My vote goes to Dash, cause I have some dash in possession. I`m completly new in this alt coins (generaly I`m new with blockchain), and some weeks ago I started to experiment with trading (mostly on yobit and for some " funny" amount), well for dash there is some faucets, but for monero i couldnt find any. Maybe question is not for here, but how u guys earn this alt coins?

Bitcoin is like the internet, it is not just one thing. in order for the internet to go down, you would need 99% of the computers in the world to go down. There will always be an internet up and even if the internet went down, it would pop back up for all the internet consists of is a bunch of computers grouped together to share and exchange information.
This is what I thought, but just wanted to make sure. A bunch of people in real life were trying to freak me out. Well I`m glad that I found some logical answer on this question, first question from people who never heard about bitcoin is exactly this " what will happen if someone turn it off?" Well Im not an expert in all this and I didnt know how to answer this question in good way. I admit i was afraid in some moments, when i thought about things like this. If the internet goes down, bitcoin is the last thing I would think about.
There would be some a massive panick action through the whole world. Chaos, anarchy or maybe even worse.
This is good one! And this is probably truth, who knows what will happen and what kind of massive panic chaos will become from turning off internet. When I saw your question a thought fall on my mind, can alt coins replace fiat? To many people talk about blockchain tehnology and that is a future. Bitcoin is first an strongest, there is a lot of altcoins now... more will come for sure. Can u imagine someone (banks, corporations) start new coin and invest a lot of money in some new coin, push it on market and make good deals with biggest companies, we will have new coin with high price ( maybe its not so easy but I think its possible).
Also there is not enought bitcoins for everyone, in my opinion that leaves a space for some other coins. Everythin is so hard to predict, even for tommorow, next week. Long road is waiting for us, we will see first what new year bringing to us.

I use xapo 2 months allready and for now I didnt have any problems. I saw some complains about it, but for my needs its good. I dont have some big amounts on it. Fast sending and reciving, everything is easy. They have androind version and that suits me. After reading many comments, I think soon I will try electrum, I see people here use this wallet mostly so I will trust u guys. But as I understanded Electrum is good for keeping coins safe, so it will be good to keep coins there, and to use xapo for everyday transactions ( in my case for gambling).

To me it sounds completely odd, and I really don't understand what drove the OP to such a conclusion. Maybe he bought 1 btc and he is hoping for fast money now?! In my humble opinion this is to optimistic, I will be satisfied if we rise a bit more, and hold that price for several months. I saw predictions all over the internet and I`m optimistic also, but this is too much. I`m also afraid about that after big rise there is big fall. When u look everything, the question is not what a btc will be worth, but what a $ will be worth? I`m confused with all this sometimes. |

Run/make a dice site isn't easy, especially if you want get profit from it for long time. At least there are few things you must have on your dice site :
1. Security - Small bugs could empty your wallet, let users always win or crashed everything
2. Design - Without good design, people won't even try your site
3. Bankroll - People won't be satisfied if they can't bet huge amount of bitcoin
4. Fairness - Show how your provably works very well, otherwise people won't believe you
5. Advertising - No promotion, no customer
6. Customer Service - Slow/bad response could make user call you are scammer
7. Uniqueness - People got bored with many similar dice sites, so with uniqueness, people might try your site
If you can't fulfill those, i'm sure you can't run a dice sites well.

Betcoin. Tm and Ag accepts some crypto currencies. I dont know if u know yobit offer dices with every crypto there. Their dices are very simple and I didn't enjoy much playing there. Im also interested what will people suggest more cause with alt coins I played only dices until now, so maybe I will try something else interesting.
I tried cryptonet they are not so bad, but I didn't have so much luck on their dices (with ltc minimum bet is 10 000 sat.). Fortune jack is nice their minimum vet with ltc is 10, but they dont have minimum bet button. So that was a little annoying. Good luck man.

I know I will recieve a lot of criticism for this post, maybe even a few neg reps.
But I believe I have a valid argument here.
Why borrow money when you could just sell the collateral in the first place?
The point of the collateral breaks down here, no matter what you say.
The reason why people borrow money is because they need/want that money. They do not want to sell what they have for the money the need/want.
It does not make sense and might even be a bit stupid to think something like,
"Oh, I need $500 to pay my bills…I have an iPad lying around let me just send that to a guy online and he will give me a LOAN, when he gets the iPad. If I pay him back he will send my iPad back to me!"
It does not make any logical sense whatsoever.
It's like buying $20 for $25.
I think the "no collateral no loan" sticky should be replaced by this post because it just makes more sense.
Maybe, just maybe it would make a bit more sense if the lender asked for <50% collateral but the 110%-115% is just plain ridiculous.
Not trolling here, I am being very serious.
. Well people need money it`s true, but people also dont wish to renounce of their belonging. Its simple and very logical to me. No matter wich example u take u fill find that logic, after using that money they wish back what they give for collateral. Of course many people after some times decide to not take back, so for that u always ask bigger collateral then loan. I dont know why are u confused with this simple thing. |
