962  Other / Meta / Re: TIL Activity does not work on precisely 2 week intervals + interval timings on: March 13, 2018, 12:54:43 PM
How does this activity/post thing benefits the forum? Can someone explain?
Your account will level up once you reach a predetermined activity. The activity depends from posts and cannot be more than 14 activities per period of two weeks.
Or else everyone could become a legendary in less than a week!

It is almost a month the new system of merit has been implement to the forum. What is your opinion? It is really working as it was expected? What is you opinion?

Yes it is working as expected, we have less spam and since anything empty should be refilled, the spam is now come to this section with dozens of merit topics!

Hilarious, meta is ruined SOS!
But do you know that merit had been sold to many of the users. Suppose my good friend is a user of this forum. If he need some merit then obviously I will give him merit without reading the post. You may say that you won't but most of us do. As a result many of the good post don't got any merit.
Thank you
Fixed it for you, don't ruin my text next time Tongue
If someone catched buying or giving smerit for useless posts, he will receive a negative trust likely. If you have examples of abuse then report it to moderators
964  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 15-Feb-2018] on: March 13, 2018, 02:11:38 AM
Just want to say thanks a lot for doing this. I did notice that by the time campaigns are added here they are usually full. But it's still very useful. Have you considered opening a thread for bounty campaigns?

It isn't that easy to monitor bounties, you need a dedicated team for that with a full-time job to achieve that. Here, it is voluntary and it is easier to monitor Bitcoin signature campaign.

Did not find it? So why are you even looking for, if you are not capable of this !!! and admins I'm not afraid, because I did nothing ..You're a bad link!

So you would to convince us that you copied a text that was in the second post in page 399 (February 28) while you made your post today at the end of page 410. Seems legit.

Signing a message with someones else's account name is a very strange mistake to make. It being one of your alt accounts is a far more likely explanation.

I agree with this.

Your name isn't that similar, it is super-strange if you did a typo.
I copied the text of the message myself and inserted my data ... this is not my second account !!!

Alright, so you're axiline alt?

Im not axiline  this is mistake
It is necessary to rewrite the message?

Wonder know from where you came with that name, i didn't find axiline name in the last pages. I would trust you if it is the case but seeing both your posts, I am more convinced that you are too close... No need to lay if it is the case, the forum admins can access everything.

968  Economy / Speculation / Re: Moon now? on: March 12, 2018, 02:12:20 PM
Today, bitcoin has grown sharply due to positive news in Asia. Do you think this is the beginning of a bullish trend or a dead cat bounce?

No, i don't think that the price will increase more than $11k in the next days, it will probably keep bouncing between &8k - $11k until weekend at least.
We still didn't have a solid ground that will not allow the price to fall from $10k..
969  Other / Meta / Re: Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?) on: March 12, 2018, 02:00:42 PM
Can I donate BTC somewhere and get The Jr. Member status? So many bounty programs are starting from only Jr. members...I am feeling so left out Sad

You can upgrade to Copper member[1]. This is going to allow you to post images and also lift some restrictions in your your signatures.

[1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote

Hey this is a great link. Thanks a lot. But the general hierarchy I don't see copper member. Is it higher than Jr. member? If an alt coin is giving bounty and only Jr. members and up can apply, can the copper member also apply?

No, Copper member is only an option that will allow you to post images, increase your daily private message and reduce the waiting time between each post.
You cannot get the next rank without the required activity (for members and more, you will need merit points too).
970  Other / Meta / Re: It's all about merits. on: March 12, 2018, 01:56:05 PM
Why do we need to adjust the rules just for the newbies? Its for them to learn how to explore the search button and find answers to their questions.

When you see a guy with a member rank having +120 activity asking in a sticky topic why he didn't get the next rank while he have only 10 merit, and while the topic he posted in it contains the answer in the first lines, trust me he is lucky for not being banned.
Now this retard cannot "explore" the search button from more than one month?
They simply don't give a shit about the forums, all they care about how to participate in dozens of ICO and how to grab money from it. The forum is a bank for them but without the need to follow its rules.
Solution : ban.
971  Other / Meta / Re: Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?) on: March 12, 2018, 12:02:57 AM
how do you get those shiny gold coins under your name ? because i think i should be full member now with the number of my activity. I only need those shiny gold coins but i do not know how to obtain them. Any answer please ? thank you in advance

It is theymos fault, you should blame him for not banning all of you ico spammers.
Or maybe you just need to say Abracadabra so these shiny gold, hidden by theymos, pop out from the hat.
Or maybe you have to read the first lines in this topic where you posted your words...
Ranks

Update on 2/3/18: Merit points are now added
In addition to the activity points, merit points (click for more information) are required to advance your ranking.

tl;dr : learn about merit system son.

973  Other / Meta / Re: Newbies can now pay a small fee to enable images on: March 11, 2018, 10:43:17 PM
Can we pay also a small fee for merit as a starter? Just hoping. It's like one-time transaction for newbies or newly Jr. Member to have merits and the fund will go to the forum...

Will NEVER happens.
What's the point to force people to post constructively and to contribute to the progress of others in the forum then?
Another thing, the amount that will be collected from ico spammers will be tiny comparing to ads, so the answer is NO, NO and NO!
974  Other / Meta / Re: Merit - A definition of, Rich people maintain Rich, POOR people will be POOR on: March 11, 2018, 02:47:40 PM

so you think ........ stop fucking moaning.

I gave you a merit for being so circumspect. Tman, you really need to learn that you should say what you really think. Smiley

I am trying to control myself and avoid his posts (in a good manner) or else he will grab all my smerit points. Dat TMAN Tongue

now it'll be a mission impossible to reach even full member rank Undecided
Actual ranking level=medium-hard.
After regulating ico spam=impossible.
975  Economy / Services / Re: Bitcoin Forum Puzzle on: March 11, 2018, 02:30:49 PM
Puzzle No.: 2
Answer : Bitcoin maturation (tip: 10-09)
(I am not that good with this puzzles, accuracy ~0%, just like the idea and want to participate, I doubt it is the wanted/correct answer but who cares, if ever it is then do not send me the $1).
Good luck for the others
976  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-03-10] 75% of $20M Bitcoin Auction from Drug Busts on: March 11, 2018, 12:58:45 AM
And I thought that the price dropped because of this auction at least indirectly and partially maybe. It will starts after 8 days... (i know some people will say it is off exchanges, no impact on price...etc, but i think that the psychology of the traders has an impact too).
977  Other / Meta / Re: The big advantage of the merit points system on: March 10, 2018, 07:42:26 PM
Merit posts gain more merits over high-quality posts. Lips sealed

And deepOnion retards get higher than both, trust me.
Don't bother checking it another time or checking other shitcoins or ico crap, i already got my reward, a 2% drop on my report accuracy level  Kiss
978  Other / Meta / Re: Forum account needs to be KYC on: March 10, 2018, 07:37:53 PM
Yeah, let's kick anyone getting multiple accounts (bounties spammers) so the others can join ICO easier? Let's kick all family members & friends sharing the same connection for this reasonable reason?
Why don't you simply ask ICO managers to take a look on your ids and faces before you join? This could help everyone...
979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [IMPORTANT UPDATE]: C | 15 BITCOINS TO SHARE [Bounty Thread] on: March 10, 2018, 10:19:54 AM

Wrong topic or are you trying to prove to us that you are an idiot?
If you pick the second option then congratulations, you just prove to us that you are a great spammer and a blind idiot that couldn't figure that this old necro topic is a scam, didn't you read the last post saying it is a big scam? Lazy maybe? then you cannot see the negative trusts given to OP?
Get a life please and try to find a job...
980  Other / Meta / Re: It's all about merits. on: March 10, 2018, 10:11:49 AM
Im just a newbie with less experience and knowledge bout this. I've read that merits is what makes your rank up. Is that correct or did I just misread it? 😂

Thank you Smiley

The older system of the forum ranks was based on activity and posts. Now the merit system is added to it. To reach a certain rank the member must reach that much activity and that much stipulated merit if not more. If you dont reach both (or gain in that sense) then forget about ranking up and be happy with your current rank.

@everyone else who is reading this - The OP's post is the reason why I proposed this suggestion - which did not gain much attention.
Lets Make a new board/section for "Merit Discussion"

It is getting worse everyday with a flood of ico users asking why they cannot get the next rank. So they didn't give a shit about anything new add to their profile, under their names, no shitty shit curiosity about what the hell is the new thing?? All they care about is to earn from ico and how they get more money by ranking up in the forums. Then, worst, they came to meta, don't waste a shitty minute to take a look on it, create a new shitty repetitive topic and ask a stupid question answered million times... Nuke them all. No sorry.

For your solution, if the nuke button is not working ofc, then just create the new "Activity and rank" sub under "other/meta/Activity and rank" and nuke everyone posting in meta about it (move the sticky there, can keep a copy also in meta but lock it).
