You see the proof in wrong way, on Cardano's website didn't mentioned Traxia as partner ! the relationship between them is through Emurg, and even on Emurg's website, they didn't mentioned Traxia as partner.
In fact, Emurg offers services for companies that want to build or start dApp on cardano's blockchain, in other words, Traxia is just a Emurg's client and in somehow the traxia's team consider this as partnership, but since Emurg didn't not bup them as partner, it means they are just a client in Emurg's eyes.

Fully functional inner trading capabilities (you can buy/sell/edit backed assets) 3. Graphs & charts in the reporting module. 4. API interface and more... I agree with you that OSA DC is interesting project, but i don't think this ico price is expensive, even their totall supply is 5 Billions but the price of OSA so cheap, only 0.0002 ETH per token. the price is 0.0002 ETH per token, with the price 1 ETH arround $500, 1 OSA is arround $0.1. You can compare it in other project or in coinmarketcap token list with similar total token supply.
