This whole deal is completely over, they sounded like the real deal for a short time - they are not, it is clear! The couple of fanboys on here who keep posting positive stuff about them or slagging off detractors have low post counts and are likely aligned with TH either Amir himself or friends or just people too greedy to not see the truth.

Well I have some great news!!! I just got through to Terrahash. They're voicemail system is now all setup. It's very professional. They responded to my ticket and were very apologetic. Apparently they are diligently soldering each and every board with care. This is taking up an inordinate amount of their time. Also, they have no internet at their new office, which is why they have not been able to respond to the forum concerns or support tickets. And lookie here! My refund just arrived in cash via courier. I had these guys all wrong. daydream?

Losing confidence, there is no reason at all for no update. In fact, what exactly are they busy working on in which they cannot provide an update??? One step away from cancelling.

Strange ... i called TerraHash yesterday 01.07 (the third time in the past days) concerning my bank wire transfer (transaction still not accounted at TH cleared 20.07). To check my transaction details i asked the guy at TerraHash to give me the exact bank details of TerraHash and he asked me if I could fill a ticket, I asked him if the ticket will also stay unanswered like my other six tickets I made and he told me no, he would answer asap. So I made the 7th ticket, which I needed to get all the details to check up my transaction with my bank. And now the strange part ... i haven't received an answer on that ticket ... please TH answer that f** ticket ... :-( i need to verify my transaction to track it down ... Same i had a lot of tickets unanswered. They treated me bad on it. I personally wont do business with TH in future, and that is if they have a future. I hope they do pan out, but just a little different on customer service. When money changed hands it seemed information slowed and how they treated me specifically changed. I really makes my worry about ... the seriousity, if some one promises in a phone call he will do it asap ... and then just does nothing ... i mean i just wanted the bank details of terraHash to double check the transaction .... to see what went wrong ... a small step for TerraHash but a big loose in confidence ... now ...

jep ... dreimal telefoniert ... mit TerraHash (sehr freundlich) ... bezgl. der Bankübertragung, da meine Bank mittels einer Korrespondenzbank in der USA agiert. Die Order sollte, sofern die Zahlung (Valuta: 20.06.2013) nun bei TerraHash eingegangen ist von "On-Hold" auf "Processing" wechseln. Sobald dies geschehen ist. Werd ich hier wieder informieren, bezgl. der Beteiligungsmöglichkeiten.

Well thats strange.
I just called terrahash to find out if my order would have enough chips for it, and to ask about when the second 10000 chips were orderred, and i got a reply saying that they had no answerring service set up.
It is strange because when i called them last week there was an answerring service set up.
..... crossing fingers .... knocking on wood ..... staying away from ladders trying not to get anxious
