Npr, imaš dva Native SegWit account-a. Prvi bi ti bio m/84'/0'/0' a drugi bi bio m/84'/0'/1', itd.

Tačan derivation path svakog svog account-a (i od svakog coina) možeš provjeriti kad otvoriš Ledger Live, klikneš na "accounts" i u desnom uglu imaš onu ikonicu za postavke. Klikni tu, otvori ti se novi prozorić i na dnu njega ćeš vidjeti traženi derivation path.

Imagine how much money is gambled away on various online casinos and sportsbooks if just one person from one platform managed to earn almost $600 million? It doesn't surprise me. With many parts of the world under lockdown, many people turned their attentions towards online gambling. The results of all that can be seen on the bank accounts of Denise Coates and online casino owners just like her.

Betfury has opened a sportsbook you mean?
Betfury doesn't have a sportsbook. There has been some talk that it might be created sometimes in the future, but there isn't one right now.
9423  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: problem with address to receive bitcoin with expiration time of 1 day on: May 24, 2021, 12:18:18 PM
As Abdussamad mentioned, make sure your Electrum client is connected and synched with the network. If the ball in the bottom right is green, you are connected and synched. If it's red, you are not.

If the ball is red, change the server Electrum connects to manually.
Click on the green/red ball in Electrum to open the network settings. Untick the "select server automatically" option near the top and randomly pick one of the available servers from the list by right clicking on it with your mouse and clicking on "use as server". Make sure the ball icon turns to green to know that you have been connected and synched.

To check if your address got funded, use a a bitcoin explorer like https://blockstream.info/nojs/.
9424  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: HW Wallets & SW Wallets are a Scam - They & Exchanges are Main Theft Vector on: May 24, 2021, 09:13:26 AM
The given replies are more than enough to convince the newcomers that you can't really trust no one. If the project is closed-source, you have to trust the developers. If it's open-source, along with your coding skills, you have to trust that the developers haven't hidden anything malicious. Besides that, you have to trust your operating system, whether if it's open or closed-source for the reasons above AND the programs you've installed. You also have to trust that the people from the place or the factory you bought your computer didn't have any intends to weaken your RNG.
And one more thing. It's recommended to verify the signatures of the applications you use. What do you need for that? You need the public key or the public key fingerprint of the developer and signer. Where do you get that? You copy/paste or download it from online sources.

Since you have to trust someone or something, you are trusting those sources not to have been compromised. If you can't do that, get the public keys directly from the signer. But can you be 100% sure you are getting them from the real person and not an imposter? If you start thinking that way, you'll keep walking in circles and realize you have to start trusting something and somewhere.
9425  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Bitcoin wallet on: May 24, 2021, 09:00:51 AM
And which can I also use for exchange between currencys?
When it comes to exchanges, there are two types:
  • Centralized exchanges (CEX)
  • Decentralized exchanges (DEX)

Centralized exchanges are easier to use, they have a bigger userbase, and more liquidity. But what you gain in simplicity and user convenience, you lose in privacy and hefty service fees. Most CEX-es require that you complete KYC before you can withdraw.
Take a look at https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ for list of the most popular CEX-es.

DEX's are less popular but in sync with bitcoin's main ideas. You are not handing over control of your assets and there is no need for KYC. Bisq is a popular and often recommended DEX.
For other names, you can look here > https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/dex/.
9426  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Effects Did the Tether Reserves Breakdown Have on Bitcoin and The Market? on: May 24, 2021, 08:14:30 AM
There are people close to the situation in social media who say that miners are in the process of migrating to other countries for the last 48 hours and others are selling their mining hardware.
The closest countries with cheap electricity they can migrate to are Russia and Kazakhstan. I am not sure how popular the United States is for Chinese miners, but I have read reports in the past that some of them are moving their equipment to the US. The price for industrial electricity in the States is decreasing year by year. It is good for bitcoin mining in general to lower the impact Chinese miners have on the whole network.
9427  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC,ETH & LTC withdraws | $100k+/week contest | VIP | on: May 23, 2021, 12:20:18 PM
Hello! Relatively new duelbits player here! I was fortunate enough to be able to make some withdrawals totaling 20,000$ from a good slot hit!
First of all, congratulations on your win! The site is probably checking with the game operator that everything is legit and that there was no malfunction in the slot you played. They need to make sure you haven't abused a bonus, a bug, and stuff like that. If it's a random and legit win, you have nothing to worry about. Care to share what slot you played?

The sentence "Your session has expired. Please log in again." might let user guard down, especially if they didn't tick or don't remember whether they tick "stay logged in forever".
True, but in that case the user should still never log back in via a link he got from someone else. He should instead do it from his bookmarks or whatever method he uses. I have opened my profile thousands of times, so I usually start typing Pmal... in the address bar which takes me to bitcointalk and I am logged in after a few clicks.

NotATether makes a good point as well. There is no recaptcha in the picture from the fake site.
9429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 23, 2021, 08:31:12 AM
Bentancur and Ramsey will be not available for the game tomorrow evening.
Juventus will probably play with a defender (Danilo) as Midfielder.
Ramsey won't be missed as he wouldn't feature anyway. Bentancur has been hot and cold throughout the whole season and would surely have played if he were available.
You are forgetting about Mckennie. He could be featured in the center midfield together with Rabiot. Chiese and Cuadrado would be on the wings. I would like to see Morata or Dybala from the start. But whichever players end up taking the field, it will be another ugly match to watch and finally this dreadful season has come to an end.

but why even encourage them when absolutely nothing good can come out of having that here. Its not like that board is busy anyway, there is no more than couple of threads each month.
We would then be going back to the 'scams are not moderated on Bitcointalk' problem. If they are not moderated, such topics and their child board (created for whatever reason) can't be touched unless they are breaking any of the unofficial forum rules. Tagging and warning others is the only thing that can be done in that case.
9432  Other / Meta / Re: [BEWARE!] Bitcointalk Credential Phishing Attack -- Targeting Collectibles on: May 23, 2021, 07:53:13 AM
shouldn't that user priestos get a red trust?
priestos has been banned > https://bpip.org/Profile?id=2635234.

May I clarify a little? If a link comes, we click on it, then we see that we are required to enter our password from the forum again, isn't this a signal for attention?
That's exactly what it is. If you are reading your PMs, that means you are already logged in to your account. If you are logged in, you don't need to log in again just to view another page of the forum unless you didn't tick the stay logged in forever box and you got logged out account automatically after 60 mins or whatever count you entered in that field.

Also, if you were to hover over that link in PM with your mouse, the color of it should be blue since it is redirecting to an off-forum site. Forum posts are highlighted in green.
9433  Other / Meta / Re: [overview] LoyceV's useful data on Bitcointalk on: May 23, 2021, 07:41:47 AM
That means LTU_btc reposted them instead of editing.
To make sure I understand properly. Does that mean he wrote two posts which he later deleted? And finally, he wrote a third one (this one) which is now visible in the thread? The two he deleted also got scrapped by the bot.
9434  Other / Meta / Re: Ponzi schemes & Investor Based Games on: May 23, 2021, 07:33:30 AM
And what's wrong with the fact that we tagged such a participant? If he is capable of cheating in the Investor-Based-Games section, do you think he will stop and only be there?
There is nothing wrong in tagging them and hopefully one day they will start getting banned as well. But OP is questioning why have a section where such kind of crap can be posted only to have those who post there tagged?

I guess it's better to keep it the way it is than to have that sewer spill over to the normal parts of the forum. I look at the off-topic board the same way. I'd rather have users talk about what kind of jam is the best in off-topic than seeing that in Beginners & Help or Bitcoin Discussion.
9435  Other / Meta / Re: User banned - Possibly misunderstanding the idea of a regular social bounty on: May 23, 2021, 07:14:16 AM
Although I am still hitting my head against the wall to understand mprep's interpretation, the topic could just move to altcoin (bounty) section since it's obvious that intention of OP was not promoting LTC but paying in LTC (low value amount to avoid dust payment) and BTC to perform a task which is to tweet Elon.
The reason it wasn't moved to the altcoin board is because of the rule about incentivized and low-effort posts in exchange for altcoins if I understood it correctly. Post your address here to get Litecoin type of threads aren't allowed in the altcoin boards either. Posting a spreadsheet where the users could apply for Litecoin would be OK.

I am just wondering why low-effort and incentivized posting is allowed for bitcoin giveaways. Those are still spam posts even though bitcoin is the reward.
9436  Other / Meta / Re: [overview] LoyceV's useful data on Bitcointalk on: May 23, 2021, 06:51:00 AM
I have a question about your notification bot but didn't want to ask it in the original thread because it seems quite clean and nobody is asking any questions there.

What could be the reason that the bot would send 3 notifications for the same quoted post?
If you take a look at my notifications here, you can see the the scraped posts by LTU_btc (currently posts 2-4) are all for the same post. However, the formatting (the parts of the post that are getting quoted) of the 3 posts look different. I don't know if what I said will make sense to you.
9437  Other / Meta / Re: User banned - Possibly misunderstanding the idea of a regular social bounty on: May 23, 2021, 06:34:37 AM
If I understood the premise correctly (you don't have to post in either of the threads to participate in the LTC part of the giveaway / low-effort bounty) then yes, that's completely fine.
That's good to know.

I understand the point you made at the start of this post, but considering how difficult it is to interpret the rules of Bitcointalk by regular users sometimes, and the fact that OP had clear intentions to give out bitcoin by escrowing the coins, could he be pardoned and have the permanent ban changed to a 2-week temp ban instead? His original thread would have to be re-written to be in line with the rules, either the way I explained in my previous post, or any other way that is better and/or more suitable.

Each ban is reviewed case-by-case and the decisions the staff make in this particular case don't need to have repercussions on other similar cases just like unbanning a user who copy/pasted wont make all copy/pasters unbanned.

For the record, I have not participated in the campaign by OP nor do I know him. Just in case someone asks. But I don't think that with him gone this community will either be safer, cleaner or a better place.
9438  Other / Meta / Re: User banned - Possibly misunderstanding the idea of a regular social bounty on: May 22, 2021, 07:26:58 PM
This reminded me of that case when a bunch of members got temp bans for participating in a combined giveaway of bitcoin, tron, ethereum, XRP, and I think Litecoin. It might have been BitCasino that organized the whole event. The members got the chance to select which coin to get as a reward, those who selected altcoins got banned, those who wanted bitcoin weren't.

@mprep
Would this have been allowed?
- The same type of thread is posted in the same sub with the payment method being Bitcoin.
- OP makes a note that any payment below a certain amount will be made in Litecoin (to avoid Bitcoin dust payments) with a link that leads to a different thread in the altcoin bounty section.
- The linked bounty thread has a google spreadsheet where the users sign up after they have completed their social media bounty.

The LTC is being awarded as part of a social media bounty task like any other social media task in the bounty section that entails posting, tweeting, liking, etc. No altcoin is given away in Games & Rounds or Services section. There is also no incentivized low-effort posting because the users have to apply through a google spreadsheet.

Would that be allowed?
9439  Other / Meta / Re: Troll and Fudder jail on: May 22, 2021, 06:38:48 PM
I wouldn't vote for that. This forum should be open for those who love and those who hate bitcoin. Look at it as a battle between two opposing sides. But instead of killing off the opposition, we show them all the good things they are missing out on and recruit as many as possible for the bitcoin camp. If they break forum rules (not fudding though) they should be banned.

Why should someone be banned because they think bitcoin sucks and will fail? Instead, show them the benefits of using a decentralized coin and the freedoms they don't have within the traditional financial system. Beating them with proof and real-life examples is better than shutting them up and preventing them to speak.
9440  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Novosti on: May 22, 2021, 06:22:16 PM
