Nitrogen is possible for your preference, however grading in e-sports in that site takes hours.
i checked out fairlay a (long) while ago, they actually have an eta on when betslips will get graded, might be worth checking out. supposedly they have better odds too (when compared to nitrogen).

963  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why China Should Not Fear the Resurgence of Japanese Militarism? on: October 16, 2015, 11:13:54 AM
~1.3 billion to ~130 million and shrinking. Why fear a 10x smaller neighbor?
china also has all the facilities for manufacturing war goods, even the idea that china might fear a war with japan is ridiculous. if something like that were to break out, china could squash japan in a matter of days; the only fear would be the rest of the world stepping in.
mainland china only fears own citizens
isnt it the other way around? citizens fearing their country/government?
964  Economy / Gambling / Re: Magicaldice.com | Officially Launched | Bitcoin Dice Website | Fancy Rolling on: October 16, 2015, 11:00:42 AM
Can you add STOP ON WIN button to magicaldice2.0? It will be very useful when autobetting and you want to stop.

You can already do that. Just set the 'ON WIN STOP AT' just a little higher then your startroll. After you hit the big multiplier you will become above your startroll and the auto betting function will automatically stop.
You didn't understand me. I was talking about next time you win in autobetting it should stop the betting.
the setting dre1982 described would accomplish what you want, assuming youre using marginale or whatever variant of 'settings' you claim are magically working at the time. you just cant seem to wrap your head around the idea. it should be implemented though, so people like you dont have to think too hard to find solutions and have answers presented to you.
965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Start a Gambling Site on: October 16, 2015, 10:58:19 AM
You can make alot of money with a Bitcoin gambling site. TONS of money but you need experience, capital, patience, and creativity.

You can't open up another dice site, there are way too many of them out there. You need a special creative idea and you will make TONS of money.

agreed if you get an amazing idea, you can turn into one of the biggest gambling sites out there. all u would need is an idea that seperates your site from the rest, only one that comes to mind is something like a bitcoin lottery system

I don't think bitcoiners like lotteries much though; there have been some lotteries sites in the past but they never became popular. What you need is a completely original concept, like bustabit.com.

i agree. i have seen a couple of these lottery sites and also a lot of lottery topics here in this forum but none of them were successful so far.
i think it is mostly because the odds of wining lottery is usually low hence no winning. and as a result nobody can actually trust them or even bother spending bitcoin on not winning.
i think its more a problem of a small playerbase; a lottery or any other pot-based game requires input from other players, which may not exist without enough marketing from the owners. single player games such as dice, blackjack, etc. can be played whenever the player wants, as long as the site is online and the player has money. the same can be said of many pvp games, example: tappabit.

Hell, it wouldn't have surprised me if she'd taken a selfie with the child drowning in the background with the caption "OMG!!!" All joking aside, this is just pathetic, when social media takes precedence over your child...
that's a bit extreme, from her actions outlined in the article, she seemes to be a parent who cared, just wasnt cut out to be one. reasonable decision from the court imo.
This is just really sad and pathetic.
there's a lot worse going on compared to this.

for me i pick JEB BUSH
he got the experience
he got a president bloodline
he can make america great again

who you got and who you prefer and why?
Hillary Clinton because I want America to have her first woman president now
if that's the sole basis on what you decide who you want your next president to be, you should never try to discuss politics. i dont give a dank if the next president is the next  trans snowflake nonbinary potato handed black woman, i just want them to do their job right which no president in a long time has done.

Alright, I have to say that made me chuckle.

I am usually liberal, but depends on topic.

I understand why not Clinton, too much media BS, but who then?
Give me your opinion, as I can understand where you come from Smiley
i havent kept up with the presidential race enough to make a solid judgement for now, but im leaning towards sanders at the moment. if clinton had any favor with me, she lost it after the question in the debate "why wouldnt you be a third term of obama"
clinton: "just look at me i have a vagina"

as for trump, i actually think he might be a viable candidate; coming from a businessman background, he has at the very least some knowledge and ideas on how to fix the economy, and getting along with other nations should be easy-ish for him as well. what he lacks, imo, is the political experience of placating the stupid masses of this country.

Good, yeah, Sanders or Biden.

I don't see how Trump would deal w/ military though..
Seems he would 'go all in' and start WWIII.

Your view on all that?
again, i havent kept up with the candidates enough to know their views on various policies and whatnot, i pay attention to what i feel is a minimum. i dont particularly  get too deep into politics and such, but i at least pay attention as the results will affect me.

for good reason too, what civilization would want to contact us when people like those in the  republican debate are the ones expected to be leading the country? Roll Eyes

There are no aliens on stars in milky way, no water, not a damn thing. The astronomers/ Nasa/ Space freaks were running dry, they weren't getting funded so they had to come up with something that get people's attention and this what they came up with and now they're going to start working on programmes to send more space crafts, build more advanced radios etc. etc. and they'll get paid to live a happy rich life for another 50 years or so. And then they'll find water/aliens on some other planet.
the universe is a pretty large place; i would say the possibility of extraterrestrial life existing somewhere out there is pretty high. finding the evidence that water once existed or exists on mars is a huge first step.

You can always start your dice site with low bets according to your bankroll.

he just stated its not a dice site, but another gambling site thats towards pvp gambling.

i think any form of gambling is a good business as long people are addicted to that type of game. these days you can bet on e-sports for gambling.

Haha, yeah... I don't really know why people are always assuming I'm trying to create yet another dice game like everyone else... or maybe they are trying to reference to OP's post, I'm not quite sure.  I feel bad for overtaking this thread for my own questions, but I wanted to get the consensus of what to do in the gambling thread already, and since the thread has already been made for me, why not?  Roll Eyes

But I would like to get all of you guys's opinions on what I should do... Should I try and contact a moderator for a sports gambling website, or just any gambling website in general, and see if they would want to try and implement my game on their site, or to create another one?  Should I post in the services section and state that I want to form some kind of "partnership"?  I'm just not quite sure what to do...  I just truly believe I have a really unique idea that gamblers on here would love, especially if they are sports fans...

i think you can just assumed that some of them r not reading all the post so they will replied only to the first few posts and that is before you say it is not about dice gambling.
yup, take this post spammer for example. didnt read past the op.

you should have your idea planned out thoroughly before even considering where to start in terms of development. make sure you have a clear picture of what's going to be implemented, then either decide if its best you look for a developer or contact a casino owner that might be willing to buy the idea off of you.

975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Start a Gambling Site on: October 14, 2015, 08:30:58 PM
You have to be aware that if a whale hits a big run, its a huge loss on your part.

And not seeing any returns anytime soon, it goes both ways, but you have to be prepared which requires a huge investment money.

This wouldn't be a dice site where I would have to have a stash of BTC for me to have in case of a person wins a big prize... this will be a PvP gambling site that I want to create.
then you need to learn how to use google more effectively. do a search and make sure the websites you're going to are credible. example: do a search on the status of bitcoin as a currency in terms of swiss law, and cross reference that from multiple  credible sources you can find off of google. next, research online gambling laws in switzerland, etc. there isnt going to be a conveniently defined clause for you that says "bitcoin gambling hosted from x country run by a person in y country is legal/illegal."

Ok, I'll try it out and see what I can conjure up.  But how would I really know if a site that I come across is credible or not in your opinion?
use your head.
976  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Start a Gambling Site on: October 14, 2015, 07:50:55 PM
Ok, so I know this is an old thread.. but asks the questions that's been on my mind for a good while.  What if we think we have a really good idea for a new gambling game, but are stuck behind the legalities of not being able to create one because I live in the US?  Is there any way to legally go about making this website?

I'm not quite sure what the legalities are with creating/hosting a gambling website in the US, but I'm pretty certain that it's not good.  I would maybe try to find someone to host it for you? But then again, I'm not quite so sure about this stuff, and personally wouldn't want government busting down my door for creating some game I put up on the internet lol.
i believe its a legal gray area at this point, and no legal action is being taken against it. what primedice did some time ago barring US players from playing was a precaution more than anything. as for legalities, you could simply host the site in a server based in another country if you want to be absolutely careful.

But if I were to buy a VPS to host it on, would there be any chance of it coming to bite me/us in the ass? Like once it's on a server in, let's say Switzerland, the U.S. Government wouldn't be able to kick down our door, right?
I believe not, as long as the content on the server is not illegal in Switzerland, but I might be wrong, I'm not a lawyer. I would advise you look around extensively on Google, but Swiss laws are generally lax on currencies.

But see, I don't even know what I pull up on Google is exactly right though.. and don't really want to hire a lawyer from where I'm from, because I know that person is just going to say "give up"; because people here in this part of the US have probably never heard or care about cryptocurrencies.  I don't even think the lawyer would have any idea their selves since crytpocurrency gambling is still so new.

980  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Eutanasia? on: October 13, 2015, 05:59:31 PM
That said back on Euthanasia I'm against people asking others to kill them, a license to self suicide if supported makes more sense.
Thanks for the clarification, but as for the suggestion for a license for suicide, how would that impact anything? would having such a license permit a holder to a facility that would assist in that person's suicide? if so, how is that any different from euthanasia?

No problem and the benefit of a license is that people will need to decide for themselves without involving the guilt of others who survive after the person is dead. If they are unwilling to do so then they must live on, in the end it's their ultimate choice and they should be held responsible for their own outcome and not put it into the hands of another.

Basically I'm implying a License to Kill (YOURSELF)

Euthanasia in my opinion forces doctors to do the task, which is against their code of well trying their best to keep people alive.
That said if the doctors want to have the right to do it in some cases that would be acceptable but not for perfectly well and fit individuals like in the OP, more for vegetable state individuals etc.
http://www.macleans.ca/society/health/why-doctors-want-the-right-to-pull-the-plug-2/
why would people need a license to kill themselves? that's called suicide and is executed out of free will already. no one else is involved already, why complicate it with a license? i really dont see the point here.

I think it's not a bad idea. It would simply say that this person had gone through all the psychological and other tests to say that there is no doubt that he wants that and he is fine with forfeiting the chances of being healed in the future.

So they could go to a doctor and ask for a poison.

Such certificate should lose it's validity after 6 months or so. Not that someone wears that all the time and when the next time a woman hurt his heart he gets poisened even though a day later he would be fine.
i see now, but in my opinion, even having the assistance of being supplied poison is euthanasia as there is some assistance being given; suicide i think is characterized by the willingness to go the full distance to one's life, there's no one else to pull the trigger for you, you take it from start to finish. having a legal means to acquire an out of life i think is still assisted suicide, ie euthanasia. that's just me though.
