I browsed the whitepaper this idea sounds impressive and it has very good potential to resolve big issues into current advertising system. It will give fair chance to grow because online classified marketplace is really huge so that I see big success there.

No that is not possible for this coin because of some rumors and early premine scandal. Even market of this coin is not stable right now I don't see this happening in near future this.

Yes O.S University open this project for forecasting again after fixing all issues. Now this project will continue till last and people will get rewarded with token. I think it was the common problem with smart contract and now they open it again.
