Bump for ya.

Thanks and will be shipped tomorrow after work Smiley Also updated the 5970...
946  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 5970 Wants to run at 90 C, Is this to high?? on: June 17, 2013, 02:12:10 AM
mine is oc'd to 850core n 825core mem @ 300 and is only at 70c with 80% fan...so 90c @ stock i'd be worried...unless you have it sandwiched (a card below it blocking air flow)

well its really upto you whether or not you want to run the card hot...some ppl say they ran cards 100c+ for months on end w/o any problems...some try that and the card burns out...i dunno...but since the diff rate change all my miners just got shut off Sad no more btc for me..Good Luck to you Smiley

1 5850 powercolor i think mines stable @ 990mhz core 1.15vddc 65c also not game tested and the person i bought from said the fan was weak but at a 230mhz OC and 65c temp i don't think it is weak..

Broken cards:

1 6990 diamond $130 powers on, fan spins, no video
2 6850 ATI...does the same as card above...make offer

951  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: June 14, 2013, 01:45:53 AM
I think friedcat should keep 1-1,5% of direct shares amount he transfers from a user to another, and keep these money for the company. Passthroughs charge a fee, he should do the same, since he has to do that manually. This way the company will benefit more from an increase in share price.

They have ample reserves we asked that question a while back  Wink

I think he was talking about a "transfer fee" of 1-1.5% per transfer

This could actually add MORE work to Friedcat if you think about it... it would also drive more shares to the exchanges. I think eventually all the shares except board seats will end up on the PTs anyway.

Not mine.    Grin

I'm actually trying to get them out of PT's but at 1 a month for free...going to take awhile...don't wanna spend .25btc fee for less then 50 xfer'd out
952  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: June 11, 2013, 11:17:05 PM
If ASICMINER can hold a 25% hashing share, then the average weekly income (in BTC per share) would be 0.01575 BTC/share.

Disregarding revenue from hardware sales, if we annualize just mining returns over 52 weeks,
then one ASICMINER share should return 0.819 BTC which yields incredible annual returns even at high share prices:
2.5BTC : 32.8%
3.0BTC : 27.3%
3.5BTC : 23.4%
4.0BTC : 20.5%
5.0BTC : 16.4%
10.0BTC : 8.2%

Obviously, I have not included operating expenses such as electricity, R&D, new equipment, nor have I included the income from sales of mining hardware. For this period in ASIC rollout, revenues from mining hardware sales will far outweigh operations and development costs.

Honestly, I realize that the people who were early investors in ASICMINER have made out so good that late comers may feel they have missed the boat on ASICMINER. However, in reality, a 10% annual return on investment is a fantastic dividend, which means buying into ASICMINER will continue to be a very good investment so long as they can keep up the hashrate. IMO shares of ASICMINER are still massively undervalued. There simply isn't another Security out there that grows your BTC's quite as effectively as ASICMINER. Personally, I am dumbfounded as to why people aren't more desperate to be holding ASICMINER shares.

My two µBTC
-Exo

couldn't agree with you more...and i am desperate to get more...cashing in a small IRA to buy more btc to do just that Smiley just wish i had money to buy shares

EDIT: and yes i feel like i missed the boat..but not just any boat...the golden boat...but can you really miss a boat if you didn't know about btc back then?

955  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Difficulty and BTC value on: June 08, 2013, 04:37:34 PM
i think that first reply was pulling your chain...but hey i could be wrong...I don't think the diff. rate and btc value have anything to do with each other...market is based off of supply n demand i think...i'm no expert and don't claim to know alot but that is just my opinion so take it for what its worth
956  Other / Archival / Re: Pictures of your mining rigs! on: June 07, 2013, 11:45:47 PM

958  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: June 07, 2013, 11:10:24 PM
How can people be upset that their may be a price drop?

Sort of like being upset it's raining. Kind of childish.

Maybe you bought it at too high of a price then if you are upset about a price drop. For anyone who bought at <2 BTC a share, of which there are many, than they aren't too shook up about a potential drop from 2.5 to 2.4 a share.

Good point.  It's also a question of short-term speculation vs long-term growth/viability.  Even if you bought at/near the recent high, near-term dips below your buy-in price don't matter if you have confidence in AM management in the long run.

I believe in AM shares...฿ 2.679 for 1 share is what i paided...and i'm happy i did it cause i believe share price will continue to climb, also pray/hope i'm right Smiley so i hope they keep 20-30% of the network for a long time to come...
959  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: June 06, 2013, 11:50:49 PM
I tried myself to create a list with AM shareholders based on yesterday's dividends:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtqphFCP56ordGVCakJxSU90MlB4MlBkZENya25pS2c

I got > 398k of the 400k shares. If you find any errors please let me know!

dayum!! I'd sure like to have any address above line 200 Smiley instead i think my addy is the last one Cheesy oh well i'll take it and just try and hold my envy for all of you here...

Whoever says AM is a bad investment, I hope they are wrong Smiley I decided to put all my mined btc into AM shares as i saw the end of my mining quickly approaching...and still wanted to have btc income w/o having to buy it or mine at a loss...so i was glad when i found AM and btc-tc...granted it won't be huge income...but still better then none Smiley
