It's just a good thing that they gave some choice to their players and more reason for other customer to try out their sportsbook. I agree that bitsler can improve its service and improving it is not a fast process, I'm pretty sure that they will add their own features in their sportsbook since they are just a normal sportsbook compared to the existing ones, The edge to compete with other sportsbooks will surely come someday.
In a quick phasing market, they have to rebrand or add new games and features which will be liked by most of their existing players and even the new and upcoming players. But as usual business, you can't please everyone. However, we can never remove the reputation that bitsler has and they already have the market and name in the community of crypto gambling. Every step that they make counts for their loyal customers and will be appreciated a lot. That's how bitsler takes care of their community, platform and always open for opinion of their customers.
9343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum 2.0’s ‘Lock Up’ Will Drive DeFi Innovation on: October 17, 2020, 01:50:35 PM
People will be more encouraged to locked up Ethereum and trust it more than any other new Defi projects. We're all waiting for it and I think if I'll ever be eligible to stake with the remaining Ethereum that I've got, I'd be more than happy to stake it.
Being part of the network confirmation and earn at the same time by doing nothing is one of the best source. It wouldn't be that much profit I think but it's a legit crypto that we'll be earning once this ha happened.

That is one advantage of eth platform, the credibility they have, so crypto users are trusting their network with their funds. And I guess, I am with that mindset. Better trust a known platform with solid dev team rather than new one trying to impress the crypto community. As many platforms are trying to imitate the success of eth, and yet nobody come close to their popularity of usage. I have high hopes with eth 2.0 as well and I bet many others do.
It is one of the most awaited event and people do trust Ethereum than any other staking token. The rewards that ETH can give is fairly sure and there's no other altcoin that can par with the trust that it's giving to the community. When everybody have heard about the news of Ethereum 2.0. The questions were quickly raised about how much would be the minimum staking for someone to be eligible to join and get the reward. Until we see the progress and actual application of ETH 2.0, we have to wait.

how is this possible that localbitcoins still have customers?  Roll Eyes
What's surprising about localbitcoins? they have been existing and one of the most accessible places to trade bitcoins. Don't be surprised as if you're thinking that they'll ever be phased out just because you have thought so. But in case you have missed this. Read the article.

9345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: https://funxbets.com Scam?? on: October 17, 2020, 11:12:47 AM
It's a scam website. There's one scenario where op have explained that his friend deposited an amount and won a huge amount, then what happened next was that this casino asked for more deposits. And with that approach, we can conclude that it's a strategy of scamming people which happens to a scam exchange or airdrop/bounty which requires them to deposit. See the quote below.

Thanks for the response guys I ask this question because my friend of mine asking also to me because he tried to deposit 100 usd and won like 3000+ usd and he said after trying to withdraw its says you need to deposit 250 usd which is very unlikely I already told him its a scam and stay away from that site. Im not affiliated with this website Im just asking an opinion to others.

That was escalated quickly, I have expected the debate will go for a little bit more. New gamblers should avoid depositing in such websites, the common scam machine has the same methods for scamming the users. Letting to win for a long time and when the user sends a request to withdraw they block the account and ask for an additional amount for processing the withdrawal. Telegram scammers also advertise the scam roulette website that victims can choose any number on the table and boom. The 36x win is very lucrative to convince the inexperienced user to deposit, no one gonna asks on the forum unless they get scammed.
It didn't escalated that fast. You only have to read through the thread and look for the posts of OP and that's where it all ended. Casinos like where OPs friend went through has to be avoided at all cost. But the problem for most newbies, they don't care checking the legitimacy of a casino. As a matter of fact, a friend of mine contacted me how he should withdraw to a website that I never heard of. It only proves that still many are going to random websites, casinos, exchanges or any crypto websites and that's the weakness of newbies which we have to remind them what they must do for countless times.

The players of this website are betting enormous amounts and I don't think that a new website can have such high rollers so quick there. I can't say they are scam, but the users don't seem to be real, so don't play here. You can try brawlers, or there are many gambling websites with similar games.

Also do not trust my analysis !!
At least you are honest with your analysis. There were analyses in the past and they encourage people to believe what they say that this will happen, and that will happen. In your case, you're giving the people an option not to believe with what you are saying. As a normal person whom seeks also advises and analyses from other people, I wouldn't believe that quickly with everything that I've read. They're all speculations and the perfect attitude of bitcoin is always the most unpredictable thing in the market.

9350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not store your wallet on the exchange, store it on your crypto wallet. on: October 16, 2020, 01:20:20 PM
For so many times, a lot of threads and posts I've read that's been reminding especially the newbies that they don't have to store or use the exchanges as their cold wallet for holding. There is a misconception of the use of exchange and if they have decided to use it as a place to store for a very long time, it's not the best venue for their holdings. Many hacks have been made on exchanges and funds were stolen, if exchanges doesn't have the capability to refund the victims, goodbye to those funds that are present on that exchange during the hack and are stolen.
9351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 15, 2020, 10:59:52 PM
Funny experience today while I was searching for PBA website. Instead of basketball, I visited the bowling page. I thought it was pba.com  Grin
Haha! I just checked the website and it's truly a bowling website. I might get back on track as my father is watching again the games. Would love to have a bonding time again with him while watching PBA games. Just like last night, watching Ginebra vs. Blackwater.
And Ginebra won the match.

Now watching PBA game Ginebra vs Black Water Elite.

It seems like PBA has come up with the idea like the NBA. The set up is almost the same where I think the fans will be virtual too. There are already wide screen set up and I think later on fans virtual faces will soon going to show up. Not sure though but it seems like this could be possible. However, the live was still showing both teams in warm up. I wish to Blackwater to win in this game. Ginebra had shown great already in their previous plays and game and wanting other teams to step up and make it to the Final game.

The idea actually came from the NBA and they've taken the idea of going into a bubble. At least they've made a decision of doing it for the fans to have them watch again their matches.
9352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone betting on "Electronic Leagues"? on: October 15, 2020, 10:08:53 PM
I'm so much not a fan of this virtual or electronic games especially with the fact that, your predictions are entirely subject to the programs put in place by the programmer to generate the outcomes on each games. It makes predicting so difficult and in a matter of an minutes, your chances of winning or losing a lot is relatively high but, I'll stress on the losing as it has been my case the few times I e tried them. No doubt a lot of other persons do understand certain options to stake on that comes rather frequently but, not measuring a teams strength based on the quality of players they are supposed to add just don't help my predictability and it's so uncool to me. But then, it is fun as it makes betting never to be out of season.
If you mean the programmers as the developers, games like this can't be modified as long as the game was released in the market. Just like any other esports games, the developers have nothing to do with the outcome of the games. It all depends to the players how skilled, good and lucky they are. I've been betting into esports games but not with electronic basketball. Predictions are predictions and they really are subject to the performance of the gamers but no connection with the programmers.
9353  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin start Backing USA dollar on: October 15, 2020, 09:19:59 PM
We have tether all ready it can be used as new digital dollar, simple!
It's not simple. Do you think that people would love to use a cryptocurrency that could freeze their funds? There is a possibility that whether you do something bad or not, they have the ability to freeze your funds and won't be able to use it. Just like the banks freezing your bank accounts. What do you think with that?

I think the solution here is to go Old Fashion way lol shoot and kill lol Cheesy
Too much shiet so much shiet
Now that you have been aware of the freezing of funds by Tether, you're talking nonsense. There's no sense anymore with what you are suggesting about the backing up of dollar, about bitcoin and other related topics about cryptocurrency.
Maybe you have to make up yourself and start thinking that you need to say things with a sense or even it's just an opinion, think of it first before saying it.

Why do mixing companies want stolen bitcoins?
It's not the service is all about. It's about mixing coins from the entire circulation or storage that they have and then giving the sender with a new set of bitcoins without any connection to the wallet where he had sent it. Mocacinno explained  properly what's the business model of mixers.
It doesn't mean that they are a mixer, they want stolen bitcoins to service.

9356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Normal Game Setup - a success or a failure? on: October 14, 2020, 11:47:44 PM
Every action and alternatives that they did for the games to commence is truly commendable and can be said of success. 2021, we see more games coming back to normal, not new anymore. The situation will be stabilized, vaccines that are proven to be working will be distributed in every part of the world and sports fans will have our own time to get back in stadiums, watch live games and even play again with our peers physically.
9357  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin start Backing USA dollar on: October 14, 2020, 11:08:25 PM
Bitcoin's main price is convertible to the dollar then, bitcoin will do the same to stabilize the dollar's situation?

This is not even a consideration.  IF the US wanted to be backed by something they would go back to the gd standard which they wont do either.  Right now governments are looking to distance themselves from crypto, not use it as a backing to their own soveign currency
This clarifies the idea you have in mind polo. US won't allow their currency be backed up by cryptocurrency. They would support it somehow and it's just a matter of time through their words of mouth but seeing it to happen as you're thinking, I don't think so.
9358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (XMR) Hits New All-Time High for Transactions Despite Bounty Contracts on: October 14, 2020, 10:31:29 PM
The all these Government agencies after Monero is doing is like promoting the coin. For me Monero is still the best privacy coin out there. I think there could be an argument that the transaction increases because of high number of people trying out the chain so has to be able to find weakness in the chain. I think this is very good for the coin and the space, free promotion
They are not promoting Monero. They are taking it out because they find it more threatening than bitcoin. With that promoting that you're thinking, if they are taking down Monero from exchanges, the publicity that it's getting is what makes you think that they are promoting it.
But the outcome of it isn't like what you're thinking. Monero is getting the publicity and that's the bad publicity to be specific.

Maybe what he is saying that since government are very interested on Monero, it might have open others eyes and become curious to it, so it might not be a direct promotion, but they are giving Monero the spotlight now sort off. However, I don't think that others are trying to break Monero (besides the two being hired by government) will more likely increase its price.

The only reason I can think of is that it's one of the most speculative coin, and traders are buying it and then dump as soon as they profit. Of course there are hardcore enthusiast who put their money into it for privacy purposes, but I don't think it is enough to push the price.
No. It's not like that. They are not interested to a privacy coin like Monero. It's a serious threat to them and that's why they trying to remove it from exchanges to exchanges. The difference of Bitcoin and Monero, Monero is more with privacy and we are aware of that.
The interest isn't really there but as I have mentioned and explained, he's just pointing to the exposure and publicity. Whether the government is trying to track it down from exchanges, the publicity is bad yet it's still as it is.
9359  Economy / Economics / Re: Russian currency big problems on: October 14, 2020, 10:00:58 PM
Russian currency have big problems
The only Country is left is China who want to Deal with russian currency.
They are allies, and allies have to help each other in times that they're facing. But can you elaborate more on these problems that you are pointing to Russia? State the facts which are these big problems that they are dealing with.

If China will not do any Exchange with rubles its sign that currency will be devalued.
Russia can't depend on them. IMO, economically, they're somehow standing fine and if you have a source to educate us here about this thing that's happening in Russia. You can give us a link to have a good read about it.
