9462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Real Identity of Satoshi Nakamoto is Tyler Durden? on: June 17, 2016, 03:32:01 PM
there's not enough evidence to prove whether satoshi is an individual or group and who's he,he'll remain anonymous,ya don't need to find out his information because you'll only found an opinion not the fact, and it's useless to know who is satoshi i think
9463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: how do i make confirmations on blockchain faster on: June 17, 2016, 01:25:07 PM
I will like to know how I can make my confirmations on blockchain faster.  Yesterday , I waited for close to 5hrs to get one confirmation.
That's really annoying . is there a way to the confirmation in a few mins? Say 10mins or less.
Also, how do i send more bits to add up to fees
the only way you can make the confirmation faster is by paying the fee higher, but don't pay too high. anyway how much fee did you pay?
don't sure with it as long the fees meet the requirement to and not too low,the result will be the same as the transaction will be included in the same blocksize, confirmations is about luckyness i guess
9464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: creating a bitcoin site on: June 17, 2016, 01:20:22 PM
not that I'm going to scam anyone but I'm creating an adult tube site too. hope to hide myself.
thanks for all the replies.

No need to actually use a fake name, you can use namesilo => use your real name, enable privacy protection (for free) and pay with bitcoins. That way it's legally OK, but the whois info will not show your name Wink
Good luck, adult tubes are a saturated market, but that doesn't mean you cannot learn a thing or two by running them.
did you know that whois guard can actually bypassed through registrar's customer service and just ask the data to them, some of registrar will not allow you but most of them will allow you, using fake data is the best way
9465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange volume distribution. BTC belongs to China on: June 17, 2016, 12:48:28 PM
On the previous topic, I've heard if volume distribution in china's exchange is only manipulated but I don't know Which is right, 3 largest Chinese mining firms control the 70% of volume and network speed. maybe it's will give effect in volume distribution too.

9468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: June 17, 2016, 12:08:08 PM
People here have claimed that Bitcoin is in fact controlled and ruled by China, as mining is centralized by Chinese mining institutions.

Do you think that China is controlling/ruling bitcoin yes or no?
China's government can't control bitcoin but 47 people that own 90% of the supply do, just like the 3 largest Chinese mining farms control the 70% of volume and network speed.
9469  Economy / Speculation / Re: hey guys what would be the effect of halving on bitcoin price? on: June 17, 2016, 11:54:36 AM
Hey guy as you know bitcoin halving is coming. So i'd like to know the effect of it on the price of bitcoin.
The main effect if bitcoin price gets halving maybe trading players will spend all of their money to buy bitcoin, And a lot of bitcoin users will get panic selling and I think not investor will remain to believe with bitcoin so there is no investor will stay away from bitcoin.

9472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Bad for the environment, taking the worlds energy - yes? on: June 17, 2016, 02:16:22 AM
I think that we already have so much extra energy that people don't use, it is better to use it for something good like mining Bitcoin. Banks probably use the same amount of energy as a Bitcoin farm. And there are far less Bitcoin farms compared to banks.
So much extra energy? What do you mean? Average people using non-renewable energy because they rely on their country and if the country using a non-renewable energy. it's will waste the energy.
9473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: how do i make confirmations on blockchain faster on: June 17, 2016, 01:56:40 AM
I will like to know how I can make my confirmations on blockchain faster.  Yesterday , I waited for close to 5hrs to get one confirmation.
That's really annoying . is there a way to the confirmation in a few mins? Say 10mins or less.
You can try to make an appropriate fee because yesterday a lot of people it does not give an appropriate fee and this can make their transaction it's not confirmed or got a delay.
9474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Bad for the environment, taking the worlds energy - yes? on: June 16, 2016, 10:26:12 PM
(I think this should go in mining)

There has been a lot of talk on this.  Quite a few good papers
https://karlodwyer.github.io/publications/pdf/bitcoin_KJOD_2014.pdf
From this paper: "Bitcoin mining is comparable to Ireland’s electricity consumption".

As bitcoin grows the amount of energy on the planet is not increasing. Anyone who understands the article, it seems very legitimate to me, discuss,   Yes, I realize the miner wants to reduce cost & cut waste.  Therefore they may seek alternative forms or desire to do so.  Yes, I read about the Hydrofarmer on this very forum.  It is just not the norm with all the major miners around the planet.  Proof of work is expensive. https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Proof_of_work

**Title was sarcastic.  But it is still something to think about?
"As bitcoin grows the amount of energy on the planet is not increasing"
Bitcoin mining it was consuming a lot of energy, and more people conduct mining activities it's it is not directly proportional to the increase in energy on the planet, even it's only waste a lot of the energy just for the benefit of one-sided.
9475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Threats to bitcoin on: June 16, 2016, 10:17:40 PM
What are the biggest threats to bitcoin right now or in the near future,
I mean things that can really be harmful to the network.

List anything you can think of, just lately after the resent stress test there has been sone interesting discussions going on.
The biggest threats to bitcoin are the government who want to ban bitcoin, some legal institutions, and media, media the most important threats than another because media effect is worldwide.
9476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and defination of it by government on: June 16, 2016, 10:08:40 PM
If there is no any statement regarding bitcoin in government finance law than buying or selling bitcoin will be considered as illegal or against law?
I think this shouldn't because bitcoin is just a computer program or digital value without any physical fiat supporting it, and if not defined by government everybody should be free to buy and sell this type of computer products.

What you guys think about this?
The government thinks bitcoin it's not an only computer program or digital currency but in many criminal cases bitcoin is always involved and the government will think bitcoin is a part of the criminal cases.
9477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: June 16, 2016, 10:02:00 PM
What do you guys think it would happen if all the governments in the world declared bitcoin to be illegal?
How do you think the community would react? What could be the possible solutions?
If all the government in the world declared bitcoin including illegal currency or another.
The community will ban bitcoin too only some people with a more knowledge about bitcoin can separate this. and think again to ban bitcoin from his life.
9478  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: I've lost my BTC or maybe I've still a chance??? on: June 16, 2016, 09:56:01 PM
where are you loosing your bitcoin. are you doing gambling. if yes then its your own choice. but i think there is no a sing person who is really loosing bitcoin in trading.
You can see and read again about OP, I think you need to be more careful. She not losing their bitcoin in gambling or trading and etc, please not make a shit post. If doesn't want to be called a spammer.
9479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Previous bitcoin halving on: June 16, 2016, 03:15:44 PM
I wasn't around for the previous halving.
What happened to the price of bitcoin at the halving and can that be used to gauge this upcoming halving?
No one can predict or make assume about markings halving price. it has many factors can make bitcoin halving it's difficult to explain about markings halving price.
9480  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin will pass 1000 usd again ? on: June 16, 2016, 03:10:06 PM
yes please give your ideas and  make comments but please be realistic

i hope  1 week before halving .
Maybe, Next year bitcoin will surpass $1000, a few hours ago bitcoin price is rising and we know no need take a long time for bitcoin to get a price rising.
but it needs a more time for bitcoin to surpass $1000.

I don't think so, $1000 will be touched very soon, majority of users believes that this will be the price at the time of halving, so now we don't need to wait long to see this  price.

Yes the 1000 dollar will be touched very soon for sure, I really have no doubts about that to be honest its just a matter of time.
The bitcoin has a very good future a head with the halving so it will happen soon.
Yes, I'm not worried to invest my real money to be bitcoin. and it makes me can earn some profit from bitcoin at increases price. I certain with bitcoin future.
