961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ENJIN a scam??? on: November 04, 2017, 07:29:04 AM
Being an avid gamer I've been looking in to Enjin and so joined their Telegram. Then I noticed GoNetwork too. Looking at both whitepapers they were very similar. So I went on Enjin telegram and asked their CEO Maxim what he thinks are the main differences between GoNetwork and Enjin. He instantly deleted my messages and banned me. Try it if you don't believe me, ask him the question, you'll be on here confirming that you're banned from the telegram group.

What's more worrying is that GoNetwork's whitepaper really seems to address how they'll bring Ethereum to mobiles. Enjin's does not. I'm wondering now if the price dump is because those more tech savvy than me are aware that Enjin doesn't have the know-how to bring this tech to mobile?

What do you guys think has Maxim got something to hide?

enjin provides space community for games, it seems enjin will a big scourge. whether scam or not , takes time and program responsibilities. if enjin troubled with player game and user cryptocurrency, the team can feel hard blow from publisher and devlopher game, because enjin have games community program .
962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how do you think what is the best application for crypto currency ? on: November 04, 2017, 07:20:06 AM
Just think about it
Today we can see the incredible number of new coins, but there is always one fundamental question
"WHAT IS YOUR USEFUL?"
we all probably asked this question when we saw something new BUT
there is a deeper question
"Where can this be the best solution?"
I'm talking about the fact that maybe we never thought about those shoots of business or globally people's lives in which could make a revolutionary breakthrough
but useful for ordinary people
what do you think about it?

yes human given a sense, and humans are primates can think, descartes said "I think , therfore i am.". the new discoveries about a pro-people revolutionary system, requires complex systems and  observation.
963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Successor to Ethereum? on: November 04, 2017, 04:43:17 AM
cybermiles? , this is not easy, complex structure. if funding empowerment using cryptocurrency then there will be a game, certainly have an impact on crisis . if cybermiles is almost the same as other dev like wings, wetrust etc, it is also not profitable because they are first exist .
964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experiences with Localethereum on: November 03, 2017, 08:39:17 AM
why do not you propose to localbitcoin for interaction ethereum, ethereum is fintech than bitcoin, and not profitable sell ethereum like localbitcoin.
965  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Futures Sparks Fears For Financial Crisis on: November 03, 2017, 08:23:10 AM

Quote

Cryptocurrency traders were having a blast Tuesday after bitcoin gained approval in the futures market, but not everyone was in on the party.

After CME said it would launch bitcoin futures before the end of the year, fears quickly arose that money would start cascading in, sparking dark comparisons with a financial crisis-like orgy of speculation.

"I have no problem with bitcoin. I like the concept," said Joe Saluzzi, a principal at Themis Trading. "I have a problem that on Wall Street the innovators are trying to package something up and put a derivative label on it when they really don't know what's underneath. It reminds me of the financial crisis all over again."

Read more here...

There is an ongoing party (figuratively speaking at least...though anybody can really throw a real Bitcoin party anytime anywhere much more so that the value is surging towards $7,500) right now as we are seeing a great surge for Bitcoin and there is that possibility that Bitcoin's value can be able to reach the $10K mark before the end of the year.

The recent decision by CME to introduce their Bitcoin Futures to the market has been the spark that is currently fueling this big rise. But while many are celebrating we are also seeing some who are cautious about the possibility of Wall Street people entering the Bitcoin market. And we know that Wall Street had been embroiled in many financial crisis in the past.

Do you see this development to be doing good for Bitcoin in the long haul?

a crisis in country caused by cryptocurrency, can occur. there is a game on bitcoin prices with 51% ownership, but metaphysically to analyze "whether there will be a crisis because cryptocurrency" requires foresight. elements of capital, user analysis, or the emergence of a new class because bitcoin trade must be factual. if looked at empirically from the wallstreet traders, this is just an elite game, the same as what happened in 2008.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/petertchir/2017/10/31/bitcoin-futures-are-finally-here/#6389fec26a0d

You can click on there and read the press release. I think this will pass, it's not the SEC that regulates this, it's a different process from ETF's. I think we are still not ready for an ETF, but Bitcoin futures could be good. Some worry about price manipulation as similarly seen by gold. I argue Bitcoin is a much different asset and you can't manipulate it as much as gold. The supply is clear, the market is global and nonstop. Gold's supply is unclear, nobody knows what's the limit of gold or how much is out there. The markets are not as global and they take breaks.

Good times for Bitcoin holders ahead, once again. I think we'll see the ETF around 2020 with an active lightning network, and the march towards 6 figures a Bitcoin will begin.

seems good, but price monopoly is based bid bitcoin on exchange, if bitcoin have price 6 digit by 2020. then data txid or storage blockchain will swell in each user drive. i hope new systematic in bitcoin. where every transaction, pay storage every 100 mb = 1 ubtc. basically this will be a positive flow, and has a possibility in the next 25 years 1 satoshi is 1 dollar.
967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherdelta unstable platform on: November 01, 2017, 12:54:59 AM
I personally wouldn't recommend anyone use etherdelta if you using it for big amount of money use at your own risk, the site is extremely unstable, orders get stuck , sells gets stuck, buy orders get stuck and just vanish without a trace.... Nothing seem to ever work correctly. Owner of site has not fixed any of those issues. The platform is a traders nightmare...

but very helpful with etherdelta, for first after crowdsale ico many devlopher using etherdelta. stuck in transaction process does not affect  tokens value number. just only pay a small amount, gas a small scale, it's a not problem.
968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: They Must Evolve or Die! on: November 01, 2017, 12:48:33 AM
I find it hard to understand why most Altcoin developers aren't making their products better . A platform like Steemit should have done lots of improvements and  introduce many cool features for its decentralized blogging site in order to attract more users. What about Zcash, Monereo, QTUM, EOS, Stratis, Siacoin, Storj, Doge, etc
Only Bitcoin and two other coin seem to be taking this whole journey seriously.
What are the rest waiting for? Where are there forums?  What measure have they put in place to attract the brightest minds & more investors to their Cryptocurrencies. What are they doing with all the millions?
They must wake up and keep improving their Coins or receive the greatest shock of their lives!

there is some dev, make cryptocurrency with respectively alghoritma, so system update will run long, and bug search on alghoritma is very difficult. i think again about doge, this nice cryptocurrency  just 10 ~ 15 seconds for receive token,  what should be updated from doge? , and then cryptocurrency mixer is greatly helped by doge et al.
969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 3 PRE-ICOs / PRESALES (early sales only, no ico's) on: November 01, 2017, 12:39:50 AM
We have a few lists of Best ICO's for November and overall Q4.

But pre-sales / pre-icos's usually offers a better deal on tokens.

What are you TOP 3 pics for presales?

I will start with:

1) WePower.NETWORK
Green energy trading platform. There are a few competitors, however execution of this team is impressive. They have a demo "platform", but it is not a _real_ MVP, just a mockup and proof of concept, but community support is tremendous and funding is plentifull.
UPDATE - pre-ico is over, ico in Feb

2) IUNGO.NETWORK
Global wireless internet provider. They are building platform to run a swarm/network of hotspots. Demo is available and if you have a compatible hardware you can turn your router to IUNGO router. They started just recently, but community is gathering quickly.

3) not sure ...
There are many strong ICO's, but not so many pre-ICO's. My expectations for pre-icos is to have a solid whitepaper, team of real people (with verifiable identities), at least some kind of uniqueness and/or usefulness of a token. MVP is not necessary, but is nice to have.

What I’m missing? Help me to fill no. 3

the most successful pre ico crowdsale is enjine and qtum. napoleonx will follow the success of enjine in pre ico sale and crowdsale ico.
970  Other / Off-topic / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: November 01, 2017, 12:07:04 AM
#1 is not always an option for people. It does help though since the corporation is a separate entity.

#2 this will be the main pain in the start, especially if really have a small capital. Still, don't be stingy. Outsource what you can.

#3 should be. Any advantage would be useful. And you don't even have to be a tech startup. It can be even be the draw, like those restaurants where you order from touchscreens on the table and a little "train" delivers the food to you.

#4 ramen

#5 only if what you are offering is not entirely new. Keeping an eye out at would be competitors would be useful coz you wouldn't want to go all out against established businesses, at least not at the beginning.

#6 watch out for economy of scale. Larger business can offer physical products cheaper and you'd have a hard time making cheaper stuff with the same quality. Find a niche. Obviously irrelevant for products like software.

sarcasm, it is true as it should be, but how do you put ramen for number 4.  start a business with the right capital, and have a produce high quality.
971  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin actually just a Investment coin? on: October 31, 2017, 11:53:20 PM
I think the title says it all.

After a long time of thinking, reading and also investing a bit into Bitcoin I have to say that it looks for me that the main use is actually just pure Investment. It always looks like that everyone just talks about how great the Technology is although they secretly want to get super rich with a always raising price. Of course it's used with several shopping or daily things, but that's just such a small part of it.
During that, people who don't want to take the risk to invest call it a "Bubble" and people who don't want to lose their money just make kind of stupid speculations without any arguments.

In the end (just my opinion) the price of Bitcoin is controlled by all the media (that's hyping bitcoin and talking about it everywhere) and all the really big bitcoin whales with e.g. like 10000+ coins can actually effect the market the most. Imagine what a few people with a huge amount of bitcoins could work out together to control the market and making money.

It's just weird, because it turns this, what everyone calls it, great technology in the end just to a fully commercial object to earn money. Which would be probably also the reason why it stays and raises all the time, because it's normal that everyone wants to make a big amount of money with this little effort.

Let me know what you guys think and please don't give me this non argumented one liner like in all the other threads Wink

this is not just an investment, but how bitcoin creates a new economic system, and fact about bitcoin, many users multiplepayment transaction , ex : pay steam wallet , gambling , buy phone voucher ,maybe and draknet ..
972  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what if ico lie on: October 31, 2017, 08:53:50 AM
If there is ico who does not pay what will you do?

first, find infomation about team, and give red trust in bitcointalk, and then collect data about the team deception information, it will be a good commodity in next time .
973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best ICO of week on: October 31, 2017, 08:51:09 AM
already too much ico in middle month, value about making ico nearly 70 developer. myself interested ico dividends and profit sharing, or token gambling. for next month, certainly dnot miss ico NPX, i expect crowdsale same as enjin.
974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Different ICO platform on: October 31, 2017, 08:45:17 AM
yes, many ico create smartcontract with ethereum, after i saw in tokenmarket, chances are only, one ico worthy next month. eth success on token and tokenbusiness, keeps price some cryptocurrency soaring. but look at it and begin to analyze waves, they have the market as a viable crypto community or wait qtum until q3

976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 21 million bitcoins - 11+ billion people on: October 28, 2017, 08:58:24 PM
There's a hard limit on the number of bitcoins that can be mined: 21 million coins, which is expected to be reached by 2140.

The world is expected to add another billion people within the next 15 years, bringing the total global population from 7.3 billion in mid-2015 to 8.5 billion in 2030, 9.7 billion in 2050, and 11.2 billion by 2100, according to new estimates from the UN.

If bitcoin truly does explode in popularity, think about this for a minute;

Only 21 million bitcoins and 11+ billion people.
With this ratio, the possible price of 1 bitcoin could be huge.

What are your honest price predictions given total world popularity in the years 2020, 2050, 2140?

2020: 20k
2050: 100k
2140: 1m

in the creation bitcoin has a function calculation, so many predict, "that bitcoin will be completely have formulas after 30 years of use." , so that in 2039 bitcoin can be known naturally. I can not be sure bitcoin in 2020 will have a value of 20k $.
977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin being taxed? on: October 28, 2017, 08:52:30 PM
it should be like that, because there is a surplus value in a trade, if there is no tax in bitcoin then the money will become bubble and "doom" , the global crisis will happen.
978  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to trade Bitcoin anonymously? on: October 28, 2017, 08:48:20 PM
very easy if you want to trade anounymous, just go to coinmarketcap and see platform exchanger. or you send to some businesses that receive bitcoin for $ deposit, but can also withdraw $.
979  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: October 28, 2017, 08:38:21 PM
differentiate the meaning invest and trading, investment is a word to describe a profit by taking accumulation (p), while trading is a open market, process by calculating profit and loss (work),

example:

1. investment

I invested with 10 bitcoin in ethereum

(describes character, investments are accumulated in "series", or called primitive accumulation.)

2. trading

I'm trading, waiting for ethereum market, because i see eth down and buy back, so many new tokens in erc20, signaling the flow

(describes work)
980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: waves vs Neo on: October 28, 2017, 08:12:53 PM
Both neo and waves are both blockchain network.  How come neo become more successful  in terms of worth than waves without good wallet or much development  like waves.

I'm interested in waves than neo, waves have dex and some decent developers. in roadmap waves have long-term development, thus affecting the price in the future. If waves compared to XRP then much different, waves better than xrp and neo.
