941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Influence of Bounty Participants on: November 02, 2018, 02:29:49 AM
Lately there have been many who argue about bounty participants, some argue that the more bounty participants the better the new project will be. and there are also those who argue that bounty participants must be limited so they can avoid the number of dumper when a project is completed.

I have questions
1. How influential is this bounty participant for a new project?
2. If the bounty participant is restricted what will affect the success of a new project?

Bounty participants are important to project since participants plays important role in dissiminating about the campaign. Like for example in twitter , in facebook, in youtube and of course here in BCT. Investors may attract the post so they may participate.
Many / too much participants is not good since some accounts have only owner, the shared stakes are too small even though the allocation is big simce too many participants will be dividing in it, the manager can't handle it so very well, some are shit participants and not doing anything good.
942  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do you do with bounty earnings? on: November 01, 2018, 03:09:15 PM
Bounty hunters are being paid project's token for the efforts of promoting their project. Some hunters immediately dump their tokens once it hit exchanges. Some of them actually hold the tokens because they believe in that project and the roadmap. Optimistic, they wait for sucess and the time it will hit moon. Others may actually exchange that token for another.
From your experiences, where do you usually allocate your bounty earnings?

In my experience, I sold the wrong coin and hold the wrong coin too. I know I am poor when it comes to determing whether a coin is good or not so now, what I am doing is I am converting the coin into bitcoin immediately no matter what happen and just wait for the bitcoin to rise so I can convert it into Ph Peso.
943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC to airdrops is it good? on: November 01, 2018, 02:45:25 PM
I don't think KYC for airdrops offered is fair for those who joined. Some ICO with airdropping is not also fine to get KYC for tokens worth almost nothing or a burger meal is not really fine. I observed it in some ICOs with airdrops that even with giveaways like that so small needs KYC? Don't fall for it guys, not worth it.

I do avoid airdrop especially those that are having KYC. The amount that I am going to receive in exchange to my personal information is not worth it. It is too small and I am just putting myself in danger. They may only want something in us so yes we have to avoid it. I also avoid some signature campaigns that needed KYC to receive the payment.
944  Other / Archival / Re: is EVERY ico a scam?? on: November 01, 2018, 02:22:56 PM
Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Just my two satoshis...

You can't blame that "Everybody" if thats they wanted to say. But BIG YES ! Not all ICO but the reality now tells us that majority of the projects / ICO /Campaigns are scam. I am a bounty hunter ever since and I find it difficult today choosing the campaign that I am going to participate since almost all the campaigns are scam.
945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: FAILED ICO - FAILED BOUNTIES on: November 01, 2018, 09:56:37 AM
Is there someone here who really get some big profit with their bounties? I am sick and tired of failed Bounties that I joined, most of them didn't reward my works due to ICO failure.

I am a certified bounty hunter. I already joined lot campaigns. Some are scam, some failed to reach softcap/hardcap, some pays me a little and some are the big shot. In this year, legit bounties are gard to find because scams are growing its number. This year is very different from the previous years. It is also hard for me now to trust campaigns.
946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Etherium 1000 $ is a dream to everyone ! on: November 01, 2018, 09:30:13 AM
Oh my god after the fall down of etherum from 1400 $ to 200 $ what do u think of the soon futur of etherum?! .. my opinion is etherum will get to the top again it's normal when it's so down with every other coin or bitcoin.. can i use patience as a smart solution to get rich with 4 ether now !

I do not mind the crash anymore. I do focus in the future to come. After this bearish market, for sure ethereum will fly to moon and exceeds to the last highest price which is $1400 USD and I can't eait for it to happen. Yes you can use you patience because it is always the key for success. One day you will just wake up rich because of it.
947  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins is 10 years, Proof it is here to stay. on: November 01, 2018, 09:12:25 AM
Bitcoins is here to stay after 10 years of existence with all the setbacks from governments, financial institutions , media and even cryptocurrency traders. A system of payment that has existed for 10 years can't be doubted as a ponzi scheme, fraud or scam as stipulated by many naysayers. Hurray!

I heard so many things about bitcoin and the worst is "Bitcoin is a scam". I never believe, I prove in myself it is not true when I engage myself to crypto. I also prove myself how strong bitcoin is because despite so many people who are against to it, it is still here and made it into its 10th year. Bitcoin is really here to stay.
948  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy 10th birthday to Bitcoin! on: November 01, 2018, 08:47:45 AM
Say thanks and respect to Satoshi Nakamoto, father of Bitcoin, who took the first shot of Blockchain industry. Although that is not used as he wanted, we don't know who he is, how is he now? But people will remember and prompt his name forever.

-------------------------------------
it is not exactly bitcoin's 10th birthday but instead the 10 year anniversary of the publication of bitcoin's whitepaper. majority of people consider the day bitcoin started working and had its first block to be its "birthday" which is in a couple of months.

p.s. make sure to click that link above and take a look at the paper: https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf

I do really respect, admire and thankful to Satoshi Nakamoto coz I / we owe a lot from him. I know that no one else knew him and I am not sure if he is rich now but there's a possibility that yes he is. Bitcoin is a decade now, already reach far and has been recognize worldwide. In the future, it has a big possibility to play a very important role in the industry.
949  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What happens when a wallet file is stolen? on: November 01, 2018, 08:09:46 AM
When your wallet file has been stolen, the coins inside your wallet for sure will be gone forever and your wallet is not safe anymore because the next coins to come are possible to be stolen too. It is now to better to change tge wqllet you are using and immediately change the address of the coin you are waiting to receive.
950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you surprised at the price of ETH? on: October 31, 2018, 03:16:27 AM

Are you surprised at the price of ETH? what is the reason?

I am not really surprised that ETH is now around 100$ only. I know that as bitcoin goes down, it will go with the flow as well as alt. Bitcoin price now is three times lower than its highest price in December so as alt. But in the I know it will rise again after this bearish market and will also surprise us with its new high price.
951  Economy / Economics / Re: You Can Now Keep Your Bitcoins In A Bank on: October 29, 2018, 02:06:56 PM
Quote

Summary: Citibank has created something they call a "digital asset receipt(DAR)" which could allow purchasers of bitcoin to have banks hold their coins. The details aren't clear. There isn't much information posted here about minimum purchasing amounts or who digital asset receipts will be marketed to. Its nice to see innovation and new offerings for crypto enthusiasts. Although I have a feeling these digital asset receipts might come bundled with $100,000 dollar minimum investments and cater only to high(er) end demographics.

I would guess some would opt for DAR's if they could provide insurance on bitcoins and crypto up to limited amounts.
This is a good improvement. There is a bank that is supporting bitcoin. Crypto exposure is unstoppable. Big people who have no idea about bitcoin will already have an idea about it. But if the purchase minimum is $100k, it will be exclusive for a the rich person. Me, I admit I can't buy even a minimum even though the bank has many branches in our country.
952  Economy / Economics / Re: HOW DOES BITCOIN WORKS? on: October 29, 2018, 12:56:00 PM
There is a lot of misunderstanding and confusion when it comes to bitcoin. Mainly because it is relatively new and now it became popular in the mainstream media there have been lot of here say of how the bitcoin works.

I am new when it come to bitcoin but I have read some articles about it. This is basically what I understand correct me please if I am wrong
I have read that it is not a code or a data that can be stored and downloaded but it is more like a mutual agreement. Is that right?

Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency or a digital money in the internet developed by Satoshi Nakamoto. In order for you to have some, you have to work for it or earn it or mine it and you need to have an account in online or offline. Its price is unstable, it may go up or down every year. It is convertible into cash like dollar or peso.
953  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell us about your experience on: October 28, 2018, 11:27:49 AM
Friends  Wink
I want to share your experience with you.
Since the first time I got to know cryptocurrency I initially did not believe that cryptocurrency can help my economy, after I did it in various ways to work, finally now I can meet the economic needs of my family.

On the other hand I also read articles that they can also provide loans to help others.

And in this forum there are also people who provide ways to help their economy.

Now, what about your experience? let's share experiences.
May you also succeed with cryptocurrency  Smiley

At fist, I also did not believe into crypto even though I have friends who already become successful to it. But when I pursue myself and become engage to crypto, I realized that I should push myself into crypto long time ago. Working with crypto, I can help my family in providing our needs. I can also buy something I want even though I am not begging money in my parents.
954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you send bitcoins to Satoshi, if you know his Bitcoin address? on: October 27, 2018, 01:58:45 PM
Let's create a fictitious scenario where Satoshi sends a message in a way that can be validated/verified < PGP key > and he notify all of us that he is bankrupt and has no access to his coins.

If this is verified, would you send bitcoins to Satoshi, like people did with Andreas Antonopoulos?

We have seen people sending tips to Satoshi's known Bitcoin addresses and to date, bitcoin’s maiden address has received 16.7 BTC in tips, worth around $107 600. <This has never been claimed>

Will you send bitcoins and if you do, why?

We owe big to Satoshi Nakamoto and as a sign that we thank him, I think it is okay to send him bitcoin. But I will be honest that I will only something that I can since I am not that really good at earning bitcoin so I will only give what I can give. The important thing is that, I gave back  something he gave to me / us.
955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good recent bounty campaigns? on: October 27, 2018, 12:49:22 PM
Hi friends,
many bounty hunters are complaining about bounty campaigns, that most of them are not profitable and so on.
Could someone here recommend to us some good recent bounty campaign?
It would be nice to get some tips here.

Thanks to everyone!

I've been a bounty hunter since 2016. Yes I participated in many different campaigns and already knew who are the trusted managers that really pay participants. Bounty campaigns before are very different from now. I admit I now find it difficult to choose the good campaign. The campaign I recently joined are matrix ai, sapien, ditcoin, etc.
956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Currency is fastest way to get rich ? on: October 27, 2018, 12:09:29 PM
Crypto Currency is fastest way to get rich ?

I think it depends upon the person who will handle the situation. We all know that if we are a trader and we work hard and we are also a bounty hunter that has a high rank, the income is very good. But if we don't, we will not earn big. On the other side, even if we are not working in crypto but we have a good job then we perform better and keep performing better, we can be promoted again and again so our salary will keep increasing.
957  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippines starting to accept and adopt cryptocurrency. on: October 26, 2018, 02:42:56 PM
Cryptocurrency transactions has been on the rise in the philippines.

They are already accepted 5 cryptocurrency company in the country and approximately planning to give license for atleast 25 companies to operate in the philippines.

With the current government administration they are starting to adopt and build even in the technological infrastructure.

In more years to come the country will be more open to blockchain technology like japan and other countries.

In the Philippines, there are small business who are already accepting bitcoin as payment like online stores. Another, Philippines has a wallet and this is the only wallet used by the Filipinos to convert btc into peso or vice versa. This wallet can also be use to pay something in online or even buy a load. In fact it already improve because we can also save eth,and bch, in this wallet. So take note that this wallet is legal.
958  Economy / Economics / Re: Confirmed, bull run begins now, what expectations? on: October 26, 2018, 01:57:06 PM
Nearly one billion dollars has entered bitcoin today according to cryptonic news item. This week has seen btc doing very well and all are excited.I know most people have individual plans for a moment like this, let's hear yours.

What you have said is a pretty good thing but the sad thing is from the day you posted this up to now, bull run is not clear yet. Bitcoin is still around 6K usd. But I am one of so many people who waits for that bull run before the year 2018 ends. As we can see, up to now market is still not moving up, I'm afraid it will going to happen. I hope I'm wrong.
959  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Everyone loses money when the market is down right? on: October 26, 2018, 01:28:15 PM
Yes I think everyone loses money when the market crashes but some people are wise enough to stop losing money and still gain even though the market is down so they easily get back the money. We must also be like them, we all know that it is always fly to the moon, we cannot avoid the crash and we cannot let that everytime there is crash we will just lose money so we must learn how to overcome it.
960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you buy new coins? on: October 26, 2018, 12:59:47 PM
Pardon me, I'm just a newbie when it comes to all this trading stuff. I just got curious on the field of trading and have checked out in CMC recently launched coins, top gainers and losers. My question is, do you usually buy new coins then set your target sell? Or do you just buy from top losers then keep an eye on it?
Thanks for all the responses...

In my case I am not buying a new coin. I prefer to buy coins that I am already familiar with, the coin that I already prove a good coin. It is hard for me to trust new coin I don't know why. I do not want to take the risk. I feel that I have 80% chance of losing amd only 20% chance of winning.
