It seems someone had found vulnerability in PoW code that cause hacker to generate PoS coins at will & amount they choose.
Is their any expert who can provide any suggestion?

You need to post the source of your information, I think this will be issues with Altcoins with low hashing power. I doubt coins like BTC, Ethereum, Zcash, Monero, Dash etc are going to be affected |

I think the signature appeal form should be out soon, there are so many spammers allowed in this campaign, the signature campaign manager didn't do anything to protect real people in this campaign, they prefer spammers and reward them. |

Yeah unfortunately many recent ICO's just rush to dump at launch. We'll see if this is different but I may have to wait until after it hits exchanges for to protect myself from a possible dump. Anyone know the current marketcap so far?
We'll do everything to prevent dump and increase the value of coins
1) Investors will get coins first
2) Coins will hit exchanges almost immediatelly
2) Bounties will be paid at least 2 weeks after investorsthis should be the best practice, for any project it will protect investors and the dev itself to complete the offers because most of the time dumpers came from the bounty hunters after receiving their share they completely dump the coins not allowing the dev to move forward and putting them no choice but to save the project and instead of using the investment to more progress they will be force to place a buy wall to support and avoid completely dump. i believed chronoBank will make a big difference. good luck Guys. There is no POW coin that it not vulnerable to 51% attack, it just depend on the amount of hash power you have, BTC is and there is a fear of that, that Chinese miners might compromised and stage 51% attack on the network.

I can see the initial pump in response to Casper, then the price of Ether would tank, it is just a way to make the Ethereum foundation richer. I see Lisk playing out here, the price would dropped significantly and the price would it parity with ETC or even go below it. The design of POS is flawed

Second, is the idea they team is trying to work on, is it just a pipe dream or a workable one, is the project going to suffer from funding and the timeline to deliver the project.

Can't wait! With crapcoins rising in value Decent has a shot at becoming a top-5 coin immediately on launch. $100+ million USD market cap wouldn't surprise me the least with Iconomi, Komodo and the other jokers garnering $25+ mil valuations.
I really do think this coin will have over 50 million dollar marketcap soon after launch. The idea is great, the important thing is promotion and people who don't know about it finding out about it. You don't have 50 million dollars marketcap is how big? 50000 BTC, they raised 6000 BTC, you want 8X ico price after lists on exchanges? Impossible. I think Decent has potential of $50 million after launch, what they need is to deliver on what they prmoised and make sure is listed on right exchange with volume that can support the price, the total coin in circulation is around 40 million tokens and the inflation rate is low. |

This is my issue with project listed on Yobit, projects goes there to pump and die, I was telling people that beware of what you ask for, those that bought at the top now would be burnt now, the price manipulation on Yobit is too much

I just a feeling that the project would be postponed and that has surely happended now, I just hope this project will not stall like lisk project, Ark team claim they have more than 10 developers working on the platform, this shows quantity is not quality.

I somewhat agree. The key here is to try such exchange to do your trading 'thing' then promptly transfer the coins or tokens to your offline wallet, and of course trading a little by little at first while you gain confidence in such an exchange.
For liqui, I would first send a low amount such as 0.01 BTC first, buy some INCENT tokens and then promply transfer your INCENT tokens to your Waves Chrome wallet, wait for it to arrive, if successsfull rinse and repeat, if everything pans out alright for the first 0.5 BTC exchanges, then you might up the ante a bit to 0.25 BTC at a time and further up towards your comfort zone.
If Liqui proves that it can be a trusted exchange and only TIME can help in proving that, meaning no "getting hacked" or any of that, then people can start sending very large amounts of BTC at once to perform their exchanges.
Personally, I would have no trouble trying out LIQUI for my trading needs, but at the moment I am completely sold out, I have zero BTC's because I have invested in everything that I needed to invest, in INCENT and in ICN, both project where I believe it will be a success more for ICN than INCENT at the moment, so I have nothing to buy at the moment unless I want to sell either tokens which is not an option for me since I am holding for the long term and when I am ready to sell I wont have any problems trying out Liqui utilizing my little by little testing method at first and that's provided that by then Liqui hasn't had any major issues in terms of security and confidence.
Incent token is not on Liqui.io, it is only Waves that is there. Any update on tidex.com exchange that has signal to list all waves token asset, this is good because I have some Tokes tokens also. |

Is coinexchang.io safe exchange? Only two sites are listing KMD, I only know cryptox.pl is OK.
People should tread with care with all these exchanges pop up looking to take their own part of the transaction fee, I won't vow for any, just don't put alot of BTC on them to prevent the unexpected |

If you are an ICO investors you have nothing to worry about, Stratis has done more than 12X return for investors and I don't think anyone won't be happy with such huge returns and performance, Stratis is a work in progress
