9423  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newchg.com on: February 24, 2014, 12:55:37 AM
Hello,
I am having trouble with this trading site. I have some Unicoin to sell. I was going to sell them to the person who wants to buy. I accept this person's offer. However, when I click the link that says BigAl, this site, bitcointalk.org gives me a message saying this member does not exist. Then I clicked the link with my offer and unless I was signed in it did not take me to my profile. I have since deleted my offer.
Can anyone help?
Thank you,
Stacey

I recommend to use more known exchange sites Smiley

And try to contact their helpdesk - it will help you

I doubt it will go down but it will definitely slow down in terms of increases as we can see recently no more 25% plus increases FOR NOW

indeed.

Just see alltime diff charts - you can clearly see how this is working .

9430  Local / Polski / Re: Chłodzenia potrzebny pomysł... on: February 24, 2014, 12:39:22 AM

Przeciętne wiatraczki montowane w obudowach komputerów mają poniżej 0,2A, a porządne serwerowe 0,5A do nawet 2A.

Delta.

To polecam również z pewnością.

For linux os I would just recommend official qt for linux.

I don't want to run a full node as like I said it will be a semi hot wallet meaning I may not turn it on for a few weeks and dont want to have to wait a couple of hours for it to sync before I could send a payment.

use blockchain.info wallet Smiley

Has anyone gotten the Mac wallet to work on Mavericks?

Sorry, do not have a Mac.

Did you try adding the extra nodes? And putting the frycoin.conf file in /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Frycoin/?

I'll try that now. Also to your previous post. I may be willing to help with a website at least on the front-end. Is there anyone else here working on this? I'm a pretty talented designer/developer. I'm not great when it comes to the server side stuff, but I'd certainly be willing to help out...

I can host it on IIS (or perhaps Apache). Do not have a domain, but I can use the Azure domain (for instance fry.cloudapp.net).

This sounds like a great idea, I already own frycoin.org so we can setup a site on the Azure hosting. I'll pm you the details.

Chofoe is still working on the Android wallet, hopefully he will have that done soon Smiley

Also, I sent you a pm ShakinHandz, I'm sure we can work something out.

Just messaged you back, look forward to helping out! Committed one of my miners to frycoin last night
Good stuff!

Yes! Good stuff indeed!

Thanks!

9438  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2014 is NOT the year of bitcoin, sorry on: February 24, 2014, 12:31:30 AM
Everyone's expectations after 2013 were just way too high. This is the year of FUD! Mark my words, we're gonna be riding a shit storm all the way through the end of 2014.

This is the year that's gonna test your will and shake off the weak hands. This year will weed off the people who jumped into bitcoin thinking they will earn a quick buck, those who thought bitcoin's price just goes up every year like it's a pattern set in stone. I'm sure a lot of them jumped off by now thanks for mt. cox (btw-- the price is $635 right now... imo a good buy even if we go down further). The ones who remain will be the ones who believe in bitcoin for the longterm.

Let's be honest here... 2013 was the year of bitcoin. 2014 not so much... I think 2015 might be the next "year of bitcoin" ...Wrinklevoss ETF and Wallstreet might trigger the next rally, and that won't happen this year.

Did you expect everyone to safely ride the train to 10k? No. Only the ones who take the risk and hold on might enjoy the ride to $10K.. and even that is not a surefire bet anymore.

I do not agree

have you got any good reason? Smiley I would like to hear why is that you do not agreed.
Thanks!

regards!
