I do not know why this news has been re-published. The date of publication is 7/21/2018[1].
The welfare of the nation and others are common terms here but the goal is to tax it as well as reduce scams especially with monthly  cryptocurrencies.
Also, the UAE will be a beacon of trading platforms if approved globally.

السبب في ذلك يرجع لكون تلك التقييمات مهمه في حاله التعرف علي المحتالين بالتالي فان ظهورها في اقسام من اقسام البيع والشراء والايدروبات وغيرها من الامور التي تطلب ثقة في اجراء المدفوعات امر مهم اما في باقي النقاشات فليست مهمة ولناخذ تعليق الاخ mohieddine كمثال فاذا كانت الثقة تظهر لربما اعطي انطباع سئ بخصوصه او لم تاخذ كلامه علي محمل الجد.

Many big companies are the cause of this poverty so the treatment must be by creating more jobs so that the poor can help themselves and others.

Total Crypto Market Cap is nonsense and does not mean anything.
As long as there are more cryptos created and more demand, the number will reach  $80 Trillion in less time.
If we take into account coins like Tether[1] & Dogecoin & NEM, They have printed massive amounts of those coins, which leads to more of shit in the market.
Relying on such things as "Market Cap" will only lead to more erroneous market assessments and investments that result in more money lost.
